I would like to draw your attention to my personal bitter and even worst experience with Royal Sundaram General Insurance Company. I tried to purchase online motor vehicle insurance policy for my car on http://www.royalsundaram.in/ since one day prior evening, hundreds times I had to fill-up all required data but process got freeze all the time at the last payment option. Lastly, I contacted them on 18604250000 (not a toll free number even) but no representative came on line. Just to listen IVR stating their entire representative were busy on other phone and asked to call later, I wasted my money. Lastly, I went for chat option and put up my query and problem I was facing but all in vein. Lastly, I received a call from Tele No. 04430299200 at 1200h on 04 Feb and I was made to provide all required data on telephone itself (quotation number- qvpn0065888) . After a lengthy data fill up procedure, I was asked to make the payment and I did so by my ICICI Bank net banking facility. It took time but however the payment was successfully made from ICICI Bank with Bank transaction Ref No. 0289644416 instantly. But I didn’t get any policy number and was again re-directed to the same payment option page. I have attached the screenshot of ICICI Bank balance sheet page which clearly mentioning that payment of Rs. 8942/- was made to Royal Sundaram. I was on phone during throughout procedure and informed about this fuss to their representative even. Laterly, several times I have written them mentioning all details with Bank transaction screen shot but have not received a satisfactory answer yet. As I made payment on their web page which was linked to ICICI bank net banking, Royal Sundaram is responsible to track the error if any in transaction and revert my payment or issue the policy. I contacted to ICICI Bank also but they said payment has been made successfully. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I had filled up an online form for a new connection (application number- 50000019016338, employee id of the sales person 500056965), based on which I received a call from tikona sales office and they had sent their sales person mr.shahrukh for the demo and to explain the plan details. After this we made a payment to mr.shahrukh for the installation of the broadband connection for rs 1100/ on 4/02/12 and he promised that we will get our username and password details in 6hrs and the connection will be installed on 5/02/12. But till date he did not turned up and when we called him up on his cell, he switches off the cell after seeing our no. we have also contacted officials in tikona, they verified and came to know that he has run away. Please help us to get our refund back from tikona.

I ordered for mobile phone nokia lumia 710 color-white-cyan on 27 Jan, 2012 (order number- 8000002771).I paid online through debit card and everything was ok. On 30th they called me and said that your order has been cancelled and your money will be refunded to you. But when I checked out their website, it still showed that the mobile was in stock but still I have no problem I just wanted my money back. Till date 10 days have passed but I have not received any money from them. They say their refund process takes 4-5 days. I have called them several times and every time they say that wait 4-5 working days m fed up of listening this. They even don’t t/f call to their senior and a senior executive just give hope and does nothing. Please help me out to get my money back.

I have an idea postpaid connection (mobile number- 75007XXXXX). I have deposited my billing amount on dated 28.012.2011 & still amount is not updated in my account therefore idea cellular stops my outgoing calls. Because of this my professional work is suffering because with cell a Manager cannot manage his work & unnecessary pain coming during visit. Not only this month, most of the times the same problem is repeated more time & I have the evidence for it. Nobody understands want to resolve the problem from local or customer care representative. Now I want to convert this connection to Airtel. So I want them to start doing the MNP process for my number. Also for all the harassment they have given I want 50lacs compensation to me.

I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No. 2011-11-15-019945) on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- Rs 1999/- per piece. I returned the box unopened to starcj as Qty supplied was one against the courier document said 4 Pcs and payment of Rs 7996/-.The box was received as it is by Star CJ gurgaon by (Mr. Bhajan) on Nov. 26 vide Gati Docket No. 110499348). I immediately called up 011 & 022 3355 5533 and informed about the error on their part and told them to refund the money. I was told it will be resolved within two days but nobody called and rest of story is as follows in brief. I made almost 25 calls of 15 Mins. Each in Nov, December, and Jan Feb. 2012 with a gap of 4-6 days to refund the money but complaints are only registered and forwarded which probably go to some dustbin. The operators are not highly trained and instructed not to get any senior or give their phone nos. nor do the other departments ever come on line. Mailed complaint at responsestarcj.com on Dec 12, Jan 19 and several reminders ---No Reply received. Wrote in Q A section of my StarCj Account –No Reply ever received. 11 Weeks have passed but no refund/reply not given (Till Feb. 8, 2012) as the operators are trained to keep customers at bay by giving false pretext of one or another like, its under process, it’s at advanced stage, concerned department is working etc. and lastly after so much deliberations I got a call on Jan 10 that my refund is in process and definitely your account will be credited by Jan 17 2012.When nothing got credited I called up again the same story is repeated that its under process. By jan end after getting angry with the operators through several calls I am told that we have to check the ware house and then we will do something. Its endless lies these people keep on telling. It is a well organized internet fraud operation headed by Paritosh Joshi and a team of crooks. I am posting this on all consumer websites and handing all papers to local consumer court including star network head and their associate in Korea to shut down this fraud operating in India. Through this message I and requesting all readers not to purchase anything from starcj, whatever allurement they give to you. Almost 2000 employees/Families of the company in which I work have decided not to even see this channel and word is spreading fast to all associated companies, vendors, suppliers and corporate heads. I want them to refund my money immediately.

I am Gurumallappa from Bangalore, I had booked Indane gas cylinder for refill on 28th Jan 2012, still I have not received, and when I call to customer care they are saying that cylinder has been delivered to you by distributor on January 16th. I do not how these people are saying like this. Last refill was done on 21st November 2011.Please someone can you help me on this. When I call to distributor they are saying it will take one more week. Already gas got over and we are having food in hotel. Since I do not have double cylinder. I had applied for double cylinder long back but still I have not received. It’s really pathetic service from indane cylinder. Just for refilling I have been waiting from past 13 days. Distributor name- Vishwanath Gas Agency in Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore and my consumer no.70615. I have called many times, customer care people are not responding and it’s always busy. Its hell service and distributer is saying one more week it will take to deliver the cylinder. I want them to deliver the cylinder without delay.

I won a lucky draw at country club (whose form was filled in Big Bazaar, Indirapuram) in Dec, 11. I got a call that I have won 6days/5nights vacations and for that we have to attend 1hr promotion presentation. We attended promotion presentation and decided to join the club on following terms: We will pay total 55000 (15000same day + 40000 in installments) and we will get 15dats/14nights vacation in country club resorts anywhere in India/Abroad for 5 years and we have to pay Rs 6000 as maintenance charge every year. We agreed and paid 15000 same days, but made a mistake that no written document was given at that time and they said that it will be sent through courier. Also they said New Year function coupon will be sent as regular part of functions celebrations. Also confirmation of free holidays will be sent. I received courier and surprised. They cheated me, details are as below, and the vacation period was 6nights/7days in place of 14nights/15days. No free vacation coupon received. New Year party coupon received on Jan02, 12 along with above. Membership details are as below: Name: Taruna Bhalla, Membership No. DT/71/1403/CVGZIV5LB99770. This company is total cheat and I want my Rs15000 back. Please help me out.

We have bought kenstar microwave oven in January 2010. It has stopped heating so we have filed complaint in customer care in dec 2011 (bill number- OM-25 ACF, model number- )om25acs, serial number- 0901ks02087.There person came and checked. He told us that door lock is not working and took visiting charges and disappeared for almost 2 weeks. We were trying his number but he was not picking up. So we have lodged another complaint. Then they appointed another person who never visited. We were asking continuously. After 20 days so called gentleman Mr. Chetan Shirodkar called me and said he can’t keep the call pending so he is closing it and assured me that he will arrange door lock in 10 days. Since then we are following up but we get the same answer door lock is not available. Now it has been over 2 month still we didn’t get any solution. Such a big company and don’t have door lock for their own model, hard to believe. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

The inflation forecast was raised to 8.5 from 7.8 in March by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) which in turn will be 6 the following year. Increasing the interest rates will slow Indias growth. It was forecasted by the world bank that the Indias economy will have slower growth rate (7 - 8) in the next couple of years.
