I have a mutual fund scheme of UTI with Folio number 1476157991.I have applied for the KYC before with them about four months ago and after this many years they asking for the KYC. They should have checked with the AMFI before sending this notice which should never happened because I have a clear note of it. But now on 20/10/11 I have received a notice from Karvy Compute Share Saying that the second holder in mutual fund scheme of UTI does not meet KYC. Whereas everyone has a KYC of CDSL Ventures limited this is an AMFI Agent. Why UTI and AMFI are not uploading the KYC compliance names in the mutual fund houses. This is leading to hardship to the customer when India wil go paperless in a computer world. All I request is them is that they should check with the necessary fund house before sending the notice.

My ULIP Policy (folio no. 54815642088) of UTI has been matured in August 2010. But when redemption warrant was not received even after passing of more than two months, I complained online to customer care of UTI. In reply it is informed that warrant has already sent and its status is paid on 21-1-10. Again after several enquiries it has come to knowledge that my redemption money has been credited in bank account of a fake person. Now UTI customer care says that matter has been transferred to Karvy and outcome will be informed after getting it from karvy. But Karvy does not reply on demanding redemption money. Thus my hard earned saving of approx. Rs.180000 has gone to a fake persons bank account (A/C no.53222010074390 of Syndicate Bank, Chinchwad, Pune Branch. The company must send the redemption money along with interest of delayed period immediately to me.
