I have been using the Savings account since 2006 (savings account number- 0026015XXXXX), & being using the internet banking since then, but on 29.11.2011 a transaction amount of Rs 30000/- passed through internet banking account through my internet account. The person who had done the transaction is Mr Siva Kumar who said that he is from ICICI bank and was asking some information about the bank account & the password, which were not disclosed to him by me. Only I came to know about the transaction when my account got debited with Rs 30000/- on 29.11.2011 the same was told to the bank vide their complaint no SR 204010368, Mr Rupesh had attended the call & the same was registered. I had also filed a complaint with the Ghatkopar Police on the same day.Now it has passed almost 2 months I have not been informed by neither the police nor the bank about the status of the transaction. I am following up with the bank & also with the local police but till date I have not received any concrete reply from the bank nor the police authorities. I want them to credit my amount back immediately.

I am using my ICICI Credit card last 20 year , last one year facing serious problem as some unauthorized Transaction Debited in my a/c I am regularly paying without dispute few month before I have requested to replace my card , I have received new card (credit card number- 44774636325XXXXX) and old one (old card number0 44774636325XXXXX) stop last six months , Dec 11 again one Unauthorized Transaction for the Amount of Rs 3327 from PROFLOWERS.COM debited Mr Prasad thru IVR system contacted dated 17/01/12 assured to reversal and assure to give confirmation thru SMS on registered Mob NO SMS or complaint ref received even after long STD call about 2 Hours transferred calls to so many officials. Still they didn’t reverse the amount I want them to credit the amount back immediately.

I had asked for outstanding statement for my Home loan amt with ICICi (housing loan number- LBMUM00001533401) and the bank reverted back with an amount of Rs 7, 29000. I have defaulted 3EMIs of the loan since 2007 due to loss of Job and these EMIs are unpaid since then. Recently I thought of transferring the funds to other bank with some Top up as i have some other dues to clear, Hence I asked for the outstanding balance I understand that my EMIS were due but they should have added to outstanding balance of Principal amount. Secondly my ECS was from ICICI Bank account which was a salary account and as I had lost job that account was not being operated being account of same bank they have charged check bounce charges and penalty charges. Thirdly 2% of pre payment charge. Other than this every second month the EMIs are rising. In 2009 I had met in person to Naaz at J B nagar branch as my outstanding EMIs had gone up to 5 and had asked them to stop ECS but she asked to pay the previous EMIs I had no money to pay How would I stop ECS. I send a mail in this regards online to customer care and Eswar Chigathi then Manoj S and Bhanu Chigurupaati have replied to contact collections and pay the amount at J B Nagar branch. I want them to rectify the defects immediately

I had been using an ICICI Credit card since 2008 (Credit Card No – 447746665XXXXXXX) and I had a Two Wheeler Loan as well in 2009 when my Two Wheeler Loan installments were paid off then I received a call from ICICI Lombard to get an Health Insurance Policy but I denied at the same time instead of they issued a Health Policy, even I did not receive a single paper of that policy. An amount of Rs. 6,000 was deducted from my credit card. I called many times in ICICI Lombard to terminate it even I discussed with the executive and he told me to drop an email to terminate it then it will be terminated automatically but actually it did not happen. Then I decided not to pay anything for this, now I became a big Defaulter in CIBIL. I want them to rectify all the defects immediately.

I have always been making my Credit Card Payments on time (credit card number- 48641031431XXXXX). And I always used the Phone Banking as it was convenient and easy. It happened once that I called in to make my Credit Card payment and the Customer service said that they cannot receive the payment as their systems were down and fortunately I recorded that call as I had the recording facility on my phone and every call was being recorded. I was later informed that I was charged the late payment fees and the interest charges. when I requested for a reversal the same was done but again the very same month after the reversal I was charged the late payment and interest and I was asked to make the payment, to which I did not agree, I just paid the amount that I owed, but as I didn’t make the payment of the charges they deactivated my card and wanted me to make the payment. Later when I contacted Mr. Kusal Roy, Head of cards dept. ICICI, they once again reversed the charges but to my surprise refused to activate my card, stating that I have a negative CIBIL report, which was again because of the Maintenance problems with ICICI Bank. What they have done to me is unfair. I want them to remove my name from CIBIL and activate my card.

This refers to the home loan which was closed on March 15, 2011 (loan account number- REF: LBCHE00000568026 -). On May 1st we received a reply demanding Rs. 7400/ in our Statement of Accounts which ICICI claims to have wrongly credit in our account in 2003. We have been paying our dues in time and prepaying on various occasions at the time which such credits were not brought to our notice. We visited the adyar branch on various occasions and we were given emails claiming us to pay Rs. 7400/ if they have to release the documents or wait till the bank gives waiver. In spite of our protests we were insulted in the branch level and only in the month of September after 180days, we raised the issue with senior management desk, they addressed the issue. While we claimed for the loss for the delay and the mental agony we have to undergo, we were given simple apology email from the senior management desk stating that there is no direct loss for the delay. Inspire they sent a souvenir/gift to our place to pacify us .We want reply on the issues: is a delay for 180days to address a issue justified by the law of land? Will ICICI return the document have we not paid the EMI s for 180days. Moreover in the month of July 2010 they have misused the ECS for making deductions twice for the wrong accounting procedure which is well reflected in the statement of Accounts. The arrogance with which they have handled the issue to create mental agony and tension . Financial loss for the value of document which could have utilized better by us. I want them to correct the deficiencies

I have a credit card of ICICI bank. This is very unfortunate that no response of my complaint after number of times I wrote that I already deposited full amount along with due or undue charges & interest on it after repeated request which is very unfortunate, so I am once again requesting them to update my CIBIL record without DPDs within one week & update the record time under intimation to me otherwise I will file case against the bank into consumer court & as well also initiate criminal complaint against the bank as well to the concern officer. I paid full amount demanded by the ICICI bank which was not due to me against my credit card no. 44774702623XXXXX. But after paying the full amount my name is showing into CIBIL as DPDs. I want ICICI to rectify the defects.

I am Karukkuvel Rajan from Chennai. I have a Platinum credit card and I was using it for quite a long time. On 18/08/2008, I had lost my card in an exhibition in Chennai ( credit card number- 462986001XXXXXXX). The person took the card is from the shop in which I made my final purchase. After I reach home around 10 pm night, I got a message that I made a purchase for Rs.48500. I called customer care and blocked my card during that night itself. The customer care told me that the person who has used my card swiped the card for Rs. 1 three times in a different swiping machine in that same exhibition and after confirming that he can use the card he swiped the card and bought a laptop for Rs. 48500. Then the next day(19/08/2008) morning I went to police station and I made complain about my loss of card. Then I collected the FIR copy and came home. Same day (19/08/2008) I had I applied the dispute in ICICI website. That day (19/08/2008), I started getting messages from that guy Manzoor who has accepted that he made a mistake and he is the one who had took my card and bought the laptop. He was asking apology and begged me not to file complaint. He was saying his father will die if he comes to know about this misconduct. I had told him to pay the money and then I will withdraw my complaint. And he promised that he will pay the money in a week. As promised he deposited Rs. 10,000 to my credit card number. And on 26/08/2008 he deposited another Rs. 20,000. That week representative from ICICI came home and asked me to fill dispute forms and collected the FIR copy and contact numbers of Manzoor. And that representative promised that ICICI bank will take care of collecting the remaining due Rs.18503 from that guy Manzoor. I told inspector Lawrence and he also confirmed me that bank will take care from there on since I had given them enough proofs to the bank. On 30/08/2008, I had received a letter from ICICI bank stating about my disputed transactions and they have initiated resolution of my complaint and a temporary fraud credit will be done. The case reference number is SR77828655. In that letter itself they had mentioned that “You will be pleased to know that we are temporarily reversing the charges billed to your account towards the disputed transactions. This credit will reflect in your next statement. If the complaint is resolved in your favor, we will make the reversals permanent”. On 02/09/2008, I have a received a temporary credit of Rs.48503 to my card. Later on 15/09/2008, I had received another letter from ICICI bank saying that “We are pleased to inform you that the dispute is resolved in your favor”. On that day (15/09/2008) they have debited my card account for same Rs. 48503. But since they had confirmed me that these disputes are resolved in my favor they should have reversed only Rs.30, 000 which I had recovered. Then I would not have anything pending in that card and dispute would have been closed on that day. I checked with a local civil lawyer and he had confirmed me that my side it is clear and I can file a case if I wish to. But I want to clear this trouble without going to court etc. I understand ask them to reverse the transactions correctly. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I have been using this credit card (Card Number: 4076 XXXX XXXX 6008)for nearly 4.5 years from 2007 but there was no problem since then and please note that there was no problem at all what-so-ever all these years but lately they have been charging me interest charges on a futuristic basis which is not outlined according to the RBI regulations. In fact RBI has recently sent out a circular that customers should only be charged interest for the transactions which are not paid in the last billing cycle but these people charge interest in such a way that they charge for the last month transaction (last billing cycle) and add current month transactions (current month billing cycle) and sum it up and charge interest on the "Total Amount". Where I am only supposed to pay interest for the last billing cycle amount and not the current month cycle, which is the sole purpose of using a credit card. They are trying to manipulate and create a loop-hole in the given system regulated by RBI. If I have to pay interest for the current months transactions, why should I even use a credit card, I can use other modes of payment instead. This has happened a couple of times and I have spoken to some people in the bank over the phone and also directly contacted the credit cards managing branch and raised complaints regarding this, but not worth it. An example to make you understand is Statement date : 6th of every month, Payment date : 23rd of every month- I purchase a phone for Rs. 10,000 on 2 Jan 2011, the statement gets generated on 6 Jan 2011 and instructs me to pay on or before 23rd Jan 2011, now if I pay Rs.10,000 (full amount) there is no problem at all what-so-ever. Let’s assume that I have not paid anything on 23 Jan 2011 (Payment date),Now I have made a fresh purchase of a DVD player for Rs.5000 on 1st Feb 2011 Another statement gets generated on 6 Feb 2011 which should ideally ask me to pay Rs.15,350 details as Rs.10,000 – Phone, Rs. 350 - Interest charges (for Rs. 10,000) Rs. 5,000 - DVD player, Rs. 15,350 – Total Instead of the above I am asked to pay Rs.16,020.83 details as below Rs.10,000 - Phone, Rs. 350 - Interest charges (for Rs. 10,000) Rs. 5,000 - DVD player, Rs. 175 - Interest charges (for Rs. 5,000), Rs. 400 - Late payment fee, Rs. 95.83 - Service charge of 10.36% on every other charge mentioned above i.e (350 + 175 + 400)10.36/100 95.83, Rs.16,020.83 – Total. Rs. 670.83 extra from the actual charge that is supposed to be just Rs. 350. Rs. 1020.83 totally, making the interest charge shoot upto 7% (double on their actual charge of 3.40%) where they claim that the interest charge is just 3.40% So 7% of Interest is what they charge not only to me but all the customers and think of it with huge and very frequent transactions and that is what is happening in my account. Also I have requested for the Limit Enhancement facility several times and finally only after raising a complaint they accepted my documents and to my surprise they simply called back and said that Limit Enhancement facility is temporarily not available at the moment for anybody using credit cards with ICICI. Why can’t they let me know that Limit Enhancement facility is temporarily not available when I applied for it, why the hassle of preparing and sending it? Well to be honest, I have a lot a banking relationships with various other banks as well and till date ICICI was my personal favorite and the best in banking systems but only the Credit card and the Cash-In loans dept. and some false promises by the collections team are creating problems and that too only for the last couple of months. I want them to send me a revised statement.

When I have called to the icici bank credit card ( 4477-XXXX-6719-XXXX) department and explaining below matter, but they are not helping me finally I have decided its consumer fraud that is done by both icici bank and india bizline solution. This is to bring to your immediate notice that a transaction has made by india bizline online solution by deliberately giving wrong and false information. I have received the call in the morning on dated 29/10/2011. called by the miss salini from the club leisure and she has told me that we are the official partner of the icici bank and the bank offers u the offer as you are privilege customer of the bank (my name is bharatkumar dahyabhai mehta. i am the customer of the icici bank credit card) and she has explain the benefit of the offer. She has offer me polo watch plus travel voucher and one club gold card which will eligible for 20% discount on the each transaction. at no cost she has told me that to avail this offer u have to verify ur card details and she has connected my call on ivr after the I have verified the details , i have come to know that , it has charged me on my credit card of rs 5509 means its fraud transaction without intimating any charges. I therefore request them to cancel the transaction and the card immediately and refund me the amount.

I have a bank account in ICICI Bank my Account Number 000501573282 and the Credit card number 44434101XXXXXXXX. They defaulted on my name when i contacted Magarpatta branch Pune , they told me that it is for some Mr. Mohan Kumar not for me and directed me to credit settlement section Pune , i visited there and meet the receptionist he directed me to some Mr. paramjeet saini where he said that this card does not belong to me. But he could not give me any written clarification also, which i need for my home loan purpose, instead of resolving my problem he is trying to persuade me to take loan from ICICI bank. Then again he directed me to the receptionist. The reply from the receptionist is like if i would have been so knowledgeable, i would have been sitting at MD place. I have nothing to do with who will be your MD it is your internal issue, either you make him MD or the financial consultant of the bank. My simple question is if i am not the concerned person then why i am being harassed. coz i don feed the data to cibil ,its ICICI bank , i don retrieve the data ,its CIBIL , so you guys take care of , why should i run here and there for your mistake. Same mail i had mailed to managing director of ICICI bank , head credit card of ICICI bank but they are giving me only dates and dates. This credit card does not belong to me , which is also reflecting in their data base but they are not giving that in written , only making me run here n there , where as this not my fault it is fault of ICICI and CIBIL . The company must give a NOC in written with immediate affect so that my home loan processing can be done and take the necessary step to rectify my CIBIL report. If company fails to do so and i miss the flat due to this reason, then company must avail me the loan without any interest rate for any amount for my home purchase. Company has done mistake , and even tried to misbehave with me when i contacted their recovery section in Pune , this causes me mental tension ,nervous breakdown ,palpation which might had led to health hazard , so a compensation what a banking regulation might have set up to handle this type of mismanagement.

I have taken a housing loan from icici bank in 2003 (loan account number- a/c no: - lbadr00000503894), I have given address change request to icici bank with sr no 47735319 dtd 12/11/2007 for changing the correspondence address as follows. prakash janardhan dhokane, flt no 102, 1st flr aashirwad apartment, opp daule hospital nagar manmad rd, savedi ahmednagar - 414003. But surprisingly icici bank has updated my address in his system as follows prakash janardhan dhokane, flt no 102 1st flr aashirwad appt, opp daule hospital nagar manmad rd, savedi ahmednagar, anandi bazar – 414003. Due to this i could not received any correspondence after 12/11/2007 from icici bank, that’s why I am not responsible for any interest rate changes after that date. When I recently checked there is only 50000 got reduced in my account because I took a loan in 2003 for 2, 50,000 and after 8 years only 50000 got reduced in my loan. It is merely cheating. When I contacted icici they have confirmed the mistake from there end. I want them to rectify all the errors and send me a revised statement.

I have ICICI credit card with me. For iCICI Card No 48641031340XXXXX, I had settled all dues in April 2010, by paying Rs 15,500.00. Actually I made a purchase of camera of 14k with the card in Jan 2008 and customer care guy confirmed me that EMI facility is available for the same. And later on, when I contacted customer care to fix an amount for EMIs payment, they simply denied and I had not got 15k to make that payment in cash, that time. So I tried communicating on several occasions with customer care dept regarding the same. Later on in 2010, they contacted me to make a payment of 30k and I negotiate d that amount to Rs 15,500 (Pay,ent Ref No. CC/Card No/1004/050321) and settled that in Apr 2010. But ICICI Bank has not been updated remarks with the CIBIL, due to that I am unable to get even a small amount loan of any type from any of the bank. I want them to take the name from CIBIL and compensation from ICICI for the mental agony. I also I want them give a settlement letter

In December 2010 month icici bank send me my credit card no 44774739931XXXXX statements which show I had used my credit card on 26 oct 2010 at m/s sumanta susanta oversa delhi-epos and purchase items rs 1556 which was wrong. I immediately informed icici bank call center and registered my complaint on 18 dec 2010. Bank had told me to send your written complaint with duly sign through fax which no 022-66466683. I sent my duly signed dispute complaint through fax on 06 jan 2011. When bank was not taken back his dispute transaction and send me again credit card statement with interest and late fees, I registered my complaint office of the banking ombudsman which complaint number is 201011014007686 dt 11 mar 2011. Further bank had told me on March 2011 that they were not received my sign complaint. Then again I send my scanned complaint copy through mail on 23rd march 2011. On 27 July 2011 I received letter from office of the banking ombudsman that due to they are no appropriate of adjudication of such a complaint, the case has been closed under the clause 13(c) of banking ombudsman scheme, 2006. However, ombudsman advised to bank considers waiver of charges levied on the disputed transaction from the date of transaction and consider settlement based on the principal amount of the disputed transaction. But bank was not considering the above dispute transaction and send me statement every month with interest and late fees. this is not a first time bank was send me dispute transaction, in 2008 they was send dispute transaction which against I registered complaint in office of the banking ombudsman. Which complaint number are 200708007475 and after interfering ombudsman the icici bank was chargeback all dispute transaction. I want them to send me a revised statement.

I am an account holder of ICICI bank, A/c No. is 13570 xxxxxxx. On 15.8.2011 at about 5.40 pm I visited Axis bank ATM located at Saurabh Vihar Jaitpur Badarpur New Delhi-110044 and tried to make the following transactions - Cash Withdrawal Rs.13000/-. Neither cash disbursed by ATM nor transaction slip generated by ATM. AT 5.42pm - Cash Withdrawal Rs.11000/-. Neither cash disbursed by ATM nor transaction slip generated by ATM. At 5.50pm - Cash Withdrawal Rs.10000/-, Neither cash disbursed by ATM nor transaction slip generated by ATM. At about 5.53pm, I received a SMS that Rs.10000/- had been withdrawn from my account whereas I received no cash from the ATM. At about 5.55pm I complained to ICICI customer care on telephone no.41718000 which gave me complaint no. SR186751182.On 16.8.2011 I complained in written to ICICI NBCC branch and the concerned officer said that your complaint will be resolved within 10 days. On 26.8.2011 I again visited to ICICI and was informed that transaction of withdrawal of cash of Rs.10000/- was successful whereas I received no cash. I have written a letter to ICICI Bank and written email to all branch head of ICICI bank. They replied to me that case will resolve before 8.9.2011 but till date the amount of Rs.10000/- has not been credited into my account. I want them to refund my money immediately.

I have done one transaction of Rs. 1,00,000/- from Linxmart Technologies on 30th April 2011 for getting some service and the payment for the same is made through two credit cards. Rs. 60,000/- were paid through Citibank Credit card and Rs. 40,000/- were paid through ICICI bank credit card (5239 5105 xxxx xxxx). The company (Linxmart Technologies, Noida) officials promised me to provide the service within a period of 7 Days, but they neither provided the service during that period nor there was any response from the company side. Even nobody was there to pick the phone to response from the side of company. I then complained the matter with both banks for not making the payment to the merchant as I have not received any service. Citibank taken the complaint very seriously and did not make the payment to the merchant and provided me the credit of the amount (Rs. 60,000). When I complained the matter to ICICI bank on the customer care phone lines and the executive who attended the complaint told me that merchant has not claimed the amount till date from us so we cannot take your complaint right now. You can make the complaint once merchant claim the amount or even after generation of Credit card statement and we will stop the payment. When I made the complaint they first refused to take it saying that we got the charge slip signed by you. I told them the whole story and then they lodged the complaint and gave me a temporary credit and then reversed the same after one month or so sending me one letter given to them by the merchant as the proof of service delivery and the letter has the signatures which resembles mine as the same were forged by merchant to prove his point. Now Bank is demanding the money from me. I approached the merchant for the refund of money but they refused saying they do not have any refund policy. I also made complaint to the bank and escalated the matter as per banks escalation matrix but every time they gave the standard reply that matter is resolved in banks favor and you have to pay the money along with interest. I want ICICI to immediately refund the money.

On 24th November, 2010, I got a call on my mobile and the person from other end said that he was an official of ICICI Bank and making my Netbanking secure. He himself told all my Bank Account details correctly, including my name, account number, branch, city, my mobile number, my email id etc. My account number is 000901 xxxxxxx. He said that he will send me a SMS on my mobile and I should confirm it. Within few minutes, I got the SMS and he called back and asked the URN number of SMS. Since he knew all my details, I gave him the number and within 10 minutes I got a SMS alert saying that my Account has been debited with Rs. 75000. I immediately contacted ICICI and they told me to file a FIR with Cyber Crime Cell, here in Chennai, India. They said the amount has been transferred to Borivili Branch of Mumbai and they have blocked the account. But before they could do it, the culprit has used the Debit Card to make a purchase of Rs 25000 and removed Rs 25000 cash from ATM. After many visits and harassments, the Bank officials refunded the amount Rs. 27450 left in the culprits account. They promised that investigations are on and they will recover the remaining amount and contact me. But up to today (04th September, 2011) they have not contacted me nor recovered any money. Now, I need this hard earned money soon including compensation for mental agony and expenses. They have also been deducting non-maintenance of Quarterly Average Balance (QAB), whereas I left sufficient amount of QAB even after the tragedy. Sir, kindly do the needful and help me recover my hard earned money and compensation. I have all the original documents like FIR, correspondences, police reports etc. and can produce them whenever they are called for.

I had taken housing loan from ICICI bank and my Home loan account is LBKTN0000109343 during 2005 end. After payment of 1 st installment I deposited PDC for PRE-EMI.I was returned unused PDC after keeping the required PDC of pre-EMI. After the payment of final installment, I start submitting PDC for the payment of EMI. Excepting one installment I never failed in installment payment and for the failure I paid installment with huge penalty. Interest has been charged varying from 8% to 13.75 %.Suddenly bank started following up for Pre-EMI installment of Rs 4667/- which was not justified because pre-Emi PDC were returned to me long back. Even then I paid that amount. I was getting payment statement on a regular basis and payment was made accordingly. I got final statement on 30/5/2011 and accordingly I paid balance amount of Rs 6609/- immediately. Since then I have been trying to get NOC for getting my original documents from bank but they are asking for payment of further amount as over dues. I am not able to understand why bank is harassing me for further money. Through this complaint I earnestly request to help me in getting my documents.

I, Mr. Puskar Lahiri S/O Sri Goutam Lahiri residing in Flat 407, Block 20, Rain Tree Park, Malaysian Township, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500071, A.P (Permanent Resident: 45, Halder Para Road, Kalighat, Kolkata-700026, W.B.) working in Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad has my salary account in ICICI bank, Hyderabad (Mindspace branch). My account number is 059801 xxxxxx. On 10th Dec-2010, at around 06.20 pm while I was in Faluknama Express from Secunderabad for a journey to Howrah Station, Kolkata, I received a call from Rahul Sharma who introduced himself as ICICI bank executive and called from mobile no. 09664194803 asking to give Unique Registration number (URN) for the process of updating mobile banking facility. Soon, I received an SMS with URN & a call again from Rahul Sharma. Within 5 mins of providing the URN to Mr. Sharma, an amount of Rs. 98,000/- has been debited from my account to Mr. Sameer Khan’s account. I have lodged a complaint (complain no. SR160482202) in ICICI bank & blocked my debit card & internet banking facility immediately. Since Rahul Sharma knows every details of my bank account, there was no doubt from my side, that he is a ICICI bank employee & so provided the details. In process of this unauthorized transaction, the transaction was tracked in bank’s monitoring system and bank is able to block Rs. 23,041/- which was in bank’s account. I have also lodged a complaint (FIR no. 02/2011) at Cyber Crime police station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad. The FIR copy has been enclosed with this letter. After lot of dilly dallying and many communications from my side with bank, on 23-Feb-2011 the blocked amount with bank has been forwarded to my debit account, only on condition that I have to sign an agreement with bank that they are not liable for remaining amount debited from my account. Since I have no other option I have to sign this agreement. Moreover Sameer Khan’s a/c is also with ICICI bank, Delhi branch. On police enquiry it’s been evolved that Sameer’s correspondence address with bank is false and the phone number from which he called me is also been deactivated. I truly believe that this kind of fraud can not happen without internal involvement from ICICI bank. Since the bank’s security system is in fault and they did not properly check the customer’s personal details during issuing of bank account, this becomes a threat to all other bank a/c holders. From this incident, I am still going through a lot of harassment and mental anguish suffered by the complainant. It will be greatly appreciated if you can assist me in retrieving the remaining amount of Rs. 75,000/- from ICICI bank to my debit account.

I never intended to apply for a loan through ICICI, but I had taken the loan from Bank of Rajasthan (BOR) in 2006, which got acquired in 2011 by the customer exploiting ICICI ( loan number- RBBRT00001862208). ICICI never issued any bank statement since acquisition - I had to go through a lot of hassle to get it, from where I came to know that the "floating" rate of interest had gone up from 10.5 to 15.25% since the last 4 months. It never communicated this change to customers. The bank has not made any entries for installments of 04/11 and 05/11, resulting in an error of 20,000+interest and OD penalties. The bank willingly refused to auto debit the account in spite of sufficient balance and charged compounded interest and penalties of late payment and auto debit return. There was no clause of prepayment in BOR documents. But ICICI is demanding 12000 plus one month advance interest as prepayment charge. I sent mails through icicibank.com/email us, but did not get any response. I contacted customer care on phone (9829222292) who told me it is BORs matter, and my mode of payment has been permanently changed to post dated cheques. I got a letter from ICICI that the terms and condition on Bank of Rajasthan customers will not change. BOR customers of Entire Rajasthan are now at the mercy of hostile ICICI. Those with secure loan accounts do not have an exit door. That means the company can extract whatever it wants from them. My branch manager seems blank about the entire process. He often tries to avoid queries. After trying for several days, I could get the statement of BOR only (not ICICI) which says that due amount was 5.38 lacs just before auto debit account was disintegrated. I called customer care and got my email id registered (after 10 mins of IVRS process), and then demanded ICICI statement. According to that, the due amount was 5.58 lacs because it did not account for 2 installments. Also, for the next 2 (out of total 4) months, no installment was deducted. I immediately wrote a mail to icici from my email id (indmedag2000yahoo.com) informing them about the problem. I got a reply that they wont accept emails from my yahoo account because it is not registered (though it was actually registered). I copy pasted the same message on email us section of website, but did not get any reply. In the meantime, the manager has assured me that he will try to get my statement corrected. I finally called customer care again and tried to explain everything. Person told me that it was the matter of BOR now (so all liabilities of ICICI have ended), and also that my mode of payment was changed to PDC. I want ICICI to rectify this problem immediately.

Hi,Actually i did transfer some amount(50000+) from HSBC to my icici acount(6293015XXXXX) but its transfer went wrong icici acount(6293015XXXXX) instead of (6293015XXXXX-my acount). The transaction could be done, but after my complaint he replyed to me after verification we will refund your money in your HSBC account but right now i didnt get my refund. But when i talked with my bank manager(Rajouri garden delhi branch), he told me, that "account person withdrawal his money from his account" when account has money then we will refunding your money from your HSBC account. But now 2+Month over, i suspected that account person not diposit money in his acount. I want the bank to refund my money.

I am using the ICICI credit card (5176 xxxx xxxx 1004)more than two years and I use to pay the amount properly before/on the due date 4th of the respective month.(date, Month). My mode of payment is cheque and use to drop the cheque before the due date. More than two years I am paying in this mode only. But this was happened recently on the month of May. Like every month I dropped the cheque, the April month cheque was dropped properly on the last day of the due date. But in the may month bill they mentioned some late payment fees and interest charges (Rs.1001.27), so I called up to customer care and asked them that I paid regularly then why you put those charges. They said they didn’t receive the cheque on proper time. Hence they have charged the interest. I have dropped the cheque on last due date then how it can be the late payment??? At that time they have mentioned if it is non-icici bank cheques have to dropped before 5 working days. I got shocked and ask them am paying like this for past two years, previously they didn’t put any charges but why this time? My question is if you are saying that the cheque needs to be dropped before 5 days, while you advertising why you advertise like we have this much days of grace time??? They said for cheque mode this will be the option. So my next question do you ever mention this anywhere in the bill??? They said you have to know that and pay the cheque before 4-5 days. Then I argued with them like without mentioning anywhere how the customer will know this?? So I asked them to waive the late payment and other related charges. They said, for full waiver I need to discuss with the manager, once the manager give approval will do that and it will updated via sms. So I relaxed. A month gone, June month bill came again that month they have added some interest charges again. I called up to customer care and ask them they said the extra amount will be reversed soon and it will be update via sms. So I said them clearly I will pay the amount which I used. The person said okay sir, go ahead. So I paid the June month bill properly. Now I got the July month bill again they mentioned the interest charges from the month april to till now Rs.1983. I got shocked and called up to customer care today. They said these are the interest charges you have to pay this month if you skip the charges then again next month interest charges will be higher. My concern is they are simply scrapping the peoples money. I asked them to waiver the rest of the amount fully, but dont know what they will do for next month, hope I will get some proper justice. I want them to waive off the entire interest charges.

I issued a cheque no. 449897 for a sum of Rs 25000/- from my ICICI Bank Savings A/c no. 000701 xxxxxx in favor of Metro Housing Society. This amount though debited from my account but the corresponding proceeds have been placed in suspense account since 19.02.2007. This fact was revealed when I asked for refund from Metro Housing Society I was informed that since the money has not been credited in their account so the question of refund does not arise. To my shock I gave a request to ICICI Bank Ltd on 29.06.2011 requesting for a certificate of transaction. After repeated requests and continuous chasing I was informed by Madam Rachna of ICICI Bank Ltd that since the money is lying in suspense account so the question of giving the certificate does not arise. She further confronted me by saying that since I did not claim the money so the proceeds were placed in suspense account. I asked for refund of Rs 25000/- along with the fixed interest, I was informed that at most the savings account interest can be given to me along with Rs 25000/-. As of now after filing complaint with central grievance cell of ICICI Bank Ltd, MD ICICI Bank Ltd, banking ombudsman I have not received refund of Rs 25000/- along with the Fixed Deposit interest from ICICI Bank Ltd. I want them to immediately refund the money.

I have done a incorrect online fund transfer of Rs 5000 from ICICI Bank Account No 007201 xxxxxxx to Canara Bank (Kupam Branch) Account No 145 on 14th Jan 2009. Transaction number or online payment number is BIL/000088605788//145. I have already visited the ICICI Bank ( Yelahanka Newtown branch). But they asked me to contact CANARA BANK after which I visited CANARA Bank (Twice). Later I got to know I should actually contact the Kupam Branch then I contacted them. They said ICICI Bank needs to initiate this process. I would like get the amount of Rs 5000 back which I have transferred to an incorrect account. I have visited the bank, given them a written letter, mailed them several times. Still I have not seen any resolution. I was travelling so I could not follow up all the time. I want them to rectify the error and refund the money.
