I am K. Rangarajan, 9600 009394, annieraj2003yahoo.com. I have purchased SAMSUNG SCH-W299 DUAL GSM+CDMA Phone Rs. 11,999/- on 31 Jan 2010, from Reliance Web World Out let as I have Reliance Prepaid and Airtel Post paid sims. The following basic features are not available The instrument have only (1) 16 characters name field, which is very difficult to store names , I have enquired about more characters availability. (2) Message is not received and sent as ONE MESSAGE ..gets split & goes in two to three shots. cannot forward any message if it is splitted, is not it? and messages comes in many parts. (3) NO conversation recording facility (although they have mentioned in user manual, a camera button to be pressed and hold while talking, but not recording) (4) NO FM radio songs recording facility (5) NO saving option in the existing list (6) NO user friendly icons/options. (7) Many unknown options suchs as P-Pause, T- Pause, Sweeping Command etc., which have no explanations as to what it is..(All the customers are not intelligent is not it). Even smaller cell phones does have these.. how can we expect that SAMSUNG doesnot provide.. I could not expect..this... I am totally disappointed. Earlier (and even today I use) I have been using a China Mobile Model Mirae Comm comp Ltd, Model MGH 870. I purchased it for Rs. 6,000/-. This phone has all the facilities even more user friendly. AFter using it for two years, I thought of shifting it to A BRANDED instrument. Thereby purchased SAMSUNG. Now, Totally disappointed. I took it to SAMSUNG customer care on 16 Feb 2010 & 17 Feb 2010 at Habibulla Road, Chennai. even they are blinking and reloaded the soft ware and couldnot do anything.. Now..what should I do.. i want to return the cell-phone..pls advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,My refrigerator which i bought in Sept 2008 has already stopped working and there is no AMC for this fridge. They have no AMC covering their product. I had a argument with the service center head in Kurla , Mumbai asking that why is there no AMC. All the refrigerator companies have AMC. Why would we spend our hard earned money on a product for which even the company does not guarntee?? It is so wrong. This company is based from KOREA. They come to our country, make their own rules and make a fool of us INDIANS only. There has to be a AMC in place. Either they are too confident that the product is so good that it would not need an AMC. If thats the case, then the service should be provided free life long, Else the other way to look at it is ,that they dont have assurance of their own product and are using us INDIANS to buy them and get trapped. I bought it from Kohinoor Electronics Showroom. Please never buy any product from this fraud selllers as they dont give you the full information and trap you to buy such products, by saying that they would give you for probably Rs 3000/- lesser than market.I am at a loss, a new fridge, for which i have spent a huge amount, bascially my hard earned money and then now again a huge expenditure on the same.What do i do? I need an AMC....Thanks

Dear Sir,My Reference No is-8412461851, which hasbeen given to me from ur call center.My Work Order No is-WA94380927250, which was given to me on 07/11/09 by ur service center which is in Sector-2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.I purchased my mobile on 02/10/09 from sector-17, Vashi, due to an accident with a bike my LCD wasbroken which is not available till date every time i am calling at the call center different executive gives me different ref. no. and whenever i am visiting service center they r saying not available by Samsung it is not in the market .If it is so why Samsung is not taking reposiblity to provide me the other mobile they can give me in writing so that it can be replaced with the other mobile yes i can pay the difference if it will be there. Pl solve it at the earliest otherwise u will not leave me with any other choice rather than going to the consumer court,really i am sorry to say that i have waqsted enough money in calling and visitint to the service centre. dear sir i have purchased a samsung cdma handset w339(duo) of tata on 26/12/2008 from the mobile store (flames mall,Ludhiana). now it was some problem in that and samsung service center has issued me a Replacement certificate and said you can replace the handset from the mobile store. but when i visited the mobile store on 18/11/2009,they had said that we cant replace the handset. then i again visited the samsung service center and talk to their officials,they said we are only for service,you go to the mobile store only. then on 20/11/2009 again i visited the mobile store and they said we will ask from our operations head for that. on 24/11/2009 when i visited the mobile store they said we cant replace the handset. today its 30/11/2009 ,and still i am waiting for the response. when i asked why, it is still in warrenty period, they abuses me very badly,and said get out from the store and dont come again,we cant replace your handset. now plz clarify me why the mobile store cant replace the handset,when it is in warrenty period. and when i asked the contact number of higher officials of the mobile store from the employees they abuses me. so i am very much annoyed from the employees of the mobile store(flames mall,ludhiana),plz note the complaint against two employees who has abuses me badly, the names are 1. Ratanjit kaur and 2.Manish... plz take some action against them,so they can learn how to deal with customers. and plz replace my handset ASAP. looking forward to your positive response..
