I recently bought my Honda Jazz car from this dealer. I had a problem with the headlight, it started blinking in between. I took the vehicle to the service centre. They fixed it and returned it back the same day. After two days the car was not starting. Again I made a call and they came and fixed it. Later, after a month I gave my car for regular service. I got it back after three days and after a day of service, I found that the car is not starting. On further analysis the mechanic found that water had entered and the ECM got damaged. This costs more than 20,000. Now the dealers are claiming that I should give them money to get it fixed. How is this possible? It is their fault and they are asking me to pay for that. Moreover they are abusing me for their fault. I want others to know about such irresponsible dealers.
