I purchased Samsung air-conditioner during 2009 ( model number- aw18zaxdc, serial- 8324tzas403414w, invoice number- A324PZAS403414W) from navrang electronics, delhi-92. I had got my air-conditioner Samsung repaired with gas refill this year in July. Call number for the same is 4110505758. It costed me Rs 1,261. I was told that this would carry a warranty for three months. Now since the last week, I am facing the same problem with cooling. I called the customer care the technician who visited told me that this time also I would have to pay Rs. 500 as transportation charges. If the transportation charges for the refill of gas that was supposed to work well until at least 3 months are being levied on me, what is the sense of the warranty provided? If the quality of the repair was not up to the mark because of which the problem reappeared, it is not the customers fault. At this pace of repair charges and the quality of repair done, this A/C would cost me Rs. 2000-3000 per year. Maybe this time again gas will leak out, and I shall have to pay 500 again. I have sent an email to the companys central customer care contact. I got a call next day from an executive and I was told that I will have to pay the charges. When I asked that you are making the customer pay for the bad service done at Samsung, I was told that I should talk to the concerned technician who will visit me regarding this. I want them to immediately replace the air-conditioner.

I purchased a Samsung air-conditioner (model number 12JKA) with one tonne capacity during Apr 2008. Through bill number 4111710894 dated 01/08/2011 the company took my AC on 02/08/2011 and committed to return next day after replacing cooling coil with total bill of Rs 3500. Next day I received call that Rs 3500 has to be paid for Cooling coil and Gas which I said ok .They said they will send some person to take the money and deliver the same in evening. But even after 16 days we haven’t received our AC back which resulted in lot of problem to my family. My air-conditioner was working and only some cooling problem was there. I called many times to the service centre and were given false promises that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. The kind of service your people provide to your clients is misfortunate. We repeatedly called M/s Sapphire Sales & Services pvt. Ltd / Customer care for many days they give reasons like Today Van not their , We will deliver in the evening , Coil received was defective , Coil was in Chennai and will take 2 more days and many other reasons were given.But AC was not returned. I want Company to immediately provide me a new air-conditioner.

I have purchased Samsung Air Condition from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd (Dadar East) on 5-DEC-2010. My Samsung AC model no is IND183CSB. My bill no is ORD2024828. The product is still under warranty. Since the purchase, this AC is not working properly. Water continuously leaks from the indoor unit into my room as soon as we ON the AC. We asked for replacement several times and always they are replying that they do not have the product for replacement. I have been talking with Mr.Azmat and Ms Leena from Kohinoor. But nothing has been done so far. I want them to replace the item or refund the amount.

I bought Samsung split air-conditioner (model no. AS122UGAN) on 25 Nov 2010 vide invoice no.19370. Within 4 days of time the outdoor unit of a/c got spoiled because of voltage instability. I reported this problem to the seller and a local assistance came and checked the functions. He said that they will replace the spoiled outdoor (including the compressor) with a new one within 3 weeks of time and even they had copies of my bill of purchase to file a replacement. After 3 weeks, I approached service center, they said it will take around another week. I waited but they did not turn up. I mailed this problem to Samsung India. After few days a representative called me and said they can only replace compressor but I asked for replacement of outdoor. He replied it will take some time. Then after few weeks, no news from them. So I called customer care to lookout the problem but they are not sure of the date, when they are going to replace. It is already 3 months and still I am not getting any proper answer from them. I want them to replace the outdoor unit free of cost as the A/C is still under warranty period
