I have facing the problem that my phone Samsung GT B 7722 problem not enough memory close all application (BILL number- 8852, IMEI number- 355317104/051005)) and sometimes the call pick up key is not working these problem is not came continuously but coming from last one year at every times Samsung service center person formatting the fore or updating the software and once they also change the main card after the these activity doing three months the phone working good but from forth months again it is creating the problem. On 29/07/2011, I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone (SAMSUNG WAVE 2 GT-S8530 , IMEI number- 355082048475064 from the dealer. After purchasing the phone 15days after the purchase I want to just change my simcard in the Samsung phone and insert battery into phone it automatically on further it when phone is on then its work very slowly and hang again and again. And I want to switch off it can’t work. When I pick out the battery then it’s off. When I went to the Samsung service center Known as dolly digital which is located at opp of L.I.C buliding near amla tole.I said to the service center I want my phone to be replace I don’t want to be repair they said that for this purpose you have to submit the phone only, he also told that it’s not possible as a sure. Then I told them it’s not possible it not issues you make phone on proper way then told me you come to me after 2 days. When i visit them after 2 days then he told me the problem of you is not possible to make in daltonganj service center it’s have to send ranchi service center, 10 days take time to made phone. He again gives me such time to come. After 2 months I again visit them he told me 5000/- amount is too made for phone because mother board had get damage. I want them to repair the phone and give it immediately

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note Smartphone from Croma, Mumbai dated: 25/11/2011, BILL NO. SLF02A027010036470 and phone Serial Number: RUNBA45115N. The phone purchased by me refused to start-up within 3 days of purchase. However, I was out on holiday to Ooty and have returned to Bombay only tonight ie 7/12/2011. On my return to Bombay from Ooty via Bangalore I contacted the Samsung Service Centre on Infantry Road, Bangalore and brought the problem to their notice. They informed me that there was a mother-board failure in the phone. However, since I was traveling on holiday I did not have a bill copy with me and in the absence of the same the service centre refused to attend to my complaint. I was greatly disappointed with the attitude of the service centre officials at Bangalore. Feeling helpless, I called the customer care requesting for a replacement of the phone, but here too I was disappointed at their response and hence I am addressing this letter formally lodging my complaint with a request for a free replacement of my Galaxy Note.

Samsung fully automatic washing machine Ag+, model no. WA82USL, invoice no. 63964 dated 9/12/09 with which there was a problem since start with the white plastic part locking pins, which holds the filter and was informed to the Engineer who came for installation. He told that it will not create any problem and if it does, then it will be replaced immediately else we would have on that very day, replaced the machine. Gradually, more locking pin broke of the faulty part and the problem was reported to CROMA about 3 months back. After 1 months of complaint we got a call from your service centre, Raj Air Conditioning Co. Shalimar Garden that the part has arrived and it will take maximum half an hour for the replacement of part. She decided not to use the service centre vehicle and took the machine in her own car along with my 8 year son and 21 month old baby so that it doesn’t get any sort of scratch and dent, since she has taken care of the machine like a baby. I found that the service station was not well equipped and was not even able to open the machine drum, all sort of methods were applied, like hammering, acid treatment(not rust cleaner as now informed to you) and gas cutting inside the drum, to the surprise and horror of my wife. She requested a lot don’t use these methods as they will damage the machine drum and other parts and even requested them to pack the machine as it was. But one Mr. Rahul was determined to prove himself saying that he doesn’t want the Samsung engineers to say that he was not even able to open the drums and it will be very insulting for him. Even his colleagues told him to stop and advised him to recommend replacement of the machine but he didn’t listened to anybody. When all this was happening my wife even called up Mr. Nirmal of Samsung to help and he assured her that he will call Mr. Raj but nothing happened. Atlast when it was 3:00 p.m. and after seeing the horrible treatment met to the machine and its damaged and burnt drum’s fixing (triangular)part, and the damage to the polish of the drum due to acid treatment(3 mugs) my wife ring me and I went there. I was surprised to see the condition of machine and asked them why they didn’t used the rust cleaning spray to open the jam drum and then I told them that I will now not take the machine back and need a fresh replacement. The service guys informed us that they don’t have any anti rust spray or puller to open the drum since they are very expensive. Even after stiff resistance and disapproval by me they started using gas cutter to open the drum. Everybody present there was agreeing and was supportive including the Manager but this guy Rahuls behavior was really very bad. Just to show his layman skill he brutally hammered, burnt and damaged the beautiful machine. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer water, tea or anything to my family who spend almost 7-8 hours there. My work order ESMS Claim No. is 4110593438 dt. 20/08/2011. We got a call from Raj Engg. That my son has taken away the machine nuts. That guy started blaming my child for stealing. I strongly protested and informed Mr. Sanjeev Saxena(Samsung) about it. I want a replacement of the machine immeidately

I have purchased a dual sim champ mobile phone (IMEI number-806071432175, warranty number- 356047/04/534298/8 invoice number- 2652) from SimCity, New Bus stand,Iritty,Dist: Kannur, on 16th Sept. It started trouble shooting on the very first day. When contacted the dealer, he told that since the software is advanced and I am not conversant that it was showing problem. The problem persisted on 17th, 18th and 19th Sept. The set was handed over to the dealer for repair, who promised to return the same within a day or two. After 3 weeks of continuous inquiry, he told that the display unit was broken and it will take 1 month for repair. He further added that it will cost RS.1200/- for the repair, which I refused to pay. He then reduced the cost to Rs.700 plus. That too I refused to pay. Since there was uncertainty in getting the set repaired I purchased a new set to avoid further dislocation in my communications with my clients. Lot of communication with the company took place. They are adamant in not compensating for my loss. Since it was only a loose contact, which could have been repaired in a day or two, they have prolonged the process over a month in taking a decision. To justify the delay in repair they came out with broken display unit story, which is fabricated and cooked up. I have contacted almost all responsible guys and the story is well known to most of them. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I bought a Samsung Monte mobile from Rohini shopping complex with Purchase Invoice Number: TKT30522, IEMI Number: GTS5620DKUINU, Serial Number 0108C233720, Thakaraparambu, Thiruvananthapuram on 4th august 2011 for Rs 7000. After using for two weeks a network problem occurred. I thought that it was the problem of the sim. At that time itself i changed my sim to another network. I am a regular user of Samsung mobiles so i did not take any action. But the network problem had been increasing day by day. So I decided to approach the servicing center located in Shasthamangalam Trivandrum. I took my mobile to the servicing center on 28th November 2011.They took my mobile and said that they would check and then call me .The next day evening they called me and said that they have updated the software and told me that the network problem has been corrected. But then when i reached home and inserted the sim I found out that when i called a person I couldn’t speak even for a minute. They have to fix all the problems in my mobile or they should replace my mobile as soon as possible.

I bought Samsung washing machine model no:-WA82HAG vide bill no 783 on dated 12 MAR 2007. I encountered some problem in its parental control board (PCB) in MAY 2011 for which I registered my first complaint on dated 07-06-2011 and subsequently I filed complaint several time to customer care and in Authorised service centre (SOLUTION UNLIMITED ,MANDI, HP) but I was very sorry for me that my problem was remained unanswered. This condition made me to call Mr. Manoj, ASM samsung Chandigarh office, he replied to my query that PCB of my machine is not available in INDIA. So according to company’s policy I may return back the said washing machine and take 34 of its purchase prize after deducting its 66 depreciation. On the first instance I refused his offer because I was not at fault even then company was reimbursing only 34 of its purchase cost which was not at all acceptable to me. After bit conversation he told me that we will forward my query to his seniors and will take the approval to deduct lesser depreciation cost. When I rang next day he told me that he got an approval for deducting only 30 percent as depreciation. This offer was ok for me and I accepted his proposal. He asked me to submit related papers (i.e. Cash memo, Washing machine model no series no photocopy, and ID proof) so that we may prepare demand draft for the same. I submitted all the required documents dated 11 July 2011 and forwarded the document through mail on dated 8th august, 2011 also, but even after waiting for very long time I did not received any demand draft or PCB part for my Washing machine. After some time I rang him up but he totally back stabbed me denied his commitment, to my surprise he told me that he has not made any commitment. I want them to immediately deliver the promised commitment or refund the entire cost of the washing machine.

I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator No. RT41LSPN on 16th July, 2011 from Omega Electronics, Borivali (West), Mumbai. The purchase was made vide invoice No. 10398 dated 16.07.2011 for Rs.27,500/-. After installing the said fridge my trouble started. The refrigerator is not working properly, if the temperature is increased the milk, vegetables and fruits becomes frozen and if it is decreased the milk, vegetables and fruits becomes not usable. I have then made a complaint to the Samsung customer care and they sent an engineer to set right the defect, but he could do nothing except moving button of the temperature and said that the fridge is alright. After that I have made several complaints to the company by emails and they have given me only sugar coated replies. I, therefore, request you to kindly take up the matter with them and redress my complaint at the earliest by replacing the refrigerator or repairing it.

I purchased a Samsung Metro 3310 and it is giving trouble. Major problems in the phone are No Battery Back Up (Battery Defective), Charger not Supported (Charger Faulty). After sometimes it automatically gets switched off . So many times I visited Agra based Samsung authorized service center “SPIDER SOLUTIONS, Sanjay Place Agra ", but they are unable to rectify the fault. On 27th August 2011, I approached to the SPIDER SOLUTIONS (Samsungs Authorized Service) and defined the complaint. They advised me to surrender the phone for about two weeks since its mother board is faulty and it will be replaced with the new one. On 14th September 2011 I collected my handset in non working condition since there were some disputes at the Service Center with the company. I was too much shocked when I found that the Problems in my Mobile Handset still persists. I again visited the Service Center on 17th October 2011 and lodged the complaint. They again advised to surrender the handset. I did so. After four or five days when I approached to the Service center , I found that they simply have updated the software and told that the charge and battery are defective and both are Out of Warranty since its Warranty are expired on 3rd October 2011. Since then my Mobile Handset is lying idle. I am too much fed up with the cheating behavior of the service center. I want Samsung to replace it with a new one.

And after 2 days when I collected my handset on date Saturday 28/10/2011 from service center and checked my handset but my problem is not solved. Today morning on date 31/10/2011 I give this handset to service center and I told him to MR. Shinde please give me replacement later for this phone because I purchased this phone 4 days back and I am facing this problem which is not good but Mr. Shinde said I can’t do this because they already inter my phone detail in system so replacement is not possible, service center name is, micro services, shop no 6, dev prayag, thane, below are the my handset detail. I just want them to replace my phone since its giving lot of problem and they should do it as soon as possible.

We purchased a Samsung Split AC Machine on 26/4/09 (model number- 12ua, 1 ton split ac , invoice number- 18998)from Multi Channel Electronics(North),Kolkata,in the name of my sister Trisha Mukherjee. At the time of installation,Multi Channel Electronics had sent 2 local mechanics to install, but it was neither installed properly nor started working. When we informed it to Multi Channel people,they informed Samsung Customer Care. The Engineer came from Samsung customer care& after inspection he said that those local mechanics had damaged the machine(the junction of the pipe & indoor unit had been broken badly) the entire gas had been leaked due to this damage & it should be re-installed properly again. Then he re-installed the unit at another place of the room. Also I want to mention that the wall of the room damaged badly due to this purpose only. Anyway,he did all the needful to start the machine & at last it started after filling entire gas in it. The entire matter was known Multi Channel people but they didn’t help us that time in spite of several request of changing the unit. Anyway,my sister had used hardly the machine in Apr’09 &from Aug’09. In 2010 summer(april),when she switched on the machine for first time,it was not working! First She informed Multi Channel & they informed Samsung Customer care. Again another Engineer (Mr. Kishalay)came & said the same thing that again that the entire gas had been leaked due to prior damage. As it was within the warranty period, they had taken out both indoor & outdoor units to their own place(Samsung workshop) & repaired & filled up the Gas it without any cost.Again my sister requested & insisted Multi Channel as well as Samsung engineer to change the entire unit because of the Engineer was’nt satisfied atall about the condition of the machine & he forecasted that this problem might be occurred again after few days of usage. My sister informed Multi Channel Manager all this matter & requested to change the machine as the warranty period was about to close. But he assured that the incident would’nt be happened again in future & as the Machine Compressor has 5years of warranty they are liable to solve the problem till 5years. Again I would like to mention that the usage of AC machine was very limited which we can prove through our electricity bills. Now,in this year(2011),SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED. My sister called service center as well as we met Multi Channel people to solve the matter. SAMSUNG Engineer(Complain no.8428099339) Now,after many mails,return mails SAMSUNG had sent their engineer& taken machine for the checking & servicing on 24/6/11. On 5/7/11 they had confirmed me the servicing/gas filling/compressor changing has been done successfully(in free of cost), which was inspected personally by their head trainer/engineer Mr.Subrata Banerjee. They have issued 4 months warranty letter ( complaint number- 8428099339) also after a long discussion with MR. SAMARENDRANATH OJHA-ASM on 6/8/11. Before re-installing the machine,I had repeatedly requested Mr. Ojha as well as Mr. Subrata Banerjee that they also should be very supportive this time as our parents had suffered more than 2 years! They both assured us. Surprisingly,within next 7days,water leakage started from the machine & again their engineer came & solved temporarily but the Machine was not working,he again came as well as inspected,but not solved yet. I want them to replace the AC with a new one.

I have purchased two Samsung wave pro2 (Bill no: 44030, Model Number: GT-S5333, IMEI number: 35392604008496/3, 35392604008495/5) dated 1-11-2010 from TOP TEN outlet (Andheri east). According to their commitment and the way they advertised it was like the most good and superior then all the cell phone available in the market and it was also called that it was from the same family as the popular Samsung wave phone and we blindly believed it. I have been using mobile phones since last 12 years and have used all company mobiles including china phones. This was my first Samsung, and it will be my last. FYI, my three year old china phone is still working. At its price it seemed to be a really good phone but the fact is something else, it’s the worst phone in the market within 11 months my 1st cell refused to get charged and when shown in the Samsung service centre ( last week) we were informed that there is a problem in the charging connector port and the part will get replaced within 2 to 3 days and they will call us after the problem gets rectified, but to our surprise we didn’t get a call in last entire week so left with no option today we personally visited the gallery again and the new shock given to us was that the motherboard is defective and its has been sent to the company for repair. How can they do this without even asking me. More importantly how can a motherboard gets spoiled in such a short period. The second Samsung cell is also in a very bad shape. The cell keeps hanging very now and then and even batteries of both mobiles are worst then any cheap phone. Even cheap phones motherboard doesn’t get spoiled within 11 months. The company calls their phone the best phone don’t they feel ashamed by saying lies to the client. I have purchased two phone and both are in the worst condition. Now what do these guys expect from the client. To pay for new phone and the phone needs to be repaired before the warranty period is finished. Samsung phone can’t survive for a year also. It was my fault that I took two cell phone of Samsung, looking back I feel I should have gone for any other company’s cell phones. If Samsung team stop spending money on advertisement and make good phones with that money then the customer won’t have to suffer like I am suffering. I have submitted 1 phone 10 days before and second phone I will submit tomorrow at Samsung outlet and I don’t want any repaired phones, coz the warranty will end this month and the company will repair the phone now and give it to me and later after warranty expires Samsung will refuse to repair the same defect or any defect for free. And Samsung will charge me exorbitantly for the repair. Below is the details of the phones I have purchased and the warranty period is suppose to expire in November 2011. I have submitted my one mobile 10 days ago and second I will be submitting tomorrow, I don’t want any replacement I need the entire amount back along with the compensation for harassing and sending wrong mails that my issue is resolved and not informing me about the exact defect by the outlet and directly sending the mobile to the company without my permission or confirmation.

I have given the dead 500 gb hard disk on 20- 09- 2011 (serial number- S20BJ9DZ110873, invoice number- 708). They said it will take 7 days to repair or replace. After 7 days I have contacted over telephone, they replied to wait for another 7 days. Again I have contacted them on 8- 10 -11, they replied no, it has not come. On 13-10-11, I gone there personally, the service manager said, I am helpless, plz call my owner of this service center if he could do something. I have discussed with him, e also shown his disability to do anything. He said if company do not sends us, what we can do for it. The computer is not working now. I t is been so many days since I gave the hard disk to them. I want them to repair it and deliver it to me immediately.

I have purchased samsung galaxy fit mobile model no: s5670 to the J.K. electronic, rathod bhavan, Tembhi naka (IMEI Number- 35633040175375). My complaint is that when the shopkeeper has explained all features about the mobile. I like all mobile features but 3 week after it started hanging often and automaticity get switched off. After switched off the phone was strangely vibrating just like phone are now blast. I went to the shop they told me go to the service center mangalmurti enterprise thane - 400601. I told them all my phone complaint. They told me it is a software problem. They gave the phone after 3 days. I asked them it is same major problem they told me noting and they don’t give me any kind of receipt. Than now 5 month my phones screen not working. I went to service center they told me they fix new tech screen but I want new phone.

I purchased Samsung air-conditioner during 2009 ( model number- aw18zaxdc, serial- 8324tzas403414w, invoice number- A324PZAS403414W) from navrang electronics, delhi-92. I had got my air-conditioner Samsung repaired with gas refill this year in July. Call number for the same is 4110505758. It costed me Rs 1,261. I was told that this would carry a warranty for three months. Now since the last week, I am facing the same problem with cooling. I called the customer care the technician who visited told me that this time also I would have to pay Rs. 500 as transportation charges. If the transportation charges for the refill of gas that was supposed to work well until at least 3 months are being levied on me, what is the sense of the warranty provided? If the quality of the repair was not up to the mark because of which the problem reappeared, it is not the customers fault. At this pace of repair charges and the quality of repair done, this A/C would cost me Rs. 2000-3000 per year. Maybe this time again gas will leak out, and I shall have to pay 500 again. I have sent an email to the companys central customer care contact. I got a call next day from an executive and I was told that I will have to pay the charges. When I asked that you are making the customer pay for the bad service done at Samsung, I was told that I should talk to the concerned technician who will visit me regarding this. I want them to immediately replace the air-conditioner.

I have purchased a Samsung 230l refrigerator (model number- rt24appryxl) on 13/03/2011 at Jamshedpur (cash memo- 1887, serial number- 08924za2902502k). For the last 15 days it was not cooling at all. I lodged my complaint with tel no 180030008282 on 25/09/2011. My complaint no is 8433459588. Next day a service engineer came to my place and said that there was some leakage of gas. He carried it to service centre to return after 2 days. After two days they did not returned it instead they said that they have not attended my refrigerator yet. After I contacted the company’s customer care no 180030008282, they could not help either. After that I am calling local service centre and customer care no but of any avail. No one is answering when they will return my fridge. I have also sent mail at support.india attheratesamsung.com. I want them to repair the defect and return it to me immediately.

I have purchased a samsung F339 black mobile of sl no A00000IE500283 from M/s Univercell Telecommunications India Private Limited, Dr. A S Rao, ECIL Post, Hyderabad on 23/4/10 ( Tax Invoice- UAP 425652 dt 23/4/10). After seven or eight months but below one year touch screen has gone. Went to service centre they replaced with a new touch screen. Once again during this month (Sept 2011) touch screen has gone. When I went to service centre to find the problem they charged is Rs. 300. For new touch screen below 2000/-. Then I went to the mobile stores explained all the above. But they also gave it in writing given that they are help less. My request is when they replaced last time, not least 4 months past again touchpad has gone. How can I pay for every four month of duration charges of Rs. 2000 and above? This is not justified. When they replaced at first time there should be some guarantee period as same as one year should be given and again they should replace the same for no cost. Why we purchase a costly mobile of goods product if they don’t long last. Please help me out with replacing the mobile itself.

I have purchased Samsung GT I9003 from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd, CMR Central, New Resapuvanipalem, Maddilapalem, and Visakhapatnam - 530013 on 06 Aug 2011. Its product serial number is 356107049805883. We also purchased an extended warranty for 1 year. They told that it supports Skype, but this phone has some compatibility issue with calling and while calling it is initializing the back camera and soon after the call gets connected the camera is getting disabled. The front camera does not work at all. Since the time we purchased this mobile we are roaming around the showroom and service center and we did not the problem rectified. We also traveled from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad as said the by the Service representative Rajesh Khanna at visakhapatnam and gave it to the Service Center - 0003360585 - Mobile World at No 3-6-355, Ground Floor, TPR Plaza, Hyderabad-500029. The service representatives at Hyderabad is saying that this model is not compatible with the latest version of Android 2.3 which is working on the previous model number Samsung GT I9000. Since 2 months we are struggling and it also a waste of our time and money as well. I am sure that this model has some compatibility issue with video calling. I want them to replace it with a new phone.

I have bought a “Samsung LCD LA40B550” from Vijay Sales on 28th Sep 2009 (bill number- 09-ge09-09sicduf24). We observe some issue in TV sometime in August 2011 and did complain on 29th August with Vijay Sales (complaint no. 1108B292872) and Samsung (Complaint no. 4115249595) as well. One technician from Samsung attended complaint on 3rd Sep 2011 and told us there is some issue in mother board he has taken the model no and told us to get back to us with product price within 2-3 days. We have not heard back from that day. We did regular follow up with Vijay Sales and Samsung both. Today on 15th Sep 2011 when I have done follow up with Samsung they told us small part is not available and we need to replace the entire panel, which will cost us around Rs. 30,000.00. Now I want to complain about the product quality Samsung is selling in market. Rs. 60K product is not working 2years. What is the value for money they are providing to the customer? I need help to replace the faulty product and also give a lesson not to play with consumers hard earn money.

I purchased an 40 inches LCD television during Oct, 14, 2009. It is a series 5 television and the model number is LA40B550. The purchase bill number is TC/CM/07848/09-10. For the past couple of weeks, I am facing clarity problem with the television. It is completely glaring. I called the customer care to send an engineer. They sent an engineer after one week. When he checked, he could not find the defect and simply said he does’nt have the tool to check it and will come back after a couple of days. But he never turned. I called the customer care again and they sent an engineer. He too said the same thing and left. Finally they say that I have to spend Rs. 23,000/- to rectify it. The total cost of the television is Rs. 56,000/-. I called the head of the department for the issue. But it is not yet solved. The main reason for this complaint being their negligence and extremely expensive charge for them to rectify the product. I want them to rectify the issue at a nominal cost.

I purchased CDMA mobile of SAMSUNG Model SCHF219 Sr. No A0000023966D5D from M/S SHETH Enterprise, Judges Bunglow Road, Ahmedabad - 380054. In August 2011 there had been a problem in Microphone/Speaker. Got it rectified free of cost under WARRANTY Period from Ahmedabad Service Centre. Again problem arouse, where the press button 3, 6, 9, were not functioning properly . Took the set to M/S SHREE SIDDHI VINAYAK ENTERPRISE, Kalol (Email : siddhi.samsungcare at gmail.com ). They did not agree to rectify the defect free of cost though it is very much within Warranty period. Finally I was compelled to pay Rs. 275 and got it rectified from them. I request you to advise the service centre concern to pay the money back and intimate me the same (bkdasjs at gmail.com). Also after rectification again the same problem is being faced by me but not yet taken up with the Service Centre. There must be some inherent problem with the set. I also want them to replace the mobile phone.

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510 on 28/07/2011 vide Invoice Number 1874. From the first day it had problem in its loud speaker. So I took it to Samsung Service Center – Babli Media, Kolkata on 22/08/2011. They filed the complaint and took the phone for repairing. They told me that they will contact 2/3 days later. But after 7 days, when there is no call from their side, I went to service center asked the current status. They told me they have issued a purchase order for that part, it would take 2/3 days more. But still there was no contact from their side, so I called them back, at this they told me that It would take longer, if I want ,they could repair it for the time being and I could took the cell for use. So I did that. But from that very day, my mobile speaker went off completely and no sound was coming out of it. So once again I took it to them, and they followed the same procedure. After 4/5 days when I called them for present status, they told me the part is unavailable. So I told them to replace the cell, on that they told me there is no item available in their stock. So they can replace my mobile but cannot replace it. After arguing I decided to take the refund and submit all the necessary paper on 06/09/2011. They told me they will call me after submitting the paper on next day (7/9/11). But I am still waiting for any call from their side. I want them to immediately refund the money and pay me the interest.
