I paid for a package in Naukri Internet Services Private Limited. During the resume writing process, the resume had so many issues that need to be updated but the same was not done. Since it has taken so much of time. I myself finalized the resume on my own. I had put down all the efforts of my own. None had supported me during the process. I often called Abilash and his Manager Rita, they assured me that the same will be rectified afterwards but nothing worked on fine. During the Cover Letter finalization process, the backend team disconnected my call in the mid of the conversation and never reverted me back . I called them many times but no one ever picked up the call . I had contacted Abilash so many times taking off from my office. But before taking my approval they had finalized my resume and the same had been activated in the job mail service. In the Job mail Service, they had not completed the profile but activated the job mail service. The worst thing is that they had not even uploaded the latest resume. I am presently working as a system Engineer in INFOSYS Technologies, Bangalore. Even after my regular updates, they provided me job mail for Technical Support. How can a person working as a system engineer will apply for Technical support? I had already provided the job location preference (Delhi/ NCR). Even then, they provide job recommendation for Bangalore. They have not even sent the resume to any consultancy for which I paid. For all the above reasons I want to get my money back. On 4th April I contacted them to refund my money and to cancel the services. For the same Mr. Amanjot called from Job mail services and said he will refund the amount but till now I dint get my money back. When I contacted them on one is replying to me. They never call me for any updates. I want them to refund my money.
