I had purchased Onida Split A/c (MOdel No. SG12SCLN) of 1.0 ton on 6th Jan 10 from Vijay Sales of Rs 19,300/- The Onida Split A/c has been installed by the authorised agent MSquare Engg Services owned by Muttu Chettiar by paying Rs 4200/- standard installation charges of the company. Since then till date 4 to 5 times there has been complaint of gas leakage for which technician had visited after making several follow up. Every time if this problem arise I had to make many calls then after technician make visit. Last time when the same problem arise Mr Muttu had promised that if this thing happen again I will replace the machine but when the same problem happen again he is saying to speak with the senior that I had done and I had call Mr Achrekar but now also he is saying that if this thing happen again we will replace the machine. What is this every time they make false promise. I want the machine to get replace because there is a geniune very major problem in the machine thats why there is problem of Gas Leakage for 4 to 5 times since six months.

I have been using Onida television in my home for the past 20 years and I am very happy to see its performance even now.Its picture quality and quantity seems to be good till now.The after sales service is also very good eventhough the number of service needed is very less.

The 1.5 T split AC has failed twice in two months. The service is non-existent. Till date I have registered 3 complaints with MIRC consumer Care and the shop from where I purchased (Rgs of Vadodara) but of no avail. The purchase invoice number is 533 dated April 28, 2010. Product Sl Nos Indoor: 30310133162 & Outdoor: 30310130967. I request all consumers to buy international quality products like Hitachi, O General rather than pathetic Indian products.

My parents buy nothing but Onida products. Though I am not really satisfied by their air conditioner sector, the DVD players from them are amazing. They are easy to operate and are quite sturdy. The CDs have never once got stuck and they also play scratched CDs whereas my old player was not even able to red them. The sensors are quite powerful and the product is really reliable. The rates are also comparatively cheaper and I am able to connect my pen drive to the DVD player and listen to songs and view pictures and movies.

WE ARE HAVING A ONIDA TUMBLE 50 WASHING MACHINE .FRONT LOADING OUR PROBLEM IS THE DOOR CLIP HAS BEEN BROKEN THEY SAID THAT THE ENTIRE DOOR HAS TO BE CHANGED BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION SINCE LAST 15-20 DAYS WE ARE GOING ON CALLING THE CALLCENTER PEOPLE AND OTHER PERSON ALSO .THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

I recently purchased Onida washing machine with serial no :7104687400 (06-100256-07). Purchased on 04-012007. My complaint number is 10040706380851 Complaint date :17-04-2010. Complaint attended on : 04-05-2010. I had problem with the door which was broken. But the issue was not solved since the customer care person informed me that the company did not have stock of another door for the model. Even after waiting for 20 days my complaint was not attended. But i was promised that the issue will be solved in 48 hours.

Onida is a very less known mobile manufacturer. The company is best known for its televisions and DVD players. The onida mobile I have is the Vii0 model. It s a very nice model. It is priced below three thousand rupees and is therefore a great by. The company has been very thoughtful to make sure that the product becomes a hit among the people. The mobile has a number of features like good battery life, mp3 player, expandable memory and GPRS. The mobile does not have a camera thought. I like the mobile very much and it is of great use to me. It has also lasted very long and it ha a sturdy construction.

Onida is relatively new to the home theatre segment but they have done a very good job. The new home theatre system launched by onida is economically priced. I could afford it without having to pay installments and moreover for twenty five thousands, this massive home theatre system is absolutely a steal. The system has a 5.1 channel surround effect with double woofers. The speakers have stands and they can be arranged anywhere in the room. The system also has an auto control system. If there is no disk for a long time it automatically goes into a sleep mode. The system has alarm capabilities also in addition to these features and I silent recorder can also record all the movement inside the room.

I have had two onida televisions in the past and I am really surprised with the drop in quality of the company and its product. The first on was bought when I was three years old and the TV served us for over fifteen years before it showed its first sigh of having any kind of a problem. That too it was with the picture tube. Subsequently we decided to go in for a new onida and bought the latest at that time in the market. This product was a total goof up. Exactly on year after the product was bought, it began to show distorted images and fancy coloring at its corners. The image began to shine so brightly that I started avoiding watching TV altogether. When I approached the company they said it was past the limited period and there was noting they could do about it.

Recently I bought an Onida Split Air conditioner of 1.5 Tonne capacity. This suits the best for my master bedroom. Unlike other Air conditioners, this one provides long lasting cooling even if I switch it off after 3 hours. When kept the door of the door open, the cooling reaches till the hall within a few minutes. Though I have voltage issues in my house, the AC has not been affected by this till now in the past 5 months

We have been using ONIDA for past 13 years and never had any problem with. It has become a part of our house say one in the family can never think of changing it. its has very good looks, good perfomance and withstands rough handelling as we have kids at home over all its a good value for money. we just love you ONIDA. -)
