I am using two Mobile No. from loop one is GSM and the other is CDMA ( 96812XXXXX) and it is becoming really difficult to use the recharge amount because the amount is deducted for one reason or the other from both the mobile no. At the time of need there is not enough balance to call others. One such incident occurs when I recharged my Mobile No. 93301XXXXX with Rs. 50/- and on the same night Rs. 30/- was deducted. On 24/09/2011 I called up on 198 and after several transfer of calls they provided me with a request ID No. 162312771 assuring me that Rs. 30/- will be refunded in my account within 48 hours. On 25/09/2011 at 10.49 hours, I received a message which read as "Dear Customer as per your SR.NO. 162312771 Waiver of Rs30 is posted in your account", I checked the balance immediately on 367 and it was found it is only Rs 5/-, I again called up on 198 and the person at the receiving end said that 367 does not give correct balance and you should check on 225, when I called up at 225, I received a message having balance of Rs. 4.99/-. Now I am again calling constantly on 198 asking for the fate of this message or a complaint ID but the entire official are helpless in providing the information regarding the refund. Last call was transferred by Satnarayan to his senior who did not receive the transferred call although it was ringing (Normal Telephone Ring with No Music). I want them to credit the balance immediately.

I have BPL government card (mobile no. 8082601325). I wanted to do a recharge of Rs. 49/-. But retailer did recharge of Rs 48/-. Now BPL has stopped my government scheme. I did complaint at customer service but they are not ready to give me my scheme back. I want them to immediately activate my government scheme, since it was the mistake of the retailer.

Last month I bought new reliance GSM connection (sim card number 891133450000881184) from retailer in Fatima nagar Pune area. I had submitted all necessary documents to the vendor. I recharged it with 594 (bolindiabol) plan which gives 1 month validity. It worked well for entire month, and suddenly it stopped working. I went to reliance web world official shop (Dhole Patil Road, Pune), reported the problem. They said your connection is not showing up in system. It has not punched in (their terminology don’t know what does it mean). Said retailer has done temporary activation with this number. They said we can’t do anything. After short of arguments they said submit the documents we will try it from “back end”. But not guarantee that it will work. In the case of urgency I was forced to take new connection. I paid the entire amount and completed the procedure. They said connection will be activated in 1 hour. I left the office, even after 6 hours it wasn’t activated. I went back said it’s not working still, the behavior from the people was total rude and later I figure out that, they just took money but intentionally they didn’t recharge. After completed the procedure it started working in 1 minute. But my problem for the previous number remains the same. I need that number to be activated on urgent basis. As my all business contacts people have old number. My all online bank transaction have same number so, without that number I can’t do any transaction (“otp” password is must). I got uncalculated business loss just because of reliance communication. I need few answers for my questions. Why the connection was closed before any prior notice? Is reliance web world official shop and normal retailers are different entity, even though they sell same kind of products? If my connection was not punched in the reliance database, why was I not given prior notice before closing the connection? Even if I submit requested documents why I am not allowed to activate that number by the reliance communication? You people must have all authority to activate the connection. I was informed by the officer that you have to forget that number, if it doesn’t activate. If this is the limitation of service provider, I need that in written agreement that you can’t activate the number which is taken from the retailer, even though it provides the same connection. Don’t allow the retailer to sell your connection. If it is possible by the reliance communication to activate that number without any technical problem, then why I was personally harassed by the Reliance web world (Dhole Patil Branch) office staff. Why temporary activation is provided by the company, if they can’t reactivate the connection after resubmitting the documents. I want them to immediately activate the connection.

I have been going through pathetic customer service from loop mobiles. They keep disconnecting calls and no follow up is made even after the promises. I don’t want to mention my previous complaints as they are of no use to me any longer, Please help me in moving out of loop mobile. I want to go on to Vodafone or airtel. I have an airtel number as well and they are providing me a better service. However, I’m still compelled to use loop as I can’t let go my number which is 987054xxxx. I am having this number with Loop for last 4 years, I had requested for number portability but they refused it saying that I’m a prepaid lifetime customer. There are no clauses as such laid down by TRAI. I called up customer service and after 4 – 5 disconnected calls…one gentleman completed the call. He asked me to change the plan to a base plan which I did. Now, I’m getting charged 1 rupee per call and text which is okay as long as I can move from loop to airtel . I requested for number transfer again after changing the plan. But, they again refused it saying that I can’t because of lifetime plan. I have just called your customer service and now, they are saying me that I can’t port out because I have just changed my plan. I will now have to wait to wait for 90 days and then they disconnected the call. They asked to me to change the plan to base tariff after my first port out request was cancelled. They promised me that it will be ported out immediately after I change the plan to base tariff. Now, u guys are asking me to wait for 90 days. I had this number with Loop for 4 years. I want to port to airtel.

I am using the prepaid mobile connection of Loop mobiles. My mobile number is 9386339485. On 21st Feb 2011 I got a automated call from Loop customer care. After receiving the call, I disconnected it. Immediately I saw that Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance. I called the customer care to inform them that it is a wrong deduction, but they say that it was deducted since I have activated a VAS service. But I have not activated any service. I want the service provider to refund the money back and disconnect the service, which I never opted for.

I AM using LOOP/BPL connection for past 10 to 11 years. My mobile number is 982133XXXX. I have submitted a written letter requesting for the network change (Loop to Airtel) without changing the number. My application number is LM146933. Loop rejected my application saying that contractual obligation pending. I have paid my entire bill on date. I have the receipt for my loop connection also. I have contacted to Mr Shirinivas but there was no positive response from him. I want the company to allow to me to port the number to another service provider.

Dear Sir I am a LOOP Mobile user from last 8 years my number is 98321388360 I had done online refill on 1/10/2009 for rs 1000 twice ie total Rs 2000.00 which did not credited my account within 4 days as written on the website of my bank as per the rule if the amount is not credited to my mobile the amont has to be refunded but after 14 days ie on 14th i received an SMS saying that your account is credited with 1000 and balance is 5Rs which was more supprising to me as i was waiting for my refund. After sevveral followup with the LOOP call centre they said they dont have any records and will not be able to help me and do anything FORGET the case I visited their galary and came to know that they have put this amount in some scheme of 1000 Refill each ie 2000 rs was put in some scheme where i will get LOOP to LOOP free call and some sms which is useless to me I asked for the refund of my money and they always said they will call back and give me the answer but till date i was waiting for their call, They argue that they have give me the scheme and moeny will not be refunded. I have only 2 question A) If the online transcation is not completed within 4 days then the moeny should be refunded in any case . I will not wait till they come back to me. B) How can they assume and put me in a scheme with LOOP to LOOP calling free minutes what will i do when i need to call other people in the world sit and look at my phone...In any case i am under no fault and would like to have my refund Kindly look into the matter if possibleThanksSanjay Jobanputra
