The Bank has charged Overlimit charges in the month of Jan,April and June the amt is 500+sev tax. for jan month they have reversed but for april and june2010 they said that onlyonce in a year , the overlimit charges is reversed, so for april and june 500+500 it refused to reverse, I have paid the Minimum amt due mentioned in the credit card statement regulary . the card was ovedue due to interest portion the debit on last day of credit card generation it on 20th of each month. so it get overdue by the amt of interest by Rs.300-400 only. against that they charge an amt of rs 500/- as overdue charges +ser tax . They have not mentioned in the cr card st that if MAD IS paid, then also you are liable to pay the overlimit charges.

Sir, I am Nishant S Kajale, is having an A/C account at ICICI, Bund Garden Branch, Pune. On 28-Apr-2010 there happened 10 fraudulent transactions through net-banking, due to which my 9186/- got wiped out. I came to know the same on 29-Apr-2010, as I checked my account. I immediately logged a complaint at ICICI customer care. My complaint number is SR139902507. Also, I submitted a letter at Bund Garden Police station and also at Cyber Crime Cell, Pune station. Earlier the resolution time from ICICI was exact 1 month. It is more than TWO months now & I am yet to get the solution. Every time they give me a new date of resolution and that too after my follow-up. Right now new date of resolution was 02-Jul-2010 and till date I have not received any mail/communication. Initially I received calls from their so called customer care torturing me saying, I must have shared my user id/password. I had also submitted letter to banking ombudsman.

Dear Team,I have used my ICICI Bank Debit / ATM card on 15th June 2010 to withdraw Rs.20,400/- from one of the ATMs in Chennai. This ATM is located inside a well known IT park.Once the ATM machine dispersed money , I have counted it and found instead of Rs.500 currency I have received Rs.100/- currency ie. I have received 19xRs.500 currency + 5x Rs.100/- currency which is just Rs.20,000/- and lost Rs.400/-.This similar incident happend to couple of my colleagues also and I have highlighted the same to ICICI Management , but no action taken so far and they claim the money has been given.Please help me to recover money from this bank.Thanks in advance,Sajith Kumar K V

Customer service is non existent in this bank. The officers are obnoxious and they have scant regard for customers. They behave as if the customers are their slaves. Even the clerks at a city branch behave like the managers of the branch. I approached the branch after tele-marketing girl very sweetly told me that they are offering exciting offers on loan. I was in need of a loan, I wanted to buy a car for a long tm and I though of approaching this bank. Officers there only concentrate on the big businessmen who apply for loans in the sums of crores of rupees. They follow them like ducklings and provide them with cold drinks and all.

ICICI bank is one of the worst banks in India. I have never had such bad services anywhere else. They give ridiculous excuses for their bad services which is even more irritating. I once lost my credit card and to block my card immediately they made such a huge issue. They wanted me to hand them a hand written letter stating the problem and then they will forward it to the respectable department and within few days the card will be blocked it seems. But before that I am sure the person who had stolen the card would rip me off. They are rated the worst bank in Consumerdaddy and I am sure I will never render any services from them again.

This is definitely a very bad service that s being provided by this bank. The bank begs and begs till the moment you agree to get yourself a credit card and right from that moment onwards everything seems to change. They become highly irresponsive and in some cases even arrogant. A couple of my friends even got the first bill to their credit card even before they got their credit card delivered. And another classic case was that of my uncle who continued receiving bills after he wrote to the company that he wished to discontinue usage of the card and destroyed it. Also there are constant nagging calls from the telemarketing personnel regularly updating about any new offers which are not even remotely related to me. Best part of this business is that I got a credit card in my name a couple days back for which I had never applied.

Dear Sir On 3rd December I have raised a dispute for two fraudulent transactions happened on my ICICI Credit card, Rs. 4000 been debited on my credit card in favor of Tata Teleservices. I was told by customer executive that I will be given temporary credit of Rs.4000 into my account initially and then they will credit the whole amount into my account, but till this date neither temporary credit nor real credit happen on my account. In this regard I had initially contacted Account Manager and we had enough email conversation, finally they gave up. I have escalated the same issue with Office of Head Service Quality and had enough email conversations and finally they gave up and asked to approach cyber crime for the above transactions. Sir, in this case I have mailed the same to Tata Teleservices, in response to that they mailed me back stating that I can claim for charge back from ICICI, same mail I have escalated to ICICI, but neither of them releasing the amount and its getting dragged from last 5 months. I own an icici credit card for nearly 2 years. Intially i never had any problems with the card or their services. But now i am able to find alot of hidden charged added to my monthly bill. They have really bad customer services. Recently i had lost my card and wanted to block it but they say there is a huge formality for that and we were supposed to go give a letter in person. Then why do they even have phone banking. It was one of the biggest issue which made me change my account to another bank. They charge alot and their services suck. I have known alot of people who have got problems woth their icici accounts and also policies. They really need to imrpove thier entire system and provide better services.

My Credit Card was picked at Bruxelles Railway Station, Belgium on 12th June 2009. I lodged an FIR at Bruxelles on 17th June 2009 and in the meantime I informed ICICI Bank on 12th June 2009 about the loss and consequent misuse of my card to the extent of Rs.70216.02 which bank acknowledged on 13th June 2009. An investigation was conducted by ICICI Bank internally and the decision went against me even though I followed all the rules and regulations in this regard. The investigation details were not shared with me inspite of request. I, therefore, refused to make good the amount to ICICI Bank and hence approaching Consumer Forum for redressal.

Have had an account for four years in the bank now. All requests have been fulfilled within the promised timelines. Their online facilities are a breeze to work with and have worked really well without skipping a beat. Staff are very friendly and professional in dealings.

If you are planning to make a fixed deposit in to ICICI bank, then u need to have lots of guts. I deposited a sum of about 4 Lakhs, fixing it for a period of five years. When it attained its maturity, they made me run for 3 months behind them. After a long unpleasant ordeal, I got the right amount back

I never knew that ICICI is such a fraudulent bank. I was charged with unknown amount of about 65000. Even upon complaining, there was no proper response from them. In turn, they started following up and were engaged in filthy business of threatening my parents and using abusive language. I paid off the amount of about 65000 under protest to stop them from troubling my parents. I have all the correspondence to take an action against them even now. They have not responded to my queries till now

Recently I lost Rs12000 from my savings account, when I tried to withdraw money from ICICI bank ATM machine. When I tried to withdraw money, it said my request could not be processed. Despite that, my money got debited. Even upon complaint, I could not get my money. ICICI is such a fraudulent bank

One has to be very careful if he/she is planning to withdraw money from ICICI Bank ATM machines. Twice I lost a chunk of my money during the transaction. On complaining I got back my money only a couple of weeks back. Even the bank officials are not able to give a convincing reply as they say computers may go wrong anytime anywhere. If this has to continue, then beware of these money swallowing machines

I had taken a Personal Loan from ICICI three years back. I closed the same loan last year. During the closure, when i asked for a No Due Certificate, i was assured that i will not receive any outstanding letter from ICICI Bank. Few days back, i receieved a letter from the ICICI Bank informing that the loan is still outstanding.

According to me Fixed deposit plan of ICICI bank is very good they have very high intrest rates and you get very good deal of money you deposite. i have invested my savings into it and i always feel that was the smartest thing i have done coz money in hand will get spend any time.. and for me ICICI Fixed deposite has almost doubled my money.
