I have a ICICI Pru Life time pension policy (No:- 07358943) and due to some personal reason, after paying the premium for approx 2 years, I found myself unable to pay the premium after 14-sep-2009. I recalled about the policy when I saved enough cash to make the previous due payments. But when I called up the ICICI Pru customer care, they told me that we have already sent your cheque of amount Rs 4840.003 ( (cheque No:- 560499) that is 25% of your fund value as your policy has expired due to non payment. They also told me that, "we can’t revive the policy". After that, I visited Janakpuri, C- Block ICICI Pru office, where the employee at counter confirmed me that, I can revive my policy. I want them to allow me to continue with the policy.

I have purchased Nokia C2-03 from Narula Electronics on 27th Dec 2011.After 2nd day of usage the mobile started to get switch off automatically even in mid of the call. I am not able to open the loudspeaker option. Sometimes it starts and sometimes not. I called up the shopkeeper and told him that I want to replace this handset. But he insisted to take it to Nokia care for software up-gradation. After software up-gradation from Nokia care, Tilak Nagar, the mobile gets switched off more frequently and also light flashes every time we use this phone. IMEI no. of my handset is 359327046520361 and 359327046520379. Another thing is, the Nokia logo printed on the back side of handset also faded in a month. I want them to accept the product and refund my money or replace the mobile phone.

I was using Tata photon plus from August 2011. My data card number is 9212561014. It was properly working. Suddenly I faced connectivity problem during September and I registered a complaint with their customer care during October. They told me that they will send an executive at my address to check the problem. But nobody came and I received the mail from Tata photon saying that I was happy with their service and hence they are closing my complaint. I called their customer care and told them the entire problem again. But nobody helped me instead using abusive language. I am not using the service, but they keep on calling me for payment and send me bills. Why should I pay when my connection is not working ?. I want them to immediately take action by revising my bill. Also, I do not want to use this connection anymore.

I had placed an online order for a pair of Tyche Mink blanket with "Star CJ Alive" on 30/1/2012 vide order number 20120130025953. As a special promotional offer or may be a well planned trap laid by seasoned crooks, as broadcasted on the TV, it was a buy 1 get 1 free offer with a Ladies handbag worth 1250/- absolutely free. I had placed the order with one of their representative over the phone. I asked the representative why that item is not displayed on their website http://www.starcj.com/ and I was told that it’ll updated on their website in next 24-48 hrs which never happened till date. I availed the cash on delivery option and finally received my product last Friday i.e. February 3, 2012. I paid the whole amount in cash to the delivery boy vide invoice 201201300056 dated Jan’30th, 2012. We were happy to receive our product, but that happiness didnt last long. We opened the packet and were really shocked with what was there in the packet, it was not at all what was broadcasted on the TV. The blankets were of inferior quality with pungent smell emanating out of it and the free ladies handbag was similar to that of roadways bus conductor’s bag worth Rs 50/-. I immediately called up at the number listed on their website and reported the matter with one of their representative Sonia, who was again very unprofessional. I asked her for the supervisor and was placed on long hold and finally told that someone will get back with me in 24-48hrs and that never happened till date. I asked for her last name, which she never provided, asked for her employee ID which again she didn’t reveal. I insisted for Supervisor, but never got transferred. All that I got was a complaint number which she told me is the same as my order number 20120130025953. I ordered the blanket as I am expecting some guest next week, my mother in law, her son and others. Also recently I am blessed with a new member in my family, 4 months old baby angle and was feeling the need for an extra blanket and unfortunately became victim of “Star CJ Alive” team of crooks as I got trapped into their well established scandal, as it seems to be. I ordered the blankets for my guests and now as the date is approaching I am feeling so helpless now as I am getting no response from “Star CJ Alive” team, team of crooks, operating big racket and exploiting numerous innocent consumers like us, as many of us never report back such incidences. Further, I am really shocked that their no complaint/feedback section on their website and we are totally on the mercy of their team of crooks, well trained to give one or the other excuse every time any victim of their calls in to have their concerns addressed. They give us all kind of false assurance/commitments and play with our emotions and exploit us. I am raising this concern in this forum to pass this message to the team of crooks running such rackets, indulged in scams which seems to run into crores of rupees or even more, that we still know our rights and can’t take this uncalled for exploitation at their hands like this any more. I want them to immediately replace us with a superior and equivalent product.

It is hard to find the name of dealers in Delhi. It is also hard to find tecknical dimentions of ovens on website, very easily. To sell well, i suppose these basics are needed. It would be nice if you could send me an e-mail on how to reach siemens dealer or the company.

My Microwave oven (model No 20BC3) is not working from last 2-2.5 months. I have registered many complaints in IFB customer care, but these complaints were not solved. The complaints numbers and the date of complaint registered are 7926308 on December and 8064514 on 13th January. In spite of repeated reminders to them my complaints remains unsolved. Each time I contacted IFB customer care, they keep promising me that they will resolve the complaints with in 24 Hrs, but all that reminders to them goes in vain. Each time they say that within next 24 Hrs our service team will call you but we didn’t receive any call from their service executives. I am fed up of their empty promises and assurances. I want them to immediately fix this issue.

I purchased a woodland shoe from this website. After wearing it twice, this shoe tore off. Both the shoes are torn. It does not seem to be a original woodland shoe. I tried calling the customer support but they replied as the shoe is used and they cannot help me out. In the first place why I was sold a duplicate shoe?. Secondly, when customers call your representatives behave as if we are asking for loan and talk very rudely. The purchase details are Order Number - YBH542629, Order value is Rs. 1375.91. The purchase date is 8/22/2011 9:34:31 AM. Payment mode is AXIS Payment Gateway and the payment is successful. The transaction number was 49539. I want you them to immediately refund my money or send a good pair of shoes of the same value.

I booked my travel through ibibo on 24th Jan 2012, 13:46:05. The PNR number is YZBLX, Flight No is AI 472. The airline was Air India and the reference No is AMD8LA3O5. Date of Travel was 20 Feb 2012 11:10:00. No of Ticket is 1 and the amount paid is Rs. 4299. I cancelled the ticket on 04 Feb 2012 23:10:15. No of tickets to be canceled is 1. Airline Cancellation Charges is Rs. 2450.00. Ibibo Cancellation Charges is Rs. 250.00. So the total refund amount is Rs. 1584.00. I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Jodhpur from goibibo website. At the time of booking I saw that the ticket is refundable. "I SPECIALLY LOOKED AT THAT AS I WAS NOT SURE OF MY TRAVEL". I needed to cancel the ticket because of some urgency. When I canceled the ticket the screen showed me that only 500 will be deducted from my account, after 5 days a representative called me from their side and started telling me that the ticket is non-refundable and Rs.3000 will be deducted from the total fare which is of Rs.4200. Tickets for that flight are still available and I can see till now that it is refundable on cancellation. If we still check this flight for the same day it shows that the ticket is REFUNDABLE. I had a word with Mr. Navneed from ibibo. He was telling me that the ticket is non-refundable. I am attaching the screenshot of the flights ticket as on today, it is still showing refundable. I want them to immediately refund the money.

I bought a Nokia E63 mobile from the Mobile Store Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on February 9, 2011. The invoice no. being 3352/2106540. The said mobile started giving problems from the early days itself i.e., battery used to get discharged within 5-6 hours, battery was not showing gradual decrease either it showed full battery or get switched off. I took my mobile to Nokia Care Panvel somewhere in the month of July. After around 2-3 weeks they handed over the mobile back to me saying that the problem has been rectified. But once I started using the mobile again it was the same problem as usual. Then I thought it Is a battery problem so I changed the battery by buying a new one from Nokia E store 325, Nawab Building Dr D N Road Mumbai vide Bill no. ESC/10/11/120 on October 5, 2011. However, the problem persisted. Again I took the mobile to Nokia care Panvel. They again kept the mobile with themselves and handed over to me again after 2-3 weeks with the same reply that the problem has been rectified. However, nothing changed and the problem persisted. Now the mobile started giving more problem than earlier. Now the battery was not getting charged. Again I took the mobile to Nokia Care, this time at Vashi. The jobsheet no being 120121/62. They handed over the mobile to me on 28/12/11 saying the problem has been rectified. This time even the voice from other side was not audible, ear-phone was not working, no display was showing. Again I have given the mobile to Nokia Care Vashi on February 3, 2012 Job Sheet No. being 120204/54. I want them to immediately replace the mobile, since I am frustrated with the current mobile and service.

My Loan Account No: PPR000900421384, Customer ID: 842660872 and the DD Number is 937164. I applied a personal loan for Rs. 500000 with rate of interest 14.5%. The tenure is 24 months. The processing fee is 1% so then amount comes 5000Rs. The marketing guys told that 14.5 is interest rate for you with 1% processing fee. But my account was credit only with Rs. 488970.00. Later, I received my documents. In the document it clearly says interest rate is 20% and the number of installments is 36 months. There were no details about pre-closure. I already got approvals from HDFC stating that 15.5% rate of interest. Marketing guy (Deepak-9916136489) accepted to give 14.5%. That is the reason I applied through Axis Bank. Please find the below details for your reference. Applied loan amount: 500000, Accepted Rate Of Interest - 14.5% and now given -20%. Accepted processing fee- 1%(5,000rs) Now Taken- Rs. 11,030. Accepted tenure was 24months and now given 36 months. Please see the huge difference in Rate of Interest and Processing fee. Please take the immediate action on this and make me clear. Please give me the details about pre-closure also. These marketing guys give lot of fall promises. I cannot pay this much of interest. I want them to immediately revert back my loan to the promised interest rate, tenure and processing fee.

The inflation forecast was raised to 8.5 from 7.8 in March by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) which in turn will be 6 the following year. Increasing the interest rates will slow Indias growth. It was forecasted by the world bank that the Indias economy will have slower growth rate (7 - 8) in the next couple of years.
