It is a fact that Total Courier and Cargo Services is an International Courier service. They are having global offices around the world. But I had a worst experience with this cargo service. One month back, I sent some books and other articles to San Jose through this courier service. When I enquired at their customer service they promised me of delivering goods faster than any other courier service. The only thing is that, for faster transmission I need to pay some extra charges. Thinking of their speeded up delivery, i agreed with them and packed the whole thing properly so that I dont loose any. But it took another six days as they specified. Moreover the packing was all torn. Their explanation was simply disgusting. Even they refused to answer my call at times. Beware of these types of cheatings...
