The Maruti Suzuki SX4 is a wonderful car. and it has always served me great. it is also backed up by marutis extensive customer support. the sx4 does not provide very comfortable rides. The car bouncs on bumpy roads and is not suitable for very high speed driving inspite of what is shown in the advertisments. The car once almost ran out of control on the chennai bangalore highway. The car does not even have enough safety measures to keep the people in it safe. at the cost for this car it is desirable that they atleast provide air bags for both the front seats. The sx4s driving console looks like playstation. the controls are too many and it becomes difficult for me if i end up pressing the wrong buton on it. the cooling effect of the ac is not as good as those found in innova or mercedes benz. the car is good for daily commuting.

The Maruti 800 is the icon of indian automobiles. It was compltely bulit in India and has undergone evolution over the years. The 800 is also a very compfrtable and handy small family car. The earliest models were also quite powerful, however the later designs were refined more to be more suited to the day to day traffic. The 800 is the car in which i learnt to drive and it was also my first car. it is sad that the company is thinking of stopping production of this absolutely nice automobile. The maruti 800 , the one which i had has seldom given me problems and it is definitely a low maintenance car. also with the huge customer backup from the Maruti Suzuki pvt ltd, the car is perfectly matched for the city. It can handle the city traffic and so is the parking. The car does not require much space and can be easily parked.

The swift is no doubt an excellent car, but there are some aspects of the swift that are a big problem. For example, the braking system of the swift that i had two years back was very faulty. The vehicle had excellent performance power and mileage but the brakes of my car were very weak. it once happened that i had a long distance drive and as i was driving at over 100kmph, i had to brake suddenly. it was at that time that the vehicles weakness was known. the tires woul not stop immediately in spite of me flooring the vehicle totally. I almost avoided a collision that day by sheer luck. back home i immediately took the vehicle to an authorised service station but the mechanic there could not find any problem with the brakes. He told me that they were in perfect working order. The newer swift is very much safer as compared to the older version.

Alto is a good car. The car is just like maruthi 800. The company has found an alternative to its superhit maruthi 800.The car is small and simple to look. It gives a good milage. I own an Alto spin and it is very good to drive. The car has a good handling. The interiors are furnished well and it is suited for a family size of 4. Apart from the design, the car has a good milage and gives around 15 Kilometers per litre. The company has worked on this car for the safety of its passengers.The drive is comfortable. There is enough leg room but being a small car it is advisable not to take it for long drives. Maruthi is always known for its customer service.The company has lot of service centers in the country. so service is not a problem.

Alto is a very nice car. Small, comfortable and quick. The ride is very comfortable.This car is suitable for city drive.As it is small it doent need much parking space.Maruthi customer care is available throughout the country and it is not a problem to get a good service.The car is a super hit after zen and 800. The car gives a good milage and the gear shift is smooth.The car has a top speed of 110 km. And is priced reasonably.

I had bought this car two months back. From the day of purchase I am having problem with this car. The first day itself when we all went out, their was a sound from the brake system, a kind of noise like two metal pieces being rubbed. Immediately I informed the same to the sales team and they assured me of solving the issue. I took the car to the showroom and they told me they will fix it within a day. Within a day I got their call I was so happy about their concern on customers and I found the issue fixed. They told me, it was due to some dust and rain water they cleaned it and the problem was so minor. What to say, after two days the same problem arised and again I made a call. The reply was shocking. They got the same complaints from several other Ritz vehicles and they cannot do anything. They will refer the matter to Maruti and the right engineers will fix it. Is this the best company to choose for their good service? The Question remains as a Question itself..

I really had a lot to say about this car by Maruti. I own a diesel version with a catchy red color. It is really peppy in city traffic conditions. The torque comes into action in a linear motion. Unlike other hatchbacks on the road this too have an automatic climate control system. You just set the specific temperature you want and the rest will be alldone by the system. The average mileage is about 15.6 kmpl. I find it more spacious, more eye-catchy, refined, user-friendly and a lot more to drive anything else than this compact car. No matter CNBC Autocar awarded this as the car of the Year. It is moreover a viewers choice too. I always recommend this to anyone who asks me for a good car..

The car has a very bad design and it is a sad fact that maruthi owns the product.The car looks like a soap case.The interiors are fully made of plastic and it is does not have a polished look.The acceleration is bad, and the gear shift is not so smooth.The car is such a big disappointment.There is not much of a leg room and it is not suitable for a long trip.This is not a good car if you are a person looking for style.The car has an average milage and the performance is very average.

This is a good vehicle for small scale transporation in industries but not fit to be family car. The car has lot of safety issues as the head clearance is low. Most of the time on bumps passengers seem to hit the roof. The car does not have so much of a leg room either. The driver finds it hard to be comfortable as the steering wheel hits his thighs regularly. It makes driving uneasy especially during long drives.It does not have a good speed and it is definitely not suitable for long drives.The car looks like a soap box and it is time that maruthi redesigns it.The warranty and customer service is good as maruthi provides country wide customer service.

worst customer care. they refused warranty on spare eventhough it was existant. my car invoice date and date of delivery mentioned as two dates. no one in company knows about warranty clause. they are telling that the warranty starts from date of invoice and in companys paper it is written from the date of delivery. And my wrranty on spare ( rear door support which was defective) was refused.not proffessinal in dealing with service related matters, dealing customers etc. i will not reccommed maruti to any one.
