I purchased Indica Vista Sapphire anniversary edition car on 31st Dec 2009. Chasis number 611241. The car was delivered to me on 2rd Jan 2010 in a bad shape. It had already run 250 kms before delivery. I informed the customer care department about the issue, but no response. The car gave me trouble all through an year. On 29th Jan 2011 I faced alignment problem and hence I took the car to Wheel Point at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Shockingly I got to know that out of 5 tyres 4 are of size 145/70/R13 and 1 of size 145/70/R14, which was a reason of poor mileage and damage of jumping bush. I am shocked how could a company like TATA can cheat on their customers. It was my first car and I was cheated.

I have purchased Tata Indica Vista Terra TDI (temporary registration no. K22T5312) on 3/11/2010 from Manickbag Motors, Belgaum, vide invoice no.101100448. Before purchasing the vehicle, the dealer assured me to give Rs15000/- discount on purchase of new car. He asked me to make the full payment from which he assured to refund Rs 15000. But after purchasing the vehicle, he is refusing to refund my amount. Now dealer is telling that the sales person has wrongly committed to me. There is no offer for the vehicle. So please help me to get my money back

I bought this car on 3rd month of this year. It was running very fine and I had no complaint. One day I had to cross water in rainy season unfortunately engine sucked water. I contacted local service station in Moga (Punjab.) They said there is no warranty and insurance for this situation and I was pretty cleared. They suggested me to repair this car from Dada Motors, Ladhowal Road, Ludhiana because they do not have these parts. So I repaired my car from Dada Motors Ludhiana. Invoice number Dada-MP1-1011-00710 of amount INR 7369 dated 27-07-2010. They delivered car to me after repair. Car was running fine but it was ejecting so much of the pollution from silencer. I made them aware of it and they said I need to run this car for 1000 Kms in order to set this car to normal. Then I cross checked this car from service station at Moga, they checked and repaired it again. Invoice number Dada-MP1-1011-01081, amount INR 501 dated 21-09-2010. After sometime when problem seems to be get bigger, my car was ejecting smoke like generator, I showed my car back there. They said it is problem with injectors and all expense will be 50, 000. They cheated me by saying that my car will be ok after 1000 Kms, which resulted in huge problem in car. Now car is in Ludhiana showroom since 09-11-2010. This car registration number is PB29K5859. Repair defect free of charges or repair defect after collecting a reasonable repair fee
