I purchased a Maruti Dezire during Dec 02, 2009. The registration number of the vehicle is HR 30-H 4141 and the chassis number is 216496. Due to problems with the spindle, the car tyres got damaged. I complained so many times to Vipul Service Center, YMCA, Faridabad. Because of this problem there is noise in my car whenever I drive it. The service center is saying that the noise is not because of the tyres and there is no technical fault. On the request of Vipul executive I have checked my tyres with JK Tyre. But there was no solution. I came back to Vipul and they told me that it is due to spindle problem and they replaced it. Due to late change of this spindle, my car tyres are damage. I want the service center to replace my car tyre

I purchased swift car LDI on 27/10/2010 the Invoice number is VSL10000941, Registration number PB10CZ96 and the car’s purchase bill number PB-10-CZ-9622. The car was driven only for 2000km and the car’s front wheel got punctured and mechanics failed to repair it because of the poor quality of tyre. When contacting the company they failed to replace the tyre. After spending 6lakh for purchasing the car and it was done 2000km tyre has become useless. I tried to contact the company regarding this issue but still there is no response from them. Even I have sent lot of emails to the company still no proper response from the company. The company has to replace the tyre of my car since it’s still under the warranty period.

I purchased maruthi SX4 on 27/10/2010 (invoice bill- PB-10-CZ-9622) and I have driven it 2000km. one day its front tyre deflated. I contacted mechanics and they advised it cannot be repaired and needs replacement. After spending huge amount on car and it tyre became useless. This is because of poor quality of tyre used. I want them to replace the tyre.

I have purchased Maruti Swift LDI on 02-Feb-2011 from Jaikrishna Auto Agencies, Coimbatore. I was able to run the first 510Kms smoothly. On 19th Feb-2011 7.30 AM I started from Coimbatore to Mysore. In the 610 Km at TIMBUM hills on the 20/27 Hairpin bend suddenly the engine got struck and shut down. The vehicle started going reverse and I stopped the car using the hand brake. In the hill station lot of vehicles were coming behind and we managed to stop the car in a flat surface with the help of some people. After that I started calling to the 24 customer care Maruti service centre. This happened at 11.00 AM. We tried to start the vehicle and it did not happen. The service people reached the spot at 4.30 PM. After that they also tried to do some trouble shooting, but they could not do that. So from there they started towing the vehicle from to Coimbatore Jaikrishna workshop. After checking the vehicle they are informing that there is some struck up in the diesel tank that was the reason for the problem. After removing the struck up from the diesel tank, they tried to start the vehicle and it got started. They took it for a test drive and it again stopped after 20kms. On the next day once again they tried to start the vehicle, but it did not start. I suspect that these people have delivered a defective vehicle to me. I want them to provide me a replacement of the diesel tank, if this is really a problem with the tank.
