I am a doctor by profession and was referred to Health Sanctuary by a doctor colleague, so I joined for 10 Kg weight loss and 8 inches loss from the naval and paid Rs. 15000/- ( bill number- 428)on 5.june 2011 and it will take around 3 months for complete course ( 3 times in a week). I took 8-10 sessions and realized that there is no change in anything ,on my complaint about that they said for some people it take longer and they will change the procedure. Now on 26 july 2011 almost half sessions are completed and there was no change, I asked them to refund my money as I lost all the hope that their procedures will ever work, at least the remaining money for the sessions which I did not take and gave a letter for that. For that they said the matter would be transferred to the corporate office and they will inform me of the decision by phone. I myself called their corporate office, they said the money will not be refunded and they have declared this thing in the bottom-line of the receipt and I could convert to their any other service if I wish so. I think that their other services will be equally ineffective. Is their no law to check these kinds of malpractices, and make them refund the hard earned money of the people who have paid unknowingly for their ineffective and useless procedures? I want them to refund my amount immediately.

I had met with a car accident a couple of years back and I had a deep scar on y face. I underwent a couple of plastic surgeries but they were not doing any good on my face. A friend suggested me to meet a skin specialist at the Sanctuary Health Cosmetic clinic. So I booked an appointment and went to their place for consulting a specialist. The skin specialist immediately came forward and told me that the problem can be solved if I undergo a treatment in their place. So I took the challenge up and decided to go for it. Within three months I could see that the scars are slowly vanishing away.
