I purchased a LCD TV during Aug 08, 2011 (The LCD set is 32LCO32DMSH103L with serial number 4001455, manufactured in 05/2011. It is 32 inches size, invoice number- 0005893). The LCD is started giving problems such as distorted picture like ghost images. Also only green and blue combination without red picture and some black patches in LCD screen at top right corner. In total the set is not suitable for viewing as the display was only blurred images with rare combinations of color. In November first week informed ONIDA Company. As per their advice the set was handed over to Vasanth Co., Chengelpattu on 15.11.2011. At the time of its hand over it was reported that it will be returned within 10 days. On 30th November one mail was send to enquire its status where it was declared that it is not ready. Second mail send on 12.12.2011 and still it is not ready. Now I feel myself has been cheated by supplying me a problematic set worth of Rs. 24800 by the ONIDA and Vasanth Co. Jointly. No actions are being taken by the Dealer or company to attend the fault and return the set. Even though warranty states that the set will be taken by company expenses, they asked me to deliver the set to the dealer for checking I have done it to get it back at the earliest. The service bill issued for handing over the set is No. 1128 dt. 15.11.2011. When contacting over phone, the service group is telling so many excuses like 4 more days, next Monday, item should come from Mumbai, technicians not available, indent placed, spares not available etc, etc. and prolonged this much time. I want them to immediately replace the LCD.

I have purchased onida leo 32hms led tv from one of the leading stores metro cash & carry, konanakunte village, bangalore-62, Karnataka invoice dated on 3/07/2011 (TAX INVOICE No.100V908884, ARTICAL NAME: ONIDA LEO 32HMS LED TELEVISION, SERIAL No. 10J4005028, EXTANDED WARRANTY No. EWC 20091 59113, COMPLAINT No.3818 DATED 14/11/2011). Since from the beginning I suffered more & more complaints in that television, at the first audio disturbance come out. we complaint to the onida service centre after 10 days long audio board is replaced and that audio disturbance is solved. Then video problem is come out on 17/11/2011 it displays luck like colored "barcode" . Again we complaint to that. Service centre they says that component is not coming yet, now already 14 days are gone. They always say same matter. I paid for that tv rs.40, 00000 and also I paid more for extended warranty amount of rs.260000 for 2 years. I want to replace my tv to new one I don’t want to repair that television any more.

I am Makarand Deshmukh, purchased onida LEO22HMSAR TV model with chassis no 1054000824 on 17 January 2011 from sales corner, Vadodara, Gujarat (invoice number- 9365). In month of Feb-2011, the service person came for demo while demo we noticed that the function "wake-up Alarm" has a problem of reset. Once we set the alarm, there is no any option given in TV or remote to make it off. Due to this fault daily after 24 hrs, TV set get on automatically when it is on standby mode. We immediately registered the complaint with reference No 11041456380290. But I haven’t got any response from local service provider. Then I used online feedback on service system, there after local service person came for trials then he knew what is exact problem, He has taken trials with different remote PCB but still problem is not solved. I have asked many times to him, but I haven’t got any response from your local team. So please do the needful, I hope, within five days problem will solved. I want them to resolve the issue immediately.

I have purchase ONIDA Air Conditioner from Hazrat Vision, 19/20 Lalita Park, Vikash marg, Delhi 110092 on 23.12.2010 (ONIDA Co. R/No. 33190, Model S18SPD.5). As it was winter I started AC from 15th May, 2011. From the date of start, it was on served the cooling was not sufficient. Accordingly I have lodge a complaint in their complain service centre for action. The same was repaired, and I was intimated that due gas leakage the same was not functioning well. Till date they have filled 4 times, and again it was observed that the leakage was from AC. It was repaired again, but the problems could not be solved. Later they drain out gas and cleaned again and filled fresh gas in the last week. Still the problem could not be solved. In the mean time Mr. Nandy, Branch Manager was contacted. Now, the said AC is not functioning properly, the problem noticed in May, 2011 is still to be solved. It is not understood why the company is not replacing the defective set and to kill the time by temporary repair, so that the warranty period lapses. This is how ONIDA Co is functioning. It seems they are cheating the customer by selling sub standard items. The same may be discouraged and the entire customer should be intimated not to purchase form Hazrat Vision and of ONIDA make. Your early action is requested to come out the existing problems by replacing with the new one, with warranty.

I purchased an onida 32" XRMBL model LCD TV Bought from Vasanth&Co Chennai Purasai Branch (invoice number- 10H4001626). Brand new TV was not working and they replaced 3 times. Again I launched complaint on Apr6th (call no is 11044876380193). Against this complaint from Ayanavaram service station they visited several times and said requested spare not available. After follow ups I got replacement TV (32 Plus model) on July9th Saturday. But I am not happy because the replacement TV is inferior in features. As per my knowledge some of the features like Gaming Interface, PIP, touch Keys not available in the replaced model. How can I accept inferior model as replacement. For the suffering customer (from the Day1 of purchase) they should have replaced superior model. I want them to replace it with a superior model.

I have purchased a onida flatron slim color TV on 17 Jul 2010((serial number- 10c-4007643).since beginning there was a problem with TV .after switching off the TV one Bunch of red light was coming on the center of screen(Bill No 4721). I have given the complain to customer care in the month of Aug 2010, they have taken the TV to service center And brought back after one week ,But problem was not resolve only in place of center the bunch of red light was coming at the bottom corner till todayAfter switching off one bunch of red light is coming on the screen which was not suppose to come and I have waited for about one year after giving complaint but still it was not rectified. Now I want replacement of this product. On 23 Jun 2011 TV was not switching on again, I have given the complain to customer care on 24 Jun 2011.They came and rectify now TV is switching on but still the bunch of red light is coming. Now I want to replace The TV only. As a proof of my initial complaint, I have a copy of Delivery Challan which was given by the service centre. Please do the needful.

I had purchased an Onida 29” POISON color television on 21/01/2011 at “Swar Sangam” store at Kolkata. On dated 12/06/2010 while I had watching TV at home the power was automatically gone and my TV was not working. I had logged a complaint to Onida service centre and one technician has come to my house named Mr. Swapan Saha. He repaired and replaced some component which they had take the repairing charges of Rs 1470.00 ( Bill No- 162503). Again the same problem started on 23/12/2010 (After six month) and again I had logged a complain to their service centre and also I had carry my own TV with my personal car and submit the same to the Onida Service Center at Kolkata (Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, 70, Beckbagan Row, Kolkata- 700 017). Again I had given Rs 1220/- for repairing charges for same complain. On dated 18/062011 again same problem has been occurred and I had already logged a complaint to service centre which is 10081606386570. After next day Mr. Abhijit Ghosh were came to my house and scrutinized the problem and said that they will replace the same component again and take the same charges. I strongly protest the same and said to company that I will not give any repairing cost for this complain but they completely ignored my request and said without service charges they cannot repair my TV. Please help me and get out of this issue because my TV was completely dead at present and my family is not enjoying for any entertainment. I want you to replace my television.

We are complaining from M/s Raj vehicles private limited Patiala a dealer of Mahindra four wheelers. We purchased an Onida split A/c (Model number SZ12FLP) from Harman refrigeration with bill number 127 dated on 21.3.2009. But our A/c is not working there is problem in A/c (cooling is not done) we approach the dealer Harman refrigeration and he approached onida. After 15-20 days company person came to our showroom and they said that there is problem in ac compressor and they took for compressor but till date there is no response from there side. Please do the needful as early as possible. We already have so many products many other companies but there is no problem of service. So all we expect is that the company has to fix this issue by solving the A/c problem as soon as possible

I Gautam Natvarlal Patel purchased a Onida (split 1.5 ton) air conditioner on 1st September 2010 from Ritu Electronics (Nirnay Nagar, Ranip, Ahmedabad, Gujarat). From 25th March 2011 indoor component for AC water leakage problem created and I call to customer care (Onida ) and company send their technician to solve this problem. His name was Mr. Jignesh. While repairing, the technician told me that this is a manufacturing defect and he informed me that he will write to the company for a replacement and he also wrote the same thing in his company letter head. He told me to use the airconditioner after 2 days. I followed his instructions and started it after 2 days. The water leakage problem did not get solved. On 6th April 2011, I contacted the customer care and also contacted Mr. Sanjay (Ritu Electronics) on his mobile number (9898507135). Mr. Sanjay told me to call the company and send a technician to sort out this issue. On 8th April technician visited my home and told my daughter that he will complain to the company for the problem. On 9th April 2011 I personally visited Ritu Electronics and complained my problem to Mr. Sanjay. He told me that he has raised a complaint with the company. Then I told him the problems I faced due to the water leakage. Then Mr. Sanjay raised his voice and said “You purchased the air-conditioner, not me and I am not responsible for the complaint, so don’t call me”. On 9th April 2011, I also complained to Onida customer care and the complaint number is (11047916380865). But no result. On 11th April 2011 I called customer care representative Mr. Rahuk at 12.46pm. He asked me to contact Mr. Kanubhai Patel (9925236501) for this problem. I contact Mr Kanubhai at 12.52 pm he said me to contact Mr. Hardik Desai for this problem. I contacted Mr. Hardik Desai (8980005882) at 12.53pm. He said I will send technician for repairing but he did not give me proper response, so I contacted customer care at 13.15pm and told them about Mr. Hardik Desai and Kanubhai Patels hopeless answer. I want them to immediately respond to my complaint and give me a solution for the mental harassment. If not return back my money.

I purchased an Onida G720 Mobile on 06/05/10 in Visakha communications in Visakhapatnam city. My Bill Number is 463. Its IMEI number is 910053200030003 after few months I got network problem with this handset, so I took it to Onida customer relation center in the month of August , but he changed my IMEI NUMBER without changing out mobile panel. Hence I was unable to find out IMEI number till when I got keypad problem after taking my handset to Onida customer relation centre in the month of March 2011. They told me that your IMEI number on mobile is not matching with handset, so they asked me Rs. 250 as service charge to repair my handset. I did not accept for that and I returned back. Finally they changed my IMEI number to 910053201459268. Now the problem is my keypad. It is not functioning properly. No response when I contacted the customer care. I want the company to replace my mobile, since it is under warranty period.

I have a specific complaint towards Onida LCD Model No.32LM100F & SL Number 4000777 purchased from Vijay Sales Price Borivali W in Mumbai. An Onida customer for the last 15 yrs but this incident has deeply hurt our sentiments as a family as well as the service levels ONIDA Mirc Electronics has been providing via Adonis Electronics P.Ltd. Problem started when i was based out of Bangalore in November 2008, I paid Rs.21,124 Cash Memo 28201 December 20,2008 for some fault in the LCD at Adonis Electronics P.Ltd. Mahalaxmipuram, Bangalore Mr.Nagaraj Mobile no 09916908100 & Mr.Prasanna were handling the case and the part was changed without showing me and my prior permission & kept following up for 45 days I was posted in Delhi & in December 09, the remote had a problem, the new remote came after 2 months & paid Rs.600 (Cash Memo North 11059) on 17 /02/ 2010. I got this from Adonis Electronics P.Ltd (West Mukherjee Nagar) Executive Mr.Nanak.. 4) On 16/04/2010, picture was not coming but the sound was and i complained it to Adonis Electronics, Delhi & they finally told me to bring the LCD to the Mukherjee Nagar outlet which i did. (Job No. 1004695380020) Problem detected was that Inverter Board not working and the LCD was handed over to me on 24/5/2010, Mon, I paid an amount of Rs10000 (Cash memo North 10642). The estimate given to me was 7k by Ravi & the replaced part as usual was not shown at the time of delivery. Again I had to follow-up, literally a cheating on the customer. Again after 3 days, the picture was not coming but sound was coming, this time the LCD was picked up by Adonis, Mukherjee Ngr and they delivered it on June 30th,2010. The Duracell remote cells were taken out and the staff had seen a 3 hour long movie in the outlet. Since August 17,2010, the same problem is coming and i have lodged a complaint with Adonis and the executive came in today to check the system, again Inverter Board not working. The employees handling the complaint are Devraj, Praveen, Alam, Madhu, Center Manager Mr.SP.Rajput 5) Again my LCD has gone on August 23,2010, received on Friday evening 7 PM Sept 10,2010 & it again stopped working on Sunday the 12th September,2010. I was trying to contact Mr.Tomar on Sunday but no response from the Adonis, Badarpur as they never pick up the phones/ call back. Monday 13 September, 2010, finally managed to contact the Adonis people and had a word with Manju. Fresh compliant no. 1009096380666 6) Engineer Mr.Ramji Lal visited on Thursday, Sept 16th - 4pm in the evening. Mobile no. 9350852822. The back light panel is faulty now and will either be replaced or the set to be changed. They arranged a recall of the LCD on September 20th, 2010 7) Received a call today at 1639 hrs on October 8 ,2010 from Ms.Lalitha, Adonis Electronics,Badarpur Office 9350852796 . She had communicated to me just last week that the panel of the LCD will be replaced and is on the way from Mumbai, today she is saying that the panel cannot be changed/replaced and the company had stopped manufacturing them. (Recorded conversations are with me) Ms.Lalita has offered that the old set can be replaced and I have to give an addl 17000 for the new TV which is around 23000..this is a real funny customer experience as they have been fooling us from Day 1.First I buy an LCD of 70000, then I give Adonis around 32000 for its repairs (All bills are with me for reference). Now when they cannot rectify it or part not available, they tell me to shell out another 17000 to get a new one.

I had purchased Onida Split A/c (MOdel No. SG12SCLN) of 1.0 ton on 6th Jan 10 from Vijay Sales of Rs 19,300/- The Onida Split A/c has been installed by the authorised agent MSquare Engg Services owned by Muttu Chettiar by paying Rs 4200/- standard installation charges of the company. Since then till date 4 to 5 times there has been complaint of gas leakage for which technician had visited after making several follow up. Every time if this problem arise I had to make many calls then after technician make visit. Last time when the same problem arise Mr Muttu had promised that if this thing happen again I will replace the machine but when the same problem happen again he is saying to speak with the senior that I had done and I had call Mr Achrekar but now also he is saying that if this thing happen again we will replace the machine. What is this every time they make false promise. I want the machine to get replace because there is a geniune very major problem in the machine thats why there is problem of Gas Leakage for 4 to 5 times since six months.
