Hello Sir/Madam,Myself Sandhya Mohan Khare, HR Manager of leading pharma company in Vadodara Gujarat, besides of this I m costumer of yours mobile of GT-C6112 which is duel Sim mobile. on 09 May 2010 I have purchased this mobile from Jasmin Infinite Trade Pvt Ltd. 110-111, Gokulesh Complex, Opp, Circuit House, Baroda-08 Ph No: 0265 2353334. After completion of 4 months i m facing problem in this mobile that its working only single Sim & getting switch off again & again. So I visited Samsung service center at - 5,Samipya Flats, Opp, Welcome Flats, Urmi - Dineshmil Road, Akota, Baroda. Ph 0265 - 6538695, they replied me that my mobiles software got corrupted, without falling down or wetting of water how could it possible. & they have given another address for repairing my mobile is: Gayatri Enterprise - SB-8, Saffron Complex, Fatehgunj, Vadodara.- PH: 0265 6455545, I reached their on 17 /08 /10 they have given me after 12 to 13 days as my mobile got another issues it does not allowing outgoing as well as incoming calls also, then i went their again same day in the evening 6.00 PM on 28 /08/10 .After then I again trusted on your service center & given my mobile which have so many faults inbuilt as i purchased defaulted mobile phone. Now I want to exchange my mobile or give my money back. My parents purchased a side-by-side Samsung refrigerator/freezer in October 2004, Model number RF2630SH. Approximately one year ago, the doors of the refrigerator and freezer became hot to the touch (the inside portion of the door that makes it stick to the unit while it is closed) and the unit frequently made a rattling noise. This morning, I smelled what I thought was a fire. Since the smell came from the refrigerator, it was emptied and unplugged this morning. My father purchased a new refrigerator this morning, it was NOT a Samsung brand. Fortunately, my 13-year-old refrigerator from my (sold) house is located in the garage so that most of the food can remain cold until the new refrigerator arrives tomorrow. What if the Samsung unit had become so hot that it started a fire overnight? I am thankful that the refrigerator overheated this morning, while I was home, so that it could be unplugged before a fire had started.

I bought samsung corby pro on 21 feb 2010 and after one month of good usage i have started facing problems with the handset. To be prrecise the touch screen has been replaced 3 times mother board as said by the customer satisfaction manager is replaced 3 times .there is a problem of auto on-off,moreover there has been problems like hanging of the handset,message delivery .

I own a Samsung mobile phone (SCH-W299) imei number-353417020755962Am experiencing a problem where in, whenever i go in the text mode and i type brackets or some simileys, the phone restarts on its own. i went to the service center around 7 times, but never was my problem solved. Infact on my last visit in the month of may the concerned authority said that this problem cant be solved by them as its a common problem of this model. They even mentioned that i had to take the phone as it is-UNREPAIREDNow after repeated attempts at the service center, e-mails and four months of waiting nothing has been done and i have been asked to take the phone unrepaired as the company has no solution to it !!!

I purchased this 50" plasma after nearly searching for it for nearly 2 years. In between I even contacted the company sales dept to find about the arrival of the product. But any how finally I purchased it. In the month of April 2010 (24/04/2010) the power supply of the plasma went off. The service engineer came and said that it needs replacement and will come back in a couple of days. It took nearly a week for him to turn up. On this visit he tells me that the plasma panel has gone and needs to imported from Korea/Singapore. I had to wait for more than one month to get the replacement panel. So far so good. On 30/06/2010 I noticed one horizontal line across the panel. Next day I complained it the customer care center, the next day I had a visit from the service engineer and this time again he tells me that the panel needs to be changed, today is 08/07/2010 and now I almost have around 7 horizontal black lines they are increasing every day. My issue is that as of now the product is under warranty hence it will be replaced at the companys expense. But what if this happens after the warranty period is over. The panel almost costs around Rs. 60K. I want my refund as I feel that the product is faulty in design that is why every time the same part is getting affected.

I bought one Samsung Guru Musik SCH-B519 in December for Rs.3500/- Phone stopped reading memory card by April-2010, Just four months after purchace, The weird problem is that the phone gets overheated if card is inserted,The phone is still under warranty, Went to their service centre at Thrissur Kerala on 24th of April 2010, after a few hours of checking they informed that the board needs to be changed, and asked me to contact after 10 days. The 10 days repeated for a month and on 22-5-2010 the service centre told me the board has come, and they need five days for changing the display microphone etc to the new board. I contacted after 5 days and was told that the board has not come, which came as a shock to me. I am very unhappy with their service and will never recommend the product.

Right from the very first day I have had problems only. My dad adviced me not to buy Samsung products but I was particular in getting one just because of the stylish looks it had. I kept trust on Samsung products way too much I feel. I bought a Samsung TV two months back from Next dealer. The television came with a remote control that did not work. I requested a replacement and i was replaced. After a month the television started giving a hissing sound at the time of start. I contacted the customer care and I got it replaced as well. Three months passed by, and after that the television set did not give a display, the technician said that the picture tube was damaged. Is it not rediculous that the a Product has so many defects?

I purchased a 2 Ton Split AC, Water started leaking in the room within couple of days of purchase. Service engineer came after several repeated calls, but they created one more problem instead of resolving the existing. Samsung service centre people are really pathetic. They give the promise to resolve the problem the same day but no action is taken even after a week. I thought of buying two more Samsung, but this service support put me down and I have dropped the plan. Sorry, at least now Samsung has to wake up to support their valued customers.

I have been using Samsung refrigerator (180 Lt) for last 4 years. We have never faced any problem so far. The cooling effect is really good. The food remains fresh for a long time. And it does not any internal fragrance to the food. Oncy once we had a problem with the temperature control and for which we got an immediate response from the authorised service centre. They came for and fixed the error within 24 hours and as it was in the warranty period, we did not pay anything to them. So i can say that this refrigerator is worth for the money we paid. and we are very happy with their service

When I decided to buy a home theatre for my living room, I had two brands in my mind which was Sony and Samsung. Sony was quite expensive but I knew the quality and performance will definitly be up to the mark but when I checked out the Samsung home theatre I was completely surprised. The range of Samsung products have increased greatly. The effect of the home theatre was amazing and the price was reasonable. Samsung won fair and square and it has been more than six months since I purchased it and it still works well.

Between LG and Samsung, I always supported Samsung. The reason could be my being in IT and Samsung makes very good computer parts.Alas, my allegiance to Samsung broke and that also in a very painful way.I have a Windows AC which lost its cooling capability. I made a complaint to Samsung regarding this on 15th April 2010, Complaint number: 8400994648. On 17th April I got a visit from Samsung and the person told me that the AC needs to be taken to service center to repair it. He told me that it will be picked next day. Today its 23rd April 2010 (8 days since complaint) and nothing has been done yet.My only connection to Samsung is through customer care number 30308282 / 1800110011. Not a single day has passed that I have not given them a call. Except for few most of the executives in call center are buffoons who cannot even speak properly. I wonder for what kind of quality proposes the call is being recorded by Samsung. Some of them tried to console me by saying they are puttin

This is worst product ever.Samsung has once again proved that it has a useless customer support. The company is so pathetic towards its consumers. I have had a problem with the cam corder for the past 3 months and there has been no response from the company. I have made many calls and sent many emails, still there has not been any reply. I would advice you not to buy this cam corder. My cam is working in night vision mode for the past 2 months and Ido not know the reason for it. I took it to the customer care center, and they are unable to service it. They said to forward it to the company. It is so rediculous and unfair that I get such a bad consumer service after I have spent 16000 on this cam.

Samsung laptop computers are the best. They have a long warranty period and the quality of the laptop components is very good. The components are imported and the system is assembled here. The laptop comes with great battery life and the system is also very powerful. It can handle multi tasking without much problem and it does not frequently hang. The system is also capable of running average games and game related software. The system is best for use by professionals. The system comes with the Intel duo core processor, 3,2 GHZ there is enough memory with a 3G RAM.

The Samsung Hypervision DVD player is good value for money. I bought the DVD 1080P7. It s a sleek player and it has a lot of features. The player can play very good high definition DVDs and also make a decent 1080 resolution picture. The DVD player has a number of other functionalities. It is HDMI compliant (comes with a high definition multimedia jack) which can be connected to any LCD TV or high resolution monitor. It can also playback DivX and MPEG4 video formats. The DVD player has an upconversion of up to the 1080 resolution.

I had purchased an LCD 34inch about a month ago and in April I had taken decision to buy a split airconditioner with 5 Star energy rating. I planned to make the purchase through the dealer M/S Sri Vari Enterprises at Salem. The service provided by them is far from satisfactory. In fact for the AC an advance payment of Rs 10,000/- was made on 2nd April 10 with the condition that AC would be delivered on 11th April 10 and installed the same day. We have made frantic calls to them. To our surprise untill 4.0 pm no sign of delivery of unit and deputation of service engineer. One Mr Ramesh who attends the call, gave some explanation which was sounding silly and appeared that the issue was taken very casual. In fact I had plans to install atleast another 4 nos in my house after observing the performance. Their casual approach had urged me to take a decision to withdraw the advance & decide on some other brand.

We have bought three units of Samsung airconditioners on last june (june 2009). They are all in gurranty. From the first installation, the units were throwing noice. After repeated complain to the service centre, some technician came and serviced with no satisfaction of ours. Service of this company is very bad. But we had to suffer as we bought them, without experience of this ACs before. This march, suddenly we could understand that one unit among these three is not working properly. We complained again, and after this service man came and took out one unit on 4th march, 2010. He told us that there is a gas lick, and they will service it and will send it after two days. But still now, they have not sent it back, and whenever phoned, they are not giving any idea, when can we get back the AC.

Samsung Touchwiz is a hi-style phone that is preferred by the college students. The phone is a touch screen phone with a super style. It has a 2. Inches touch screen. The phone uses haptic technology by Samsung. The phone gives a vibration when the touch screen is tapped. This is very helpful as the phone responds to the user by letting him know that the he has touched the screen. The phone has a 5 mega pixel camera and has an autofocus. The phone also has a face detection technology. But the absence of Xenon flash makes the pictures taken in dim light less impressive. The phone also has a FM radio and a Mp3 player. You can also listen to songs wirelessly via stereo Bluetooth. The phone supports micro SD memory card.

The Samsung service centers are pathetic and irresponsible. I own a Samsung VJ550 and it has given me tons of trouble. The buttons on the front panels do not work and they are popping out one by one. The reverse function in the tape recorder stopped working the first month I got it home. The CD stopped working soon after that. I bought this water as it was a Samsung product. But I made a terrible mistake buying this product. I will never ever buy a Samsung product again. I had lodged a complaint regarding this matter, the complaint number is 8404531397. The customer care did not respond to me well. I had to be without the player for a month and they were never bothered about that. The customer care has been fooling around for quite sometime now. It is irritating that am at loss because of their carelessness. I have contacted the higher officials as well but I have not had any good response from them. The worst I have come across. On three separate occasions I had to buy Samsung drives because of lack of option and availability of other products. First when I bought my first pc in 2003, it came fitted with a Samsung CD drive, I lasted a year and a half and its belt started getting jammed. I had to manually push the tray in every time. I had to go in for a Samsung DVD writer next which caused even more problems, throughout the time that drive was with me, I had burned a total of 28dvds of which four did not work. After that every DVD that I tried to burn went corrupt. The third time was when I was gifted another Samsung drive shortly thereafter, this had similar problems and could not read DVD 9 version though the box said it could. Finally I got totally fed up and bought myself a LG drive, I have been using it for two and half years and I have burned plenty of DVDs that I have lost count of. I sincerely advise you people not to go in for Samsung drives as they are an utter waste of

This hard disk is not of very good quality. It used to heat up a lot and used to give lots of problems. On an avarage it raised the temperature of my system by nearly 3-4 degrees. The hard disk also makes a whirring sound and it is painful to hear at times. The noise becomes irritating at times when there is important work to be done. Also the heating of hard disk increses the copying time. Generally coomercial hard disk monitoring software rate samsung drives as jus satisfactory and the recovery using these disks is also another big problem. The data is not guaranteed to be recovered and most of the time there is lot of data loss.

These digital cameras are the best available in the market. The designs are very professional and is suited for any photo professional. The didgial camera has a good picture quality and comes with lot of operational features. The cameras manufactured are of high quality. The camera is easy to use. It has almost all the modes of operation lke night vision, gray scale, sepia etc. The night vision mode can be used for night photography and it is a unique feature of this camera.It is designed in such a way that it should last for a long run. The panels are neatly coated with a plastic filament so that the markings on the panel do not erase off. All these features are available at a very low price. This is a deal that no other company offers. The customer service of samsung is good.
