The Samsung service centers are pathetic and irresponsible. I own a Samsung VJ550 and it has given me tons of trouble. The buttons on the front panels do not work and they are popping out one by one. The reverse function in the tape recorder stopped working the first month I got it home. The CD stopped working soon after that. I bought this water as it was a Samsung product. But I made a terrible mistake buying this product. I will never ever buy a Samsung product again. I had lodged a complaint regarding this matter, the complaint number is 8404531397. The customer care did not respond to me well. I had to be without the player for a month and they were never bothered about that. The customer care has been fooling around for quite sometime now. It is irritating that am at loss because of their carelessness. I have contacted the higher officials as well but I have not had any good response from them. The worst I have come across. On three separate occasions I had to buy Samsung drives because of lack of option and availability of other products. First when I bought my first pc in 2003, it came fitted with a Samsung CD drive, I lasted a year and a half and its belt started getting jammed. I had to manually push the tray in every time. I had to go in for a Samsung DVD writer next which caused even more problems, throughout the time that drive was with me, I had burned a total of 28dvds of which four did not work. After that every DVD that I tried to burn went corrupt. The third time was when I was gifted another Samsung drive shortly thereafter, this had similar problems and could not read DVD 9 version though the box said it could. Finally I got totally fed up and bought myself a LG drive, I have been using it for two and half years and I have burned plenty of DVDs that I have lost count of. I sincerely advise you people not to go in for Samsung drives as they are an utter waste of

This hard disk is not of very good quality. It used to heat up a lot and used to give lots of problems. On an avarage it raised the temperature of my system by nearly 3-4 degrees. The hard disk also makes a whirring sound and it is painful to hear at times. The noise becomes irritating at times when there is important work to be done. Also the heating of hard disk increses the copying time. Generally coomercial hard disk monitoring software rate samsung drives as jus satisfactory and the recovery using these disks is also another big problem. The data is not guaranteed to be recovered and most of the time there is lot of data loss.

These digital cameras are the best available in the market. The designs are very professional and is suited for any photo professional. The didgial camera has a good picture quality and comes with lot of operational features. The cameras manufactured are of high quality. The camera is easy to use. It has almost all the modes of operation lke night vision, gray scale, sepia etc. The night vision mode can be used for night photography and it is a unique feature of this camera.It is designed in such a way that it should last for a long run. The panels are neatly coated with a plastic filament so that the markings on the panel do not erase off. All these features are available at a very low price. This is a deal that no other company offers. The customer service of samsung is good.

I own a samsung MW83Y-WP solo microwave oven. I will prefer this as an all round cooking solution for all hosewifes and working women. The heat distribution is uniform. So there is no cahnce of getting the food more roasted. Moreover, the fastened way of cooking makes it ideal for a kitchen. The level of power consumption is low compared to other microwaves. The food item seems to be more crispier from outside and a little bit juicer from inside. Our family is fond of more like crispier items that me trying out new recipes after getting my Solo microwave. For reheating and defrosting this oven is apt. You do not have waste much time on it as all its work are done so quickly. I feel like getting more leisure time after getting my Solo...

These are not reliable at all. Sometimes they detect DVDs and sometimes they do not. It is very irritating because they do not help in the hour of need. My DVD drive crashed a week ago. The drive was giving trouble for the past 1 year. Just after 2 months, the eject button stopped working. And after that the tray would not go back in, we had to push it inside manually. I would advice you to buy someother brand than wasting money on this.

Though there are lot of criticisms about the air conditioner, I feel that this air conditioner is the best. There are 3 bed rooms in my house and all the three rooms have samsung A/C fitted to them. They work well and they do not use much of electricity.The air swing is good and the price is not so high.Samsung service is good. They provide yearly and quaterly subscriptions for service. Samsung keep up the good job !

Hard disk is an essential part of the system and it is necessary to buy a good one.I made a good choice by buying this hard disk.It is good.Samsung produces the best hard disks.They never get corrupted.The data is never lost.They are fast during file transfers.Its been about 3 years and my hard disk is perfectly ok now.The customer service is good and a customer service centers are available all over the country.Its price reasonable.

I own the samsung refrigerator for the past 3 years. They have never given me any trouble. They were reasonably priced compared to the other refrigerators of their range. Many people i know own samsung refrigerators. So i blindly trusted the product during the purchase. I have never regretted my decision. I have to agree with the previous comment that their look have to be improved. For the quality they provide. If the product looked sleek, i am sure it would be a big hit in the Indian market. I had minor trouble due to over cooling effect once, there was ice formation inside the refrigerator. The service executives resolved the issue the very next day. I was really impressed with the promptness. I can blindly trust all samsung products.

The 514L bottom freezer refrigerator from samsung is really a blessing for me. Since the freezer is in the bottom it gives me more ease and convenience. Moreover it maintains an ideal level of temperature for cooling. The no frost system doesnot build up any ice. The food stays better for a long time. No matter you keep it in the freezer they donot stick together. The previous one I was having had all these problems. Now I got rid off all these problems as I am having this new series. I guess the twin cooling system keeps the food fresh for a long time. The cool air flows out through the multiple outlets and this provides even cooling throughout the refrigerator.
