Refer to attached sets of email exchanged with jabong ( Order id 1211061953246G )and asked them to give clarification why at first time they are stating that Dhanbad, pin -826004 is under serviceable area for delivery and at another time they state that as per their policy Dhanbad is not under serviceable area. So I want jabong to deliver my free gifts at the address mentioned in attached email at dhanbad where i will be available till 29/11/12.

I purchased a watch from Jabong.com ( Order id 121019174303489) and they have given guarantee for 1 year. Within a week that watch belt is broken. like any other consumer i wrote a mail to customer care jabong.com and ask them to replace the watch or belt at least they asked for the snapshot of the broken belt and when i provided that they replied with a apology mail stating they can’t replace it and they are asking me to go to vendor from where they purchased. Now the point here when jabong.com is selling things online then it is there liability to replace product if found malfunctioned. I have raised this complain to customer care of jabong.com after then they replied for snap shot of the product which i provided to them clearly stating that the product is malfunctioned . I want them to replace the product at the earliest.
