My name is gautam singh chauhan. I did an online recharge of rupees 68 on my mobile number 97228XXXXX on 29th December 2011 through state bank of India maestro debit card ( account number- 30190XXXXX/4). Due to internet connection problem recharge of rupees 68 was not successful and I didn’t get the recharge message on my phone and when I recharged again the recharge was successful and I got 68 rupees balance. But even though the first recharge was not successful 68 rupees were deducted two times from my bank account, first deduction for the unsuccessful transaction and the second for the successful transaction and the 68 rupees of the unsuccessful transaction have yet not been refunded in my bank account. Even after contacting customer care which said the money would be refunded within 7 days, today almost 20 days have passed yet the balance is not refunded of 68 rupees in my sbi account. I wrote even to the nodal officer of aircel but in vain and the customer care executives do not provide quality resolution. I request the 68 rupees to be refunded quickly as it is causing us lot of inconvenience and now we are terrified of on line recharge because of this incident. I want SBI to credit the amount immediately.

I Naresh goswami having a saving account in SBI at old air field (05942) a/c no is 01138XXXXXXX.I made a transaction for cash withdrawal through J&K bank ATM of amount 2600 INR on 23 June 2011,but cash was not dispensed by ATM and amount was debited from my account. I filled a written complaint to BRANCH MANAGER. After this I have filed many application and contact through telephonically to all designation officials like AREA MANAGER, DGM, and GENERAL MANGER. The complaint no as follows as, AT42922704068, AT42922703995, AT42921748643, AT42921748637, AT42922818069, AT42922818126. But they did not give me any response till now. I harassed by bank officials. It is a great insult of an innocent customer by a reputed bank.

I lost money saved with SBI in SB A/c 107257 xxxxx as on 14th May 2011. The amount is rupees two lakhs fifty four thousand. (Rs.2.54Lakhs). This money was fraudulently transferred to 4 other SBI a/c holders. The bank has given account and ATM access without verifying the credentials of these fraudsters. These fraudsters have got into my internet banking account and got my money and transferred to them. Bank is not tracing the culprits or their introducers. I gave a police complaint and after 6 months they have traced one of the person who has taken 54000/- out of this 2.54 lakhs. But the address of others seem to be wrong. The bank is taking the excuse of my responding to a fictitious SBI website, which by all means is a genuine SBI website. Bank is not even confirming the link between this fictitious website and these fraudsters. I want the bank to take immediate action upon these fraudsters and refund my money.

I have a saving account 0000002001 xxxxxxx in SBI. And about 1.5 years back I took a Car Loan (A/C Number: 00000031018362133). My loan agreement which was provided by the Head Quarter has the summary of the EMI for each year: 1. 1st Year: Rs 8111, 2. 2nd Year: Rs 8426, 3. 3rd Year: Rs 8426, 4. 4th Year – 5th Year: Rs 8532. Now since past 4 months I have been getting pestering calls from bank, mentioning I was a defaulter and there is some 20K pending. Although as per my bank statement the due EMI is deducted every month on time without delay. As per bank the above stated EMI is wrong and my EMI should be somewhere over Rs 9000. But I did not receive any letter stating this change. Also logically the EMI numbers stated in the attached mail is also automatically deducted from my account hence I assume that it’s a gap at SBI’s end. Additionally without informing me, the branch deducted amount of Rs 11446 from my saving account. I need a solution and branch should not deduct any amount from my account without my permission. Complaints at their site, CC-1319100735498 (Ticket Number). And till now they are just forwarding mails to one another without any comments. Till date no one has taken ownership of my ticket. Mental harassment, and due to auto deduction of excess amount from my Saving amount have missed a another important payment which caused lot of tension. I want a repayment of one lakh for harassment and embarrassment and an apology letter from SBI. Also, they should correct the EMI charges.

While I went to Vijaya Bank ,Dum Dum Cantt Br. ATM booth of IDNo-SVD722102 on 16/09/2011 for draw a cash of Rs. 5000/- in respect of State Bank of India, Garui Branch Code no:-8705 A/C No.111437XXXXX, while doing the transaction, it shown "absent of cash" and the same was printed out. But after a while a message was sent to my mobile(banking SMS facility provided) that a transaction of Rs. 1000/- was withdrawn, and I printed out my pass book from the local branch and acknowledged the fact to the branch manager on the same day and the branch manager lodge a complain with ticket AT42922396103 on very next day. But near about 23 days has been elapsed I can not refund the same. So, I urge the refund of Rs.1000/-+9% of the same from the date of transaction to the date of settlement.

It is to inform you that I operated SBI- ATM Id No. S10G060336002 at Mayur Vihar , Phase-I, opposite Pocket-4 to withdraw of cash Rs.10000-00 on dated 01.10.11,at 15.43 hours but only Rs.9600-00 was given by ATM Machine with short of Rs.400-00. It is very surprising. Nobody is prepared to listen my severe problem. Please get it solve at the earliest and credit back Rs. 400/-. The details are - TXN No.-6149 My SBI-Account No. 10938 xxxxxx. I have contacted on Phone No. 1800112211 at SBI call Centre but nobody has bothered to listen to my problem.

I have an account with SBI Bank, Bangalore. My account number is 302503 xxxxx. I tried to withdraw Rs. 10,000/- from Karnataka Bank Limited, Amarjyothi Nagar ATM on 11.07.2011. But the amount was not received neither the receipt. Later I checked my account and found that the amount of Rs. 10,000/- has been debited from my account as an ATM transaction. I have contacted the bank for the investigation and refund. But I have not received any proper response from them. Normally, the time taken for this is 7 working days. Now, I want the bank to refund the money with interest.

I Mr Shyam Vir. I have an account with State Bank of India. My Account Number is 20036 xxxxxx. I deposited a cheque bearing number 239987 dated 24 March 2011 for a sum of Rs 13171/- on 11 April 2011. The same cheque has not been credited in my account till date. I have written many letter and contacted with Bank Manager on Mobile Number 09917474510 but he is not given any positive response to me. I am facing actual problem due to non receipt of my long outstanding amount from State Bank of India, Laxminagar Mathura (UP). Details of bank where I dropped the cheque are as under - State Bank of India, Laxminagar, Mathura (UP). Bank is responsible for this act and should take immediate action to clear my cheque number 239987 dated 24 March 2011. Bank should clear the cheque immediately and should pay interest from the date of deposit cheque that is 11 April 2011

The SBI Churachandpur Branch had sanctioned a housing loan to the tune of Rs. 5,25,925/- vide BM No.25/576 Dated 30 Nov. 2005 to my wife Mrs. Kaikhanvung, and I Mr. Haukhenpau Guite her husband act as the guarantor. Loan account numbers are 01593006253 / 11343836590. Along with the loan she was offered an insurance cover SBI-Life (Super Suraksha) with a onetime premium amount of Rs. 16,860/-, which was executed on 23 December 2005. However, the borrower, Mrs. Kaikhanvung met an expected death on 6 August 2006. A month after the demised of the borrower, I, as a guarantor gave a verbal report of the demised of Mrs. Kaikhanvung to the then dealing officer of the Branch. To my shock and surprised I was told that the Insurance Policy was not accepted by the SBI-Life. It also came to my knowledge certain negligence of the Bank ie. The SBI had first sent the Bank Draft of Rs.16,860/- to Chennai on 23.12.2005 instead of Mumbai, and was therefore reportedly returned to SBI Churachandpur. The SBI Churachandpur, instead of sending it to Mumbai on immediate receipt, left it unattended for over eight months which came to light only after the death of the borrower was reported. Throughout these period, (of over 8months) the SBI had never taken care to inform the borrower or the guarantor about the non acceptance of the policy nor the cause of it. To hide their gross negligence, the SBI immediately credited the proceeds of the policy draft to the borrowers account on 14 October 2006 that too without the consent of the borrower/guarantor and over 2months after the death of the borrower. Presently the SBI is pressurizing me to repay the loan as a guarantor, and have served SARFAESI notice vide BM/adv/31/70 dated 6.08.2011, which I feel is arbitrary and gross violation of my right as a consumer. I want them to adjust the final settlement of the outstanding loan amount with the SBI -Life Policy availed by the borrower on 23 December 2005. We have also given them a security deposit of Rs. 50,000/-, which I want them to pay back with interest.

I tried to withdraw Rs 3900, but I was able to take Rs 1400 and rest Rs 2500 was stuck with the machine and after sometime the money went back into machine. When I complained to the bank they said that the transaction was successful and they have not received any money back into the machine. Details of the transaction : ATM ID : S10G000813107, ATM Machine Address: SBI Koramangala ATM, Date : 30 - Jul – 2011, Card Number : 6220180 xxxx xxxx xxxx, Account Number : 30104 xxxxxx, Transaction Number : 3653, Total Amount : 3900, Taken Out : 1400, Amount went back in machine : 2500. Bank says the transaction has returned 000 code so they cannot do anything. I want them to investigate and refund the money.

This is to draw your kind attention that I Arijit De residing at 6, Christopher road, Kolkata- 14 have went to S.B.I bank (C.I.T Road branch) on 26.08.11 ( account Number- 2001258XXXXX) at around 12.30 pm to ask for a 6 month bank statement of my savings account of the above mentioned bank along with my wife. Mr. B.R.Mondal who deals with this matters told me that he will it is not possible to give me the statement and when I ask about the procedure to get the statement, he shouted on me and told me “I will not give u any Bank statement of your account” then I told him that I am a customer of this bank, and you are a government public servant, and I deserve the service. Then one of his co-colleges Mr. Bhowmick came in front of me and my wife and pushed back and threatened me and my wife that if I say a single word then he will through us his shoe and break our legs. So, this is my earnest request to you to intervene into this matter. I want them to compensate me for the harassment they have caused and I want them to issue the statement.

I own a company named goyal construction which has an account in state bank of india (formerly state bank of Indore) phadnis colony branch, indore m.p. I had a fixed deposit made in name of M.D.MPSWC. A/C GOYAL CONSTRUCTION for rs.7600 from bhopal branch of the same bank (fd account number- 1004536/360/99). I deposited the FDR for collection in my account in state bank of india , phadnis colony branch , Indore for collection on 10.05.2010. It is now more than a year the bank has not credited the amount in my account. I contacted the branch manager ravindra satsangi several times, but he says he is in touch with the Bhopal bank official. Every time i go he says he is seeing the matter. I complained to SBI happy home scheme where they take customer complains on 20.06.2011 also but till date nothing has happened. I want them to credit the fd amount in my account.

I have a salary account with SBI, Talegaon Dabhade branch. My account number is 30311 xxxxxx. I recently approached them for a personal loan of Rs. 1 lakh, based on my salary account. But the lady who I approached for the details, refused stating that they do not offer any personal loans. Then I asked her does that mean SBI never offers personal loan to anybody. Then she said ok, in that case mee the branch manager. But the person is not available at all. I want them to provide a valid reason for not issuing personal loans, because people having an account in the branch, might need to go for loans for some emergency purposes. But it is of no use if they do not offer personal loans.

I have opened a saving account at CIT Road Branch. My account number is 31137 xxxxxx. While opening the account I have given all details asked by the bank. In that they asked whether I have any saving a/c in any other branch of SBI. As I have another SB a/c at regent Estate branch, SBI CIT Road Br referred my regent estate CIF no 80727471515 and open the new a/c and did not issued me ATM card. When I asked them for ATM card they told me that already you have an ATM Card against Regent estate branch. Hence, you will not get any ATM Card. I approached the branch manager of CIT Road branch, but no use. I want them to immediately provide me the ATM card.

There is a huge delay in resolving my complaint on ATM transaction (savings account number-303601XXXXX). This in reference to default withdrawal of rupees 10641 from my saving bank account number. I used my card to pay my hotel bill on 22nd March 2011 at Hotel Palash Residency at Ranchi,Jharkhand, But we found that the paying machine installed at hotel counter was not working .Later on when I took mini statement from SBI ATM I found that an amount of 10641 has already been deducted from my account. I raised issue with hotel management but they denied and have given written document stating that they haven’t received any amount. I’m ready to submit all transaction related documents in this regard, when ever asked. I want bank to look into and credit my money back.

I had paid the following payment through State bank of India online banking (Account number 11017XXXXXX). I paid the bill amount of cell one prepaid top up (BSNL) Rs.220/- dated 12-06-2011, Bank reference number IG54252451and also paid the Bsnl landline bill payment of Rs.448/- dated 12-06-2011, Bank reference number IG54252711 but no top up to my cell phone account and no bill payment for Bsnl landline has been done even after 24 hours in mean time the above amount was debited from my bank account. In Bsnl portal website message appeared as awaiting for bank confirmation so I made a complaint in their website. There was no response for the following complaint which I made in there website. So the bank should refund my amount which they debited from my account which was never used in the payment process.

My SBI Account Number is 30062XXXXXX with Samastipur Bazaar Branch, Samastipur. I had deposited a Cheque Number 0216 of Rs 34702.00 in SBI Samastipur Bazaar Branch on 12 February 2011. But the Cheque is not cleared till now. Due to this delay in clearance of Cheque I have suffered a lot in respect of time loss as well as huge financial loss including interest on this amount. I have visited the SBI Branch many times and discussed the matter with the branch officials in this regard but I couldn’t get any satisfactory reply. I have given written applications to the Branch Manager. I have sent emails dated 12.04.2011 to sbi.03600sbi.co.in and dated 24.05.2011 to helpline.lhopatsbi.co.in and sbi.03600sbi.co.in, But no action has been taken by their side in this regard. I have filed online complaint to state bank of India website (Complaint Ticket Number CC-1306143378309), I have sent written application to General Manager, SBI, Muzaffarpur (I have a copy of application). SBI must clear my cheque as soon as possible along with interest on my amount of Rs 34702. I also want penalty from SBI for the mental harassment and loss of time. I want the extra financial expenses incurred by me in sending written applications to SBI by post, and manually.

I am an 83 year super old and a super senior retired Army Officer. I am feeling very harassed! On 14 Feb 2011, I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 11000/- using my SBI, Sector 17, Chandigarh, SB Acct No. 1084773XXXX, ATM Card, from ATM of State Bank of Patiala, Patiala Personal Banking ,Leela Bhawan Patiala. The ATM showed a DEBIT of this amount while actually I did not receive any cash. I immediately went inside and met the Manager of State Bank of Patiala, Leela Bhawan, and Patiala. He advised me to contact and lodge necessary complaint with State Bank of India. The next day that is on 15 Feb 2011 I lodged a written complaint with the local State Bank of India, addressing the complaint to State Bank of India, Sector 17, and Chandigarh. I had also got my Pass Book updated, which wrongly reflected a DEBIT of this Rs 11000.00. Since action to reimburse the wrongly debited money did not take place in the next three weeks, I proceeded to Chandigarh on 09 March 2011 and met the Manager, who directed me to Mr Navtej Singh, the Bank Officer dealing with my Account. Having understood the problem, Mr Navtej Singh advised me to write and handover to him my complaint. I sat in the Bank and with the help of my Grand Daughter I wrote and handed over the Complaint to Mr Navtej Singh on 09 March 2011. Since 09 March 2011, a period of 80 DAYS has elapsed but the money has not been refunded to my SB Account in SBI, Sector 17, Chandigarh. I am therefore seeking your assistance and help in this matter. In TIMES OF INDIA dated 28 May 2011, I have read on page 1 that the defaulting Bank must pay me Rs 100/- per day of delay from the day 7 days after lodging of the complaint. So I want them to pay me this with the penalty.

Home loan interest charges for the month of May in excessive of what it should be. I hold maxgain house loan from SBI. This is with respect to interest charges levied on my home loan amount. Till 19th my outstanding amount was around 7 lacs (housing loan account number- 00000031592417144) and on 20th May new amount was disbursed and it reached to 12, 84,714. I got sms alert saying that my interest charges would be 12351. Accepting fact my interest rate is 8% and according to RBI rules, interest is charged on daily basis and the amount should come around 8000 but I got the amount as 12351 which comes near 12% so the amounts are in excess what it should be. Kindly look into issue urgently. I want them to look into it and should send a revised interest charges.

On 13/11/2010 I transferred Rs 7000 from my account to MDC Pharmaceuticals account. In that I typed the account number of MDC Pharmaceuticals wrongly. The money was not transferred to their account till date. I am requesting them to redeposit the money after deducting the service charges into my State Bank of India Account, Madurai Account Number 1028XXXXXXX, P Balan, and UTR Number SBINH1031XXXXXXX and IFSC - PUNB04XXXXX. I met the Branch Manager of SBI, AD Branch, RMS Road, Madurai more than twenty times and also gave a written complaint about the same. Tomorrow was his standard answer and one day he said the money is with Punjab National Bank in the unclaimed account, Bombay. He advised me to send a complained e-mail to them about this and I did. The complaint Numbers are 1303835339414 and 1304240587458. I am requesting them to redeposit the money after deducting the service charges into my State Bank of India Account

I have an savings account (Account no: 311917XXXXX) with state bank of India, Jahanaganj,Azamgarh branch. Recently when I checked few of the debit entries has been made from 28/02/2011 to 03/03/2011 in my account of rs 9836.00 (total 14 transaction showing) which is not done by me. When I contacted the branch they are not giving any proper response and I have no clued that how it happened. I want them to reverse it to my account. Please do the needful.

I had booked a flight thru yatra.com on 21 Feb 11 using SBI debit card. Later the flight was cancelled. yatra .com has refunded the fare of Rs. 2859.59 on 15 mar 11 ME code IDBIEDC (445207). Till date the amount has not been credited back to my account. My SBI account number is 10075xxxxxx at Gopal Nagar, Nagpur, 440022. I have contacted the assistant manager of the bank on 8th Mar 2011 and 15 Mar 2011. He only gives vague responses that it will take time. I am not satisfied with their response. I want the company to credit the money to my account fast.

The account no. 11180031610 is a loan account in State bank of India , Puranpur, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. It is to be realized through advanced / post dated cheques. The bank started realization of the loan amount through the cheques from march 2003. It is also be noted that the mode of payment is through post dated cheques. The bank kept on realizing the loan amount in aforesaid manner till February, 2004 i.e. 4. 2. 2004. And then it suddenly stopped the realization of loan without rhyme or reason. No communication was sent to me for changing the preferred mode of repayment. Therefore the loan which should have been paid by February 2006 is still pending due to inordinate delay of bank in realizing the loan. I have contacted the bank and the Ombudsman, but no response. I am facing problem and mental harassment because of their mistake. I want them to close the loan account by realizing the required money.

I have a savings account (savings account number: 1090854XXXXX) with SBI Mathura branch. Four months back I lost my ATM card so I requested in the branch for a new ATM card. They told me an amount of 200 will be the charge for replacement .after one month I got my new ATM card then as bank process I should go to branch for collecting my pin number. Next day when I went to branch they informed me that the PIN number has not arrived and they told me to come after a week. .After one week when I contacted the branch they gave me the same answer to wait for a week Again. Again I went to bank to collect my PIN but they said it didn’t come yet. After my strict behavior they told me to write a letter complaining about this. After all this also I didn’t get my PIN. I want them to give my ATM pin.

I have opened an account with SBI Bakultala Chunabhati branch. My account number is 315841xxxxx. I t was opened on 13.01.2011, but till date they have not added my specimen signature to my profile. Because of this, I am not able to withdraw money from my account. I have informed them several times about this. But no action has been taken. Today, I badly needed to withdraw some money, but I was not able to do so. I want them to add my signature to my profile, so that I will have access to withdraw money from my account
