I have bought a 32 inch Xaria lite lcd TV with Bill Number 33614400937, Model Number Lo32xrtbl, Serial Number 9c4000046 and its not working from last 2 month immediately after problem i informed to service engineer he attended and found that power supply unit was not working and to be replaced he told that he will indent the same and replace that part within week but when it was not attended after 15 days also i send email to company and contacted Mr. Gururajan from cuddlore 9345344108 and after 2 days to shridhar in Chennai office 9790958732 they told that it will be ready within week but 2 months are over but still it was not replaced and my tv is still not working my TV is not under guarantee and i am ready to pay the price of spare. The company should fix all the problems of my TV as soon as possible.

With due respect I beg to submit the following grievances against the Service Centre, New Delhi for your kind information and necessary action as deemed fit. I purchased one Onida LCD TV LCO32DBL on 31 Oct 2010 from the dealer, Shamlal Krishan Lal, 1/206/28, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt-110010, the authorized dealer. The TV was functioning nicely up to Jun 2011 and after that it started giving problem. The problem is that picture of the TV automatically vanishes after running for 3 to 4 hours at a stretch. I am in the thought that the problem may be occurring due to overheating. After giving rest for 2 to 3 hours when the TV is switched on, it starts functioning properly. I lodged the complaint in your Delhi Onida Customer Care Centre in tele No 011-39889000 on 09 Jul 2011 (The complaint No was 11070676380761). Next day the engineer Mr. Suraj came to attend the complaint. When the TV was switched on, the TV was functioning properly. I narrated the problem to him. He simply left without doing anything. In the evening the same problem again started. I lodged the complaint to Customer Care Centre on 16 Jul 2011 (The complaint No was 11070666381471). After my telephonic reminders the TV was taken by the company people of Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, A-19, B-1, Mohan Co-Op, Industrial Estate Opposite NTPC Mathura Road, Badarpur New Delhi-110044 on 18 Jul 2011. On 29 Jul 11 the TV was returned back by the Company saying that the problem had been rectified. When I switched on the LCD I found that the problem was still persisting. I again lodged the complaint to Customer Care Centre on 31 Jul 2011. (The complaint No is 11070666382730). I am sorry to inform you that I contacted several times with one Mr Sanjeev of Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd and he told me that the problem may be occurring due to wall mounting of the LCD. The reply does not seem to be satisfactory. Since there is provision for wall mounting in the LCD, such a vague reply should not be given. However, I contacted Mr Naresh, reported to be told as the Incharge of the Service Centre, on 13 Aug 11 and 14 Aug 2011. On 14 Aug 2011 Mr Suraj, the engineer had come and replaced one small board of the TV but thereafter the problem started more vigorously. Previously before the replacement the picture was at least coming for a little while but after the replacement the picture is completely stopped to be coming. I feel confident that the engineer is simply killing the air without identifying the actual defect. Since then I have tried to contact Mr Naresh to apprise of the problem but he did not feel it pertinent to attend to my telephone. Thereafter I contacted Mrs Lalita, reported told as the Incharge Delhi Region and she assured me of getting the needful done but sorry to say that nobody has turned up. On 26 Aug 2011 I again contacted Mr Suraj. He told me that he is on leave and advised me to contact Mr Ramjilal. I contacted him. He told me that big board of the TV needs to be replaced. They have already placed the demand and they are expecting to receive it by 30 Aug 2011. On receipt of the part the board will be replaced. But till date nothing has been done. I want them to fix the issue immediately.

This is Amarjeet Rai bought an Onida Washing Machine model HYDROFALL70S with bill number 171628. After working well for a while the machine’s timer and spinner was not working properly. So, I had complaint to onida customer care (complaint number 11035066380965) and they didn’t come to solve the issue even the machine in under warranty that’s the reason I want to complaint them when ever I am calling to them they are telling that today I will fix the problem but no body came till now and now I am fed up to call him. I had call to Mr. Anish on his mobile number 93226XXXXX more the 50 time every time he says that today I will send somebody but no body came. Expect the company to fix the entire problem as soon as possible

I purchased Onida 21 inches Ultra Slim CTV with USB model in Ashoka enterprises with a warranty of one year on20/6/2010. After couple of days the television never turned on. When the Service centre engineer came to my house for Demo, he adjusted the chassis and made it worked. Again in the month of October 2010 CTV didn’t work and the Service engineer came & replaced PTC. In the Month of November 2010 once again CTV Didn’t work and again the service engineer came & replaced the main switch. In the month of March 2011 once again CTV became dead, now I don’t want to repair this Television. I want them to refund the cost of TV.

I purchased Onida washing machine during 2006. Model HYDROFALL 68. Its Pulsator (Rotor) has a aluminium bush which has broken and it is a design deffect. Now this Pulsator is not available anywhere in market. We have tried to find out in Renukoot, Anpara,& Varanasi area in UP. But we couldn’t find it anywhere. WE ARE HAVING A ONIDA TUMBLE 50 WASHING MACHINE .FRONT LOADING OUR PROBLEM IS THE DOOR CLIP HAS BEEN BROKEN THEY SAID THAT THE ENTIRE DOOR HAS TO BE CHANGED BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION SINCE LAST 15-20 DAYS WE ARE GOING ON CALLING THE CALLCENTER PEOPLE AND OTHER PERSON ALSO .THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
