On 9 May 2012 I tried to recharge my mobile through Timesdeal for Rs. 50 (Order TD 292570) and received a Promo Code entitling me to a Mobile Recharge for Rs 100 on Paytm.com (Offer from timesdeal where I need to pay Rs.50 and the mobile recharge amount will be for Rs.100). When I entered the promo code the Promo Code failed to work on paytm.com and I could not get my recharge. I contacted Timesdeal who asked me to contact carepaytm.com. When I contacted Paytm there was no proper response. I sent mails to both times deal and paytm . And I received a mail from paytm stating your problem is issued contact timesdeal.But no proper response from Timesdeal . The amount got deducted from my account. I want them to refund my amount

My son was admitted in Apollo hospital for abdomen pain in the month of March. He underwent a major operation, later on it was confirmed as cancer. I have taken Tata AIG policy (Policy no. Wf001000001497) and I had paid the premium of 6 lakhs. I approached Tata AIG to claim my policy as I have spent nearly 5 lakhs. And I need to spend another 3-4Lakhs on his treatment. But Tata AIG is not giving me the claim .Earlier they had offered me one lakhs rupees for the settlement. When, I questioned them about selling wrong policy to the customers. They stopped giving me anything. They are now saying that it is a family benefit plan and they will give only 1000 per day for hospitalization. But they dint mention anything about this at the time of taking the policy. I want them to give my premium. If, not I want them to refund my money

I have booked two flight tickets(Trip ID 1203296880, Trip ID 1203296891) from Cleartrip Travel Services Private Limited on 29th March 2012 from New Delhi to Hyderabad for Rs.4489/- Another flight ticket was booked from Bangalore to New Delhi for Rs.3919/- for 16th April 2012. And I cancelled the tickets on 12th April 2012. They informed me that they will deduct the cancellation charges from the tickets and deposit the remaining amount of 5908/-. And I received the mail confirmation on 13th and 15th April 2012. But I did not receive the amount till date. I contacted the customer care three times, they are saying that they have processed the request, but I did not receive the money yet. I want them to refund my money as early as possible

I thank Himalai ias for excellent material, test series & timely support. major advantage with Himalai is they have got a 12 centers in Bangalore which they all any candidate to attend any center including weekend batches were candidate can take maximum advantage . i got more than 4 revisions. One day Reliance representative Mr. Shashikant visited my house and promised to connect wireless connection within 7 days and collected all documents and cheque for Rs. 1199(Cheque no. 139702- Oriental Bank of Commerce ) which was cleared from my account on 11th April 2012.AFter that there was no proper reply from them or my visit to their Nigdi office was fruitful. I have already submitted a letter for cancellation of the connection and asked refund of my money along with concerned documents to their Nigdi office, but there are not ready to accept and I have to leave the documents there without any acknowledgement. I want them to accept the return of the product and issue a full refund of the price

This is Rajeev Kumar Mittal having savings account in Kotak Bank(account number-0311xxxxxx), Vashali Nagar branch and I have submitted the ECS Mandate form of LIC Housing Finance Ltd as there is a running Housing loan account of me. I have given this form to Mr. Rajat Kala in the month of February 2012 duly signed by me. My ECS for the month of March and April got cleared. But for the month of May my ECS was rejected for no reasons. When I contacted Vashali Nagar branch they said ECS Mandate form is missing and you have to come to the branch. When I have given the form why should I need to approach the Bank for the same and if they do not have the form how can they pass the ECS? When I told that I have already given them they told that it got misplaced. How can they take the things lightly regarding the documents of the Client? This is the main concern that I am having now. I have no time to come to Branch as it is too far from my residence. Several times I visit Vashali Nagar branch and several times I sent email and also the bank in the toll free nos. 1800-1026022 and the reference number. is 1-1914452241. I received a sms for the above reference query stating the issue is closed (without solving the problem). I want them to give a valid reason for rejecting my ECS. And how they can be so careless with the client document

I was one of the first customers of Odisha to use TATA Photon+ Services bearing mobile No 9238426635. The connection always has a clean payment track and had no dues on it. Suddenly one fine day my connection was disconnected and after regular follow ups it was not restored. At that time my due was roughly around Rs400. I received no calls or intimation from TATA an suddenly one day they call me and instruct me to pay around Rs. 1100, for which I demanded explanation and I was ready to pay the Rs400 what I have used and refused to pay the Rs800 which I have not availed. I also got calls from the collection team and the behavior was not up to the mark. I tried to explain him the situation which he was never willing to listen and after I told him that I will handle the case in a legal way, he started arguing and I ignored him because of his behavior. On 9th May 2012, I suddenly receive a call from Delhi HC saying that a case has been enrolled in my name and warrant will be issued by 12PM. I was shocked and was trembled for few minutes, after that i called the same person and asked him about details of the case and h told me that the case is for Fraud against me and after a lot of persuasion he gave me the number of the lawyer with the case number. I called up the lawyer and again after a lot of persuasion, I was told that there is a case against me and they have sent me summons (which I have never received). After a lot of discussion and persuasion and telling him the entire situation, the lawyer agreed and helped me by saying that he cannot do anything but he can suggest me to pay the entire amount so that the case doesn’t move forward and can be stopped then and there. As there was no other hope I paid amount of Rs. 1295 against TATA DOCOMO Number 9238426635 on 09-MAY-12 and the transaction number is MUTI2734589517. Please help and suggest if this is the way to deal with a customer and dragging a customer of Odisha to Delhi for a simple telephone bill, which is also not properly justified. I feel harassed and cheated by company of such high repute. I demand that my extra Rs800 which was charged to be reversed and Rs10, 000 for dignity loss as I have never faced court or lawyer in my entire life.

I was supposed to receive courier through trackon couriers (AWB No 286423753). It was dispatched on 12th April and it is not received by me yet. I got a call regarding this that there is no proper address mention on it. But as far as the sender of the courier told me she has written full address on it and on that address we receive so many couriers even as local post too. I request you to look into the matter and deliver the parcel immediately.

This complaint is regarding credit card no. 4443 4101 XXXX XXXX. ICICI bank collection team has contacted for the outstanding amount on this card and offered the settlement to be made at 20000 rs at one time and close the card account. They have also assured that once you make payment send us copy of deposit slip and chq details so we will update in our system and will issue a settlement letter. On 11.06.2010 I deposited 20000 rs. As told by OP Khatri from collections team and also send him scan copy of chq and deposit slip but after that when we asked for settlement letter he told us that you will get it in 7 days. We waited for seven days but after when we contacted him they told that there is no person named OP Khatri and after contacting local ICICI branch they told that there is no settlement has been initiate on your card. I was making follow ups but they were not giving any answers and in few days recovery agents again started to call and using abusive language to my boss and my relatives. When I asked them regarding settlement letter for which I have made payment of 20000rs they told me that forget that amount and do what we say otherwise you will have problem. A person called Amjad - 09617779880 is constantly using abusive languages and harassing by calling 8.30 pm in evening and throughout day. Nobody is giving me answer for settlement letter which I never received and again they are threatening to pay more for settlement. Now ICICI bank employees are telling that you forget about that payment we will not consider that SO why this people are lying and harassing again to me. I have also got deposit slip in which I have clearly mentioned payment against settlement while depositing 20000 rs in ICICI bank. I want my settlement letter and stop harassment by recovery agents like amjad.

I purchased a whirlpool washing machine. The Product details are Model professional Spot 7.0 kg, Serial no-INF094703260, Model-11638, invoice number- INF094703260. I have a front load whirlpool washing machine, this machine is in warranty. I have complained for washing machine (Complain no-GB0412013957) on 26th April, 2012. One person name Mandeep Singh has visited on same day for inspection. Mandeep told me that there is a big problem in machine they will take machine to workshop. Till same day I have not received any call from company side, even I have called so many times to customer care but I didn’t get any response till now. So this is my request please do the needful.
