I bought Samsung DUOS Phone (model no GT-C6712) (bill no1784) on 12th May 2012 and started using it from 14th May 2012 (IMEI No: 355693044853052).On 14th May 2012, I fully charged the battery and inserted the battery and 2 SIM cards. From that time onwards, the phone is getting switched off displaying the message The SIM is removed, the phone will be rebooted automatically and also getting switched on again. I then used just one SIM, the issue still came up. Then I replaced the SIM with another one, still the issue is there. The issue continues to be there till now. Per day it is getting rebooted at least 30 times. The battery is getting discharged rapidly. The Wi-Fi functionality is not working at all. When 2 SIMs is used, the network of one SIM is going, the network of the other SIM is also vanishing simultaneously. I used the same set of SIMs in other handsets, but did not face this issue. Most of the times, the phone is quite slow. So I called customer care and reported the issue after which I got the reference no A442452383. I was suggested to visit the nearest Service Center. Hence I visited the E-MAG Solutions, Karnataka service center on 17.05.2012.I reported the issues and asked for a replacement as the phone was a brand new one and I started facing the issue from day one. They told me that they will upgrade the software. I agreed but asked them for a confirmation that if the same issue crops up after this fix in future, then the handset should be replaced. They were non-committal and routed me to the service centre manager. The service centre manager also told the same thing and told me that I had crossed the deadline of 4 days after the date of purchase. So he cannot replace the handset rather fix it. I asked for his confirmation about replacing the handset if in future the same issue crops up, but he was non-committal and told me that in that case he will fix it up again. He told that the handset cannot be replaced even if it’s a defective one, rather can be fixed. As I did not get any confirmation, I did not give the handset for service. Now my concern is If Samsung is so sure about the quality of the handset, then why it cannot commit about replacing the handset if the issue comes up. I am deeply suspicious about the handset being utterly a defective one. As I have paid for the quality handset I want them to replace. In case if they are willing to fix it then I want them to give an assurance that if the same problem crops in future they must replace the handset

We have purchased Samsung Washing machine top load no. WMAb2BSELECT on 17/03/2012 from Bismi Home appliances, Kaloor. Kerala. We have noticed that all the old clothes been damaged by the washing machine, small holes appearing in all the clothes. Almost 15 clothes got damaged. We have register our complaint on 03/04/2012 on toll free number 180030008282 (complaint no. 8430790166) and they have sent authorized services people from Wintech Solutions, cc36/2695, AZAD Road, Kaloor and phone no. 0484 4010282. The service center people had taken my washing machine on 10/04/2012 and till date they have not contacted me. Several times I tried to call the person who took the washing machine - Mr. Jery on 87143 00938, he is not picking the phone. Again I have contacted on 180030008282, dated 15/05/2012 and 18/5/2012 and spoke to Customer care Miss Keerthy. She told me that the manager will contact on my mobile, but nothing has happened. Again on 19/05/2012 I have contacted Miss Divya and she transferred the line to Mr. Rajesh, the customer Care Manager. Till date no action been taken from the authority and the willful negligence shown by the people is a big cruelty to the customer. I want them to immediately replace a new washing machine (a higher version) for which I am ready to pay.

I have a Samsung Smart Phone Galaxy S II GT-i9100 (The IMEI no.355310/04/587204/5).My cell phone is still under warranty and it was in good condition till 12th July 2011.Since I have bought this cell phone I have been facing heating Issue the moment I plug it in for charger it heats up so bad that I might blast. There is no hardware damage on my cell phone. On 14th May 2012 I went to Samsung Services center at Moti Nagar New Delhi to get it repaired as my cell phone was not turning on and I was under impression that it is still under warranty so Samsung will repair it .However they don’t want to repair it until I pay Rs. 8888 as they want to change the board. Even if they wish to chance the board why should I pay when it is still under warranty? Samsung has found the way to cheat their customers. I have a Samsung Notes as well and I do recommend people to go with Samsung. However it seems this company has started doing wrong commitment and found the way to do scams. If the product is in the period of One year warranty and if the board needs to be replaced then why should people have to pay for it? Is this warranty is meant for? I am not at all satisfied with the Samsung customer services. People do not respond properly and they don’t even know how to talk as some group of people there are completely illiterate. They opened my cell phone and now it is not at all turning on at all and before Samsung opened it I was able to use it with different battery. When I checked with them they say that this happened because of moister which is not true and they want to charge me Rs 8,888/ to change the board. I do not have 8,888 rupees as they want this amount to repair my cell phone which Samsung was supposed to do as it is still in warranty. I have sent them emails and try to resolve it however now they have come up with another issue which was not explained to me the day I went to their service center and now the situation is my cell phone is not even turning on since they have opened it

I bought a Samsung mobile (invoice number- 3210310994, model number- galaxy pro b7510, IMEI number- 356176478768). First the mobile was unable to charge in last week of January, I sent it Sri sai enterprises fir repair they repair it but after three days the same problem arise and they convince us that if you will pay Rs. 350/- then we will replace it and you will not get again problem and same thing intimate by me to Samsung customer care and also replaced my charger but mobile again not able to charge and I sent it to OMKAR ELECTRONICS, they told us that the PCB will replaced and charges will be 3500/- I immediately contact to Samsung and they told that they will not charge and will replace and I get the delivery after 3-4 days but forcefully they charge Rs. 350/- but problem not solved and again same problem arise. The omkar electronic inform me that you are using duplicate charger then immediately I inform to Samsung that your authorized service center replace it and if it is duplicate then who is responsible. I got a call from Mr. Richardson that please sent back your set to Omkar electronic and they will provide you the stand by set and we will check thoroughly but after get it back after a week a new one way problem arise and the manager Mr. Manoj take it back and deliver me again but now the voice crack problem arise and also not getting charge. I written to Samsung that the mobile not properly repair while it has already repaired 5-6 time that meant it is the defective so please replace it but till date I am not getting replace and the mobile is with me as an idle condition and I am not able to use this. I have all the proof of such correspondence in mail with Samsung since begining and I can produce as a when required.

I purchased an Air conditioner (spilt ac) from Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (bill no. 143) on March 21, 2012. Within one week from the date of purchase the air conditioner stopped cooling. I contacted the service center (Samsung) the service Center personnel visited and said that the gas was leaking and it need to be replaced. Since this is a brand new product we asked for replacement of the unit. As per our request the unit was replaced. However, the replaced unit also stopped working in less than a week. Again Samsung technicians visited our house and found that the gas is leaking again. When we asked them to replace the product they refused and stopped responding me properly. I lodged a complaint in the website, contacted service centre executives but no response from them. I want the unit to be replaced or I want them to refund

My son bought a galaxy y handset on 30th December 2011 from an authorized centre of Samsung (bill no. 7985). After 3 months of purchase when I changed the sim of my handset due to network problem it does not respond to the sim, even to the sim which I was using earlier. When I contacted the official service center of the company the official representative said that the sim slot is broken and cannot be repaired. After that they did not respond to any of my mails for a long period of time but then they mailed me that the repair would be done on chargeable basis. But my handset is in warranty period as the warranty is for 12 months from date of purchase. I contacted the service center and got the handset checked. But they did not respond well in this regard. Spoke to the customer support representative but he also did not respond well in this matter. I even mailed the support portal of the company but they also did not revert me a satisfactory response. This is a total mental harassment. I want them to Repair defect free of charges or Replace product with similar or superior product or accept the return of the product and issue a full refund.

I am an extremely dissatisfied owner of Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos IMEI: 359104041411429 which I had purchased on April, 3, 2012 from Kolkata (bill number- 91989). On the same day of purchase, I found that my new hand set was not connecting with the wi-fi of the BSNL Broad Band at my place. (The handset requests for password, but on entering the same, it keeps on blinking Obtaining IP address from... and just refuses to connect). Here I would like you to note that the wi-fi at my place is connecting well without any problems for the last three years on three different laptop and a Blackberry mobile. To pile on to my woes, within a period of one week, I discovered that the Micro SD memory card provided along with the set had gone irreversibly damaged. I visited the Service Centre in kolkata - Debojyoti Infotech (272/2 Dum Dum cossipore Road, kolkata) on April 21, 2012 and mentioned both the problems. They replaced the card and for the problem relating to non-connectivity with the WI-fi, the staff at the service centre upgraded the software of my handset (resulting in further misery to me on account of loss of all data) and demonstrated that the handset was connecting with the wifi located at the service centre. However on returning to my home, the handset again refused to connect to the wi-fi at my place. Within a week’s time, I started facing problem with the replaced Micro SD memory card and I found that even the replaced card had gone out of order. In addition to it my handset refused to connect with the wi-fi located at my off-site office location in Patna. (It was connecting with the wi-fi at the guest house though). Hence I again visited the same service centre mentioned above today i.e. May 5, 2012 and got my card replaced for the second time. In respect of the wi-fi problem, the staff was extremely rude and discourteous and refused to acknowledge my problem citing that since the handset was connecting with the wi-fi at the service centre, there is a problem with the modem/ internet connection at my place. (Upon my asking them to check whether the wi-fi of my set is working, twice they connected the internet through the data service of the mobile network and informed me that the wi-fi of my set is operating normally). I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

We bought two laptops for about Rs 45.000/- last year (END April 11) from Samsung Chandigarh scanned copy of the bill attached (serial number- SAM MINI ATOM 1 160 DO ZYXYY93LZC00067B, BILL INVOICE NO1926, model- rv509). Both the Laptops started giving trouble immediately after purchase and BOTH its hard drives got burned in a few days. My son who is using net-book is an Army offer and had to come to Chandigarh from field area (J&K) on leave for its repair under warranty and the same was done. After repairs it never gave satisfactory service and again packed-up after a few days. It could not be immediately brought in the knowledge of the service center as one is in remote area & there is no service center of Samsung in near distance. Now that he is come on leave to Chandigarh and have taken it to the authorized service center, he is told, that the hard-drive has again developed snag and cannot be repaired/rectified second time under warranty due to overshot of warranty period by a few days. Which is factually incorrect as can be seen from the attachment and if required other proof of this can be produced. It is come to us as a cruel joke that the hard drive of the Samsung laptops are so substandard, fragile and have so little life span?. In view of the position explained above and as a special case the company was requested to replace the defective and obsolete computer sold to me under unfair terms and conditions which they have denied pointblank and their staff is not at all ready to show sympathy towards a consumer despite several request. In the light of the position above may I request for helping us in the matter and persuade the company to replace the laptop as it is bound to give problem time and again OR give me extended warranty by carrying out free repair/replacement of the hard drive.

I am using Samsung chat c3222 mobile (IMEI 355409/04/693514/8) phone purchased on May 4 2011 From June 2011 onwards I am encountering problem with the phone like Ringtones, charging, incoming voice call not audible etc. Every time I visit the service centre they will keep the mobile in observation for 4 to 5 days. Later they will call and say the mobile is ok come and collect it. After collecting the mobile within 10 days the problem repeats. I visited the service centre many times but of no use. The phone was with them for almost 40 days and recently I got my mobile but still the same problem prevails. I want them to replace the product with similar or superior product or I want the refund
