Kumaran Silks has only one showroom that is in T.Nagar. They have no other branch. So I guarantee you that you would have bought elsewhere as you have mentioned that you bought from Mylapore. I have been buying from Kumaran Silks for ages and it always has an extra boost of positive sentiment on our auspicious days :) The quality is excellent! Keep up the good work!

I bought a sari from Kumaran Silks, Mylapore on Feb 19, 2011. My bill number is F00071002. After reaching home my wife found that the sari was not in normal condition. It was folded as if it has been already opened by someone and retuned back to the shop, but we were not sure about that. The folding of the new sari will not be like the sari delivered to us. Since my wife was not happy with the sari, we decided to return it back. I went to the shop on Feb 20, 2011 at 9 pm and approached the cash counter for exchange. The cashier asked the attender to verify the sari. The attender refused to exchange stating that the folding was not in order. Then I tried to explain that the sari sold by them was returned in the same condition as it was. But they refused to exchange even though it was printed on overleaf that the sari can be exchanged within 7 days from the bill date. I want Kumaran Silks to accept exchange or return back the money I paid.

Kumar Silks has a wide variety of sarees. These sarees are of wonderful designs and patterns. They have sarees in every range. I find Kumaran silks sarees lasts for a very long time. Only original silk lasts longer. The sarees i get from other places gets worn out after a year or so. This is the main reason I opt for Kumaran silks as they are reliable and have a good collection. I need a wide variety of choices to pick something for me and i am never happy with minimal choices. So the Kumaran Silks is the best place for me to shop in. They are very good with consumers. They take very good care of their customers. The services also make them unique and a great place to shop in.
