I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150-DTSi in the month of 22/06/2011. When I purchased I saw that the back bumper was touching the tyre and the speedometer light was not working. After 1st service they replaced the speedometer, but nothing was done for the back bumper. I want them to immediately repair the defect or refund the money.

An awful experience on service with Deewan Bajaj, Okhla. The journey of ignominy and humiliation started on 28.05.11 (Saturday) when I have gone for servicing of my Pulsar 150 Registration no DL3S BV 0375. There was some problem with the front disc brake as the brake light was continuously on and same was rectified after the service. But the misery started when I started encountering that the brake is not working infact the brakes were continuously on without pressing the lever which could end up to a serious accident. So on 04.06.11 (Saturday) I went to the service station again to check this and again was sent back after the problem was rectified for the time being. On 08.06.11 my brother has to take the bike to the service station after dissembling the brake as it became completely choked up that was not possible to move the bike and again it was corrected and sent back. The problem aroused again soon on 11.06.11 and trust that the front brakes were so choked up on the Nehru Place fly over that I could have met serious accident but somehow I managed to drag the bike down to the service station. It was 09:30 AM when I dragged myself to the service station with the bike but no one the people at the service station was least bothered in listening to me as it was the repaired work due to their negligence. After meeting the GM somehow I managed to get the hearing on my problem at around 11 AM and again I was proposed to get it repaired which I out rightly denied considering the grave of the problem and straight away requested for the change of the entire assembly (caliper) but this also took further an hour and a half. Finally at 12:30PM it was changed. After that I have requested for the washing of my bike with given charges but after washing I found that the central locking installed on my bike is not working and then I bring this in to their notice but they trying to run away from the situation by giving the excuse that this was my fault that I have not taken off the remote of the bike from the key. Although they have tried to rectified this but when failed to do so they try to allegate that was this in working condition before? And finally they (GM and Owner of the service station who was there for the inspection) have said that they cannot do anything on this and you can take away your bike. The way all this happen was very humiliating for me and it was cleared from their expression that if in future I carried the bike for servicing at their service center it will all be at my own risk. I have taken the AMC from this service station and 3 services are still pending and don’t know what I am supposed to do? I want the company to repair the defects free of cost.

I purchased Pulsar 150dtsi bike for full cash from Kalyani Bajaj at Mekhri Circle Bangalore on 6th May 2011. Got the vehicle registered on 11th may 2011(vehicle no KA04 HG 1097, Engine No 05749 & Chassis no 22609), vehicle was driven only for 90kms, Gears were not getting changed properly due to which I had taken the vehicle to the dealer on Friday 13th may. After the mechanic checked the same said there is problem in gear box due to which he said he needs to replace parts & got the same done on delivered back the bike on same day at 8pm. After driving the vehicle for around 1km noticed the gears were automatically getting shifted to neutral in running condition/also the bike was making huge noise when I hold the clutch to shift the gears. Took the vehicle back to the dealer & the mechanic confirms since it takes time to rectify asked me to get the bike next day morning. Took the vehicle on 14th may(Saturday) morning spoken the showroom manager Prabhu & Machanic sarvesh, after checking the vehicle confirms there is problem in the vehicle due to which he says I need to leave the vehicle till Monday. Had a discussion with manager showroom says will replace the parts & rectify the issue. Finally Tuesday I got a call from showroom stating vehicle is ready for delivery. Went to showroom & informed manager to provide a letter what was the problem with the vehicle & what all parts were replaced. Manager refused to provide any document. When I have paid full cash for the purchase of bike Why should I compromise on the quality of the vehicle. Either I need replacement of new bike or cash back.

I am using this Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i bike (registration no.GJ10 AH 3772, chasis no. 83654, engine no. 22750, invoice no. R00951, chelan no. R01183) for more than 3 years. For last 1 year, I am facing lot of problems. The engine piston got choked before 8 months and the Jamnagar showroom was shut for 45 days and when they reopened the part was not available with them. They guided me to another workshop. I am facing problem with my gear for that I changed the clutch wire 2 to 3 times in 1 month which costs Rs125 each. But still problem persists and now they are saying there is problem with shaft that will cost Rs1800. The bike engine gets stopped when we wash the vehicle or in rain. The lame excuses they give is all bajaj bike has the same problem. Recently all the lights of the bike got fused and when I complained, they said that the body control is damaged and that will cost Rs1500 and there is no guarantee that it will not happen again. It is an electronic device and the complained (complaint no. CR67777 lodged on Monday) I filed through bajaj call center was closed with remarks that the customer is satisfied even though I had argument with them few minutes back. I want them to repair the defects free of cost and they should also give the quarantee on the repaired part
