I am working with L&T recently I have taken 15 days leave for TOEFL exam. Hence I joined online toefl class at Achievers point Delhi, Consultant Miss Lovely (9873664123). I paid Rs4800 for this class (cust order no 658988888) on 25Dec11. As per that, they should take 2 month class but from 25 dec11 till today (26/01/12) only 2 classes happened which are also too late (1/2 an hour instead of 2 hr) my exam date is 3rd feb. Now only 7 days remaining but no one is taking any test or class then my money is not fruitful. I am daily waiting online for classes but no one is coming saying no. of excuses (power, internet problem, trainer not available). This is irritated & harassed me. So I want full refund of my fee. People of these classes not attending phones also.

As I am having Tata docomo postpaid connection (mobile number- 99922XXXXX)which is having accredit limit of rs.2500 but my bill came on date January 27 ,2012 is rs.15439 which is just impossible and even the customer care don’t no properly about it and they said call later when the system is updated and they are saying it every time. I called them lot of times but o proper response. I want them to check into it and send me the correct bill.

I have a HP LPG connection. We call many times at the landline 01636235240 to book the gas, nobody answered the call. Every month we face this problem. They give the mobile no. 9914535240. At this number nobody attend the call minimum I tried 4 to 5 times on 25-1-2012. Distributor code is 626670 distributor name is gill gas service, moga. Our consumer number is 600970 in the name of varinder kumar s/o sh. sant lal. There way of talking is very rude. They don’t attend the calls they don’t deliver the gas in time. They make the consumers suffer like anything. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I purchase Airtel 3G data card Internet connection on 20-May-2011 (data card number- 88613XXXXX). Since I was not satisfied with Aritel services and despite requesting several times about the pathetic speed and frequent disconnectivity, no resolution was provided to me till date. I paid all my earlier bills till Oct-2011 since I purchased this connection. I never got speed more than 500kbps, I logged complaints many times hoping that one day the speed will be as Airtel commitment i.e. up to 7.2 Mbps which never happened and I was compelled to discontinue the connection in Dec-2011. The amount Rs.2847.87 for period of (20-Oct-2011 to 19-Nov-2011) was more than I used and I immediately informed Airtel about some additional usage as per bill entries which i never used in the bill but Airtel didn’t came back to me with proof till date. On 17-Jan-2012 one Airtel representative came to my home and asking me to pay him Rs.3939/- immediately and was creating nuisance at my home, I had to call police to get him out from my house. My earlier bill usage never came on an average more than Rs.1000/-, how the bill charges came Rs. 2847.87 in Oct-Nov bill. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I purchased Tata Indigo CS GLX (Petrol) on 16th Oct., 2009, Financed through HDFC Bank for 4 years. I am paying EMI of Rs. 8954/-, problem arises from 1STyear itself. Details of the vehicle are TATA INDIGOCS GLX – LTD. VERSION (PETROL) – 2009 MODEL, DATE OF PURCHASE : 16TH OCT., 2009, DEALER : A-ONE MOTORS ( ELEGANT MOTORS, PAPADGANJ, NEW DELHI), CHASIS NO : MAT6016539WH32399, ENGINE NO.: 475SI56HQZP83687, Accessories : Music System with two front speakers, took kit, wheel wrench etc, Finance : HDFC BANK FOR 4 YEARS 12% P.A. (LOAN AMOUNT 3.40 LAKHS). The problems I faced are within short span of one year alternator had to be changed, originally fitted/provided Exide battery has worn out and had to be changed. In the second year Front window (steering side) part had to be changed. Air circulator makes noise once it was switched off. Exhaust/ radiator keep running for about 20-30 minutes even after closure of the vehicle (keys removed). Check engine keeps glowing. Originally bought stereo gives current leakage problem. Within short period of two years I had to call up at least 30-40 times “on road service” to start my vehicle and visit the workshop. On trying to get an exchange offer of December, 2011, I was shocked with the evaluation price of my vehicle done by TATA authorized workshop as Rs. 70,000/- only. If TATA can itself quote only Rs. 70000/- for its vehicle whose original cost is Rs. 4.5 lakhs, whose installments still are being paid. My humble request is kindly refund my money as early as possible as I cannot take any more burden and harassment of talking to workshop people explaining my problems again and again with no proper solution. I personally feel I am being harassed by TATA being a lady owner with minimum knowledge of vehicle parts, but have been driving the vehicles (Maruti, Hyundai) for almost 7 years now (including TATA for last 2 years).

I have booked a holiday package to Kashmir (Hotel and Car 7 days and 8 nights, srinagar, sonmarrg, gulmarg, pahalgam, patnitop, katra and drop at jammu airport) by paying 50,000 rs using my credit card and the booking id is: ID IN1201B03207. Within 3 hours of the payment, I had reached the make my trip team to cancel the booking noting the bad weather conditions in local news. After a long hold, they have mentioned that all the payments were transferred to hotel and car agents, as they hear from the back-end team that there is no problem in travelling to there, they can do much on the reversal and adviced me to proceed and in case of any issues, they would support that time. I had the travel and team could take me to 3 destinations in 4 days from srinagar. But later, they failed to take me to another three destinations, patnitop, katra and jammu, bcos of the road blockage of srinagar jammu highway. I called up makemytrip and logged my issue and also made them to speak to the driver provided by them. After some time they responded saying that hotel is not accepting the cancellation and they cannot refund any money to me. I never asked them for the cancellation, it is they failed to complete the package tour as per the plan and now they are refusing to refund any amount to me. Multiple times I called them and explained them, the response I get is, and the case has been escalated and is under investigation. No other response from 14th of jan to till today. Request you to help me out with the refund of the same.

I have 3 policies 15500268,15499719 & 15500487 respectively under Super Invest Assure Plan of Reliance (Agent-Satyapriya Ghosh-Royal HRD Marketing) since 31/10/2009 for which I have paid Rs.6000.00 x 3 18000.00. I was mislead by their agent Rajiv Dey (9331077135) Somit Roy (8013183793) for this investment of 3 years you will get all benefits from Reliance and cumulative payment every month and I did received few small amount cheques. The last cheque of Rs.612.00 I have received on 24/05/2010 against Royal ID no.200839 and not received any thing for ID No.200841 & 200834 but received 1 sms from Royal my cell No.9836269205 saying that May month closing will be at June, but till today I haven’t received any further payment from Royal. And further I have paid second premium 6000x318000 for the 3 policies through net banking to Reliance under Transaction ID 2415920, 2412383 & 2406713 respectively. But latter I learnt from Reliance that I have to continue paying up to 15 yrs, which is not possible for me. Actually I have invested in this because of the regular monthly income from Royal as told by your sub agent Rajiv Dey. I want them to cancel and refund all my money.

Repco FD is good option to invest. Benifits 1) Attractive high interest than other banks. 2) No penality to break a FD. More over it a break is requested Redemption amount is Capital + current interest for the period. 3) Escape from income tax as No PAN required. So Good choice for Golmall (!) with secured investment.

My son purchased the said laptop, DELL INSPIRON N5110 on 8th October last (Invoice no-2459, Snergy system peripherals,Cathedral road,Chennai). After using for nearly 2 months, its screen started dysfunction it started sudden shut down besides it. He called the telephone no given at the time of purchase, and got instruction to call toll free number 18004252067. After calling them they instructed that somebody will visit and inspect the defective laptop at his residence. They further directed to mail the complaint on above mentioned email address. Nobody visited him till date. He is perusing his studies at Chennai, has no time for the delays they are taking in response. I want them to send the engineer and rectify the defects immediately.

My name is gautam singh chauhan. I did an online recharge of rupees 68 on my mobile number 97228XXXXX on 29th December 2011 through state bank of India maestro debit card ( account number- 30190XXXXX/4). Due to internet connection problem recharge of rupees 68 was not successful and I didn’t get the recharge message on my phone and when I recharged again the recharge was successful and I got 68 rupees balance. But even though the first recharge was not successful 68 rupees were deducted two times from my bank account, first deduction for the unsuccessful transaction and the second for the successful transaction and the 68 rupees of the unsuccessful transaction have yet not been refunded in my bank account. Even after contacting customer care which said the money would be refunded within 7 days, today almost 20 days have passed yet the balance is not refunded of 68 rupees in my sbi account. I wrote even to the nodal officer of aircel but in vain and the customer care executives do not provide quality resolution. I request the 68 rupees to be refunded quickly as it is causing us lot of inconvenience and now we are terrified of on line recharge because of this incident. I want SBI to credit the amount immediately.

Weakening of rupee also poses another threat which is costly loans provided by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The inflation forecast was raised to 8.5 from 7.8 in March by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) which in turn will be 6 the following year. Increasing the interest rates will slow Indias growth. It was forecasted by the world bank that the Indias economy will have slower growth rate (7 - 8) in the next couple of years.
