I sent a courier in professional courier. It hurts when you had sent a gift with love and at the other end he/she doesn’t get what you sent. I had sent a gift from Chennai to Mysore, My friend Ganapathy had chosen this courier to send my gift to my girl friend Namratha. Am writing after a disappointment delivery form First Flight Courier. My shipment consignment no: C02362687 I had a Switz watch in it, while couriering they had asked what’s inside the parcel and when told about the product they have charged accordingly. (Rs.450) But while other party picked up the parcel, the watch was missing. I didn’t expect this type of service from First Flight Courier. Kindly let me know in what way we can fight for my missing product. This is the way I wrote to customer care of First Flight Courier, in reply they replied they will get back to me. When asked about the status, No reply from their end. It’s almost a month. Based on this incident we have approached in three ways Contacting customer care and mailing them and providing all information they asked. But am fed up, I did not get any positive type of answer from their end. In Chennai office, had met the manager and explained everything to him. And answer we are not responsible. In Mysore office, forced them to ask were was her missing product Answer We do not know ask Chennai office. So we all are feed up with this answer, Kindly look over this issue and deliver my product immediately.
