The ticket I had booked through ibibo on 19/11/11 got cancelled automatically and the status of same is being reflected on AIR INDIA booking page .But I beg to say that even after 15 days of giving request for refund for my complete fare, I had not got the money credited back into my account.I am getting the same reply everytime"Your refund is under process and it will be credited into your account within 72 working hours".But even after 15 th day I am getting the same reply from customer care executives.Now when I call them , they simply disconnect the call saying" We cannot do anything". The airline PNR is H8CGZ by name of KIRAN SHARMA travelling on 2 March 2012.

I was planned of travelling Bangalore-Chandigarh Jet Lite flight booked through goibibo.com (PNR number JTBOEK, Ticket Number 5891739594516). The flight stopped at Delhi as expected but the airlines cancelled the onward flight from Delhi-Chandigarh stating fog as the cause for the cancellation. All the passengers took this issue with the duty manager and he agreed for a full refund of the fare inclusive of all the taxes (I have attached the endorsement copy of the ticket with my complaint).Despite contacting the goibibo.com several time, I still haven t received any refunds. I have called goibibo.com several times but I got the following response from Goibibo Greetings from goibibo as per the mail we would like to inform you that, we have escalated your issue to the concerned department. We will check and process the refund. I have contacted goibibo several times over email (travelgoibibo.com) and I got the same response. I once directly contacted the flight operator Jet lite, but the response I get from them was Jet Lite With regard to your mail, since this is not an online booking done through our website www.jetairways.com,we regret being unable to assist and request you to kindly get in touch with your travel agent for the same. So all I expect form the company is they have to refund the amount which they promised of refunding and that too as soon as possible.

I booked three tickets from DELHI to BHUBANESWAR for 23rd Feb-2011 through ibibo, by the flight No IT 3349 from Ibibio group ticket no. 0901740372645, 0901740372646 and 0901740372647 as per scheduled timing the flight was at 5.55am. We were waiting on the boarding counter to receive the boarding pass at the same time not only us there were other 7 to 8 passengers were waiting to get the boarding pass but they have rescheduled the fights to 6:30 am. When we asked in the counter for the rescheduled tickets, we have been charged of Rs.7750/- but we found that other 5 to 6 passengers who made the rescheduled in the same flight IT 3345 (time 6.30pm) without any charges. Therefore we want you to release our amount Rs.7750/- which was been collected by officials on the counter

My brother Mr. Pranshu Mittal booked a ticket of indigo flight thru GOIBIBO on 31st Oct 2010, the reference number was S8URLG. The other details, flight no: 6E206, travel date : 8th nov 2010 2:30PM, from Dibrugarh to new delhi, cost:5423. When my father Mr N.K.Mittal reached at airport, he was told that this same ticket is already got rescheduled by GOIBIBO with the below details with reference number was same S8URLG, flight no: 6E273, Travel Date : 26Nov2010 8:50 AM, from Calcutta to Agartala, cost – 2782. Also it was told that extra money has been refunded to travel agent i.e. GOIBIBO. When we contacted GOIBIBO then it was told to us that they have not got any ticket rescheduled for us. This way both parties refused to help us and we had to purchase a new ticket at the same time at the cost of Rs10,878 with the reference no W9G3AG. This way we had a loss of 10,878 along with mental torture. We want the company to refund the amount which we spent because of their negligence

We booked roundtrip tickets from Hyderabad to Chennai from goibibo.com on 8th Oct 2010 and on 2nd Nov we cancelled the tickets. We cancelled online through ibibo.com. After cancellation we received call from ibibo customer care regarding the refund. They gave us the following description. airline charges - 200/per person Ibibo charges - 150/per person Nos of person : 2 ( excluding infant ). : 350 x2700/. 700/ for one way. Round trip : 700 x 21400/. Ticket Amount : 9986/. Cancellation charges : 1400/. Amount to be refunded : 8586/. Please give clarification for the amount mentioned in your mail. After giving clarification they are just refunding only half the amount No of tickets to be canceled: 3 Cashback Deductions: 0 Airline Cancellation Charges: 400.0 Ibibo Cancellation Charges: 150.0 Refund Amount: 4700.0 please help

Hi, I recently booked a air ticket from Ibibo.com from Delhi to Banglore (3 tickets return flight).The airlines was Indigo.At the time of booking the website was was quoting the total fare as Rs 24500/ which was cheaper than any other website(Makemytrip,yatra etc).The amout was about Rs 1200 less than other sites. So i booked the ticket and the amount was deducted from my bank account. Next day i got a call from Ibibo Callcenter that the tickets could not be booked at the time i made the transactions and now as the prices are increased i will have to pay some extra amout(Rs 5000 to Rs 6000) and only after that i will get my tickets.When i asked the reason why the tickets were not booked they answered that at the time time of booking the fare increased.(If this was the case then they should not have made the transaction and refunded my amount at that very moment or displayed the message but i think so that this is what they do with every customer First attracting them with lowest fares and then calling them and telling that the fares were increased at the time of booking). When i demanded my money back i was told that it will take 7 working days to refund the amount.I had to go urgently to banglore for my sisters engagement and now my Rs 24500/- were blocked.The options were paying them Rs 6000 more and getting the confirmation of the tickets or borrowing money on interest and booking a ticket from other airlines.I decided upon the later option as i could not trust ibibo anymore. I had to make many calls to there office for getting my money back but i got the same answer again and again "You will get it by next week".Finally after many arguments and phone calls i got my money on 28th January 2010,nearly after 1 month. I would suggest that please dont book the tickets from this site which only fools its customer,go directly to the airlines and get the tickets booked through them as atleast they will not cheat you and take some responsibility.
