I purchased new Tata Indigo LS (no. TN10T2927) on 26-10-2007 (invoice no. VSTMoL-0708-02293) from VST Chennai with 5 years of warranty including 3 years of extended warranty. I went for service on 16-11-2007 as I was having many problems with the vehicle. From the day till now 10-02-2011, I have given my car for service 10 times for the same issue such as engine noise, crank shaft problem, tyre issue. Before 6 months when I gave my car for service, they have changed the tyres. When I contacted the service manager for the tyre number, he replied that the car comes with different serial number at the time of delivery by the manufacturer. Diesel pump is also changed by them saying that diesel leakage was also there. But again diesel leakage problem is there after the service. They have charged me for all the services (spare parts which were changed) even if it is under extended warranty. They also charged me Rs1500 extra for crank shaft, on top of the bill which was already raised by them. Now I have diesel pump problem, which was not done previously. Upon several mails and request have been made with tata motors, Mumbai, Chennai head, my issue has not been resolved. I want them to refund Rs1500 that they have taken for crank shaft as I still have the same problem. I also want them to change the diesel pump and the tyres

I bought my Indica Vista from VST motors. It is an authorized dealer and one of the oldest for Tata Company. The many tat cars are available at VST motors. They have very poor customer service. I bought my Indica from their showroom only and that was nearly three years back. At that time the manager and staff were all very cooperative and also very friendly. Now the quality has gone down badly. It is almost two months after I bought the Vista. So I took it for the free service. I get the free service till the first year. I took the car for the service and the guys there did not even care to inspect the car. They were very lazy about.
