Naukri.com is doing pretty well if we compare it with other job portals. Once registered and uploaded the resume to Naukri.com I am sure You will get at least one call a day from the placement agencies or company seeking employees. So Guys it will be a good advice to opt for Naukri.com. Even I got the job from Naukri.com. Naukri.com has grown in the Web like anything and it deserves to. I whole heartedly thank the Naukri.com Team to have good service and main of all appreciable RESPONSE TIME. Once registered we can expect the response even the day when you registered. You may not believe that all my friends also got job from Naukri.com itself and they are also very happy with this job site.

I am happy to communicate with you about naukris fantastic service providing to job seekers. I am a registered user with Naukri.com. They have been sending relevant jobs to our email. This will be helpful to me more & more. I have registered with other sites also like shine, monster, timesjobs, firstsalary etc... But compare to other services NAUKRI is the BEST service to all job seekers. My heartfelt thanks to naukri team and all supporters. Hope you may provide more services to job seekers. I recommend naukri to everyone!!!

I opted for a job portal service from naukri. On 29th July I met Miss. Rashee Chandra regarding this Job Portal services. I was assured first draft to be sent out by 8th Aug and by 10th Aug all services to be activated ((Customer Code 110729CS511867 Transaction Code 110729TS648986)). I sent numerous mails and text messages no response at all for couple of days to keep me posted on the status. First draft was sent out on 18th Aug against the breach of contract. I didn’t get the service committed in Naukri website" Mid Career Resume Development (3-8 yrs) in 10 Working Days" with in the specified timeline as promised. When I met & spoke to Miss. Rashee Chandra for the first time she was very much confident and assured that DOD is 10th August11 & I would get a call last week but failed to do so. I would have been happier if you would have called & kept me posted on the progress and get some more time if required. Isn’t this against Breach of Contract as I have NOT received the Service as promised by your executive till date and am I Not entitled for a compensate or additional services for the delay/inconvenience caused ? I have paid full amount of Rs. 4000/ for all the features mentioned below Cover Letter 350.00, Mid Career Resume Development (3-8 yrs) in 10 Working Days 2150.00, Resume Display for 6 months 1250.00, Job mail for 6 months1000.00, Resume Flash Domestic Consultants 1000.00. I have been sending multiple mails to Gurpreet Kaur gurpreet.kaurnaukri.com, businessheadnaukri.com,Service Head serviceheadnaukri.com servicenaukri.com with reminder mails to get this actioned on priority but I don’t see any seriousness at all and the Unprofessional/Lazy attitude of the employees shows pathetic Customer Service. I want them to start my service immediately or refund my money.

On 20th Jan 2011 I paid for resume services to them INR2800. They confirmed me that the resume would be developed and send to me within 5 days from the next date of day of payment. However on 3rd Feb when I didn’t got a call back from them I called up at their call centre to check on the status. There a lady told me that since I have not sent them an old copy of my resume hence my resume work has not started. However I informed her that I got a mail from naukri.com which had my current resume and they asked an ok on the mail that resume is valid, which I confirmed them via mail. Also Suchi the sales executive and Pallavi the manager who did the monetary transaction for me confirmed from me that whether they should use the same resume which is their on Naukri as reference, to which I said yes. Yesterday after speaking on their helpline I called up Suchi as I didn’t heard anything from them. I had to call her at least 4- 5 times to get a resolution. To this she said she does not have a resolution and told me that she is going to arrange a call back for me from pallavi in next 10 minutes. This happened at around 12.00 PM and I got a call back at 1630 hrs, almost 5 hrs after. She apologized for not being able to get my resume delivered and promised me that I would get a call back from the resume developer by today 12.00 PM and the resume should be in my hand by 16.00 PM. Since I didnt got a call back till 13:45 I called her back on her direct line which she never answered almost 4 - 5 times. I then called up Suchi and she said I would get a call back done for me. After making 10 - 11 calls I have got a call back from the resume developer stating that the resume would be sent to me by Monday. After this I spoke to Sonika and asked her to stop my resume development and refund the money. To which they are saying that it’s not in their hand. I want Naukri to refund the money.

I had the same experience. I bought the resume preparation services and it looks like my resume was written by a 2nd standard student. Full of spelling mistakes, full of grammatical errors and outright silly content. Naukri charges big money from job seeking youngsters like me and ultimately employees morons to write resumes for us. The resume I wrote myself is getting a far far far better response than the resume that Naukri wrote for me. Do not buy they resume preparation service!

Naukri is the largest job portal in India. But unfortunately it is also the most unethical one. They are quick to sell you their services such as resume preparation and job listings. But once the money is paid that is the last you would hear from them. It has happened to me several times both as a job seeker or a recruiter using their recruiting their services. I think the fact they are quite big has gone to their heads and they are forgetting the customers who brought them their in the first place.
