I have got the delivery of Honda City on 9th of August, 2011. The registration number is DL 4C AN 4324. I was out of station so my mother went there for delivery of the car at late evening. I have been delivered a dented car. When I returned on 12th august I have noticed there was dent on upper side corner. I filed a complaint on 12th Aug to the Ring Road Honda dealer, but I did not get any response. Then I called the Honda customer care on 17th Aug, then on 20th Aug. Someone came to take the photograph of the dent. On Aug 26, 2011 I received a response from the company saying that the dent was not from their side.

I own a Honda City and am I glad that I took a decision to buy it. I feel honda city is one of the safest cars I have seen. I met with an accident and was on the driving wheel. Banged into another Honda city on the side as he broke the signal at night and all I felt was a slight jerk. When I stepped out the front was smashed badly but thanks to Honda City I was not even scratched. The car is not only good looking but very comfortable and safe.

I have purchased Honda city V MT (KA 03 MN 9944) on 13-April-2011 from Magnum Honda, Kanakpura Road at Bangalore. While purchasing the car I have been informed that Honda is giving an offer of free Comprehensive Insurance worth INR 27,121/-. When I received the insurance detail, dealer had just paid 17,367- worth insurance. The insurance has been done with a compromise like, 95% IDV value of car and bad coverage in case of accident. I contacted Honda care and send reminders also, but no response. Requesting you to do needful to refund the balance amount or renew the insurance for the committed price. I have contacted Magnum Honda CRM team (Mr PRASHANTH JAIN - 9845072765) sales multiple times and send a couple of reminders. He replied saying nothing can be done.I contacted Honda Siel Cars India Ltd and get reply from Mr Ankush Hakhoo saying that we are discussing with dealer and get back to you. Send reminder again but no response. The company should renew the Insurance worth Rs 27,121/- which is committed at the time of sale or should refunded me the difference amount so that I can avail a better policy by myself in the market which gives me 100% IDV value and a better coverage.

I am facing a problem with my new Honda City car model number MH-02 BP2790 and the invoice number AMO1881, which is 14 months old now. The problem is while braking at normal or high speeds there is a screeching noise which is very evidently heard. Also there is noise which is coming while turning the car (both left and right).The reason I am complaining and wish to sue Apex Honda is for the poor quality of customer service which they are providing me and making me run for no reason without actually diagnosing correctly the problem and getting it resolved. They are simply not interested in resolving this issue at the earliest and non-responsiveness behavior of all service personal including GM-Service. They are giving false assurances and don’t care for their customers. My car under AMC was serviced on 29th Jan 2011 post which the screeching noise problem started. My car has been to the workshop 4-5 times till date but the issue is not resolved yet. The last instance they said was they suspect that tyre needs to be checked and called Michelin tyre guy on 22nd Mar 2011 which happened after much follow-up with them. The tyre person has made note of the complaint and said that tyre is ok and noise is coming due to road surface. Mr Sahani (GM-Service) had assured me that he will be personally looking into this matter and help it get resolved after the tyre inspection is done. He was suppose to look into the report and give me an update on 23rd Mar 2011 explaining me the next steps he would take to get the problem resolved and if required inspection from Honda guys. It’s been 3 days and Mr Sahani has not even bothered to call me and give me an update. I tried calling him twice on his cell which is just ringing and he is not responding. I have a feeling that he is deliberately excusing himself in meetings whenever I try to call him and never bothers to call back. This is the same lax attitude which the service manager is also doing and they are simply telling me that Michelin tyres do make noise. My question is if Michelin tyre makes noise then this was never told to me during the time of my purchase and how come for 13 months I did not face any noise problem and suddenly it has started from the 14 month itself. Expect the company to correct the necessary problem as soon as possible.

BEST CAR IN THIS SEGMENT AS FOR AS ME CONCERNED. I AM THE FIRST ONE WHO BOOKED THE CAR WITHOUT SEEING THE CAR TRUSTING THE COMPANY NAME ITSELF IN ERODE, TAMILNADU.REG PERFOMANCE WE CAN,T EXPLAIN AT ALL.BOUGHT THE THE CAR FOR 8 LACS AND IT IS WORTHY REALY/ I HAD SHOWN MY CAR TO MANY PEOPLE EVEN I HAD GIVEN TEST DRIVE TO UNKOWN PEOPLE IN MY CITY.I FEEL GREAT TO DRIVE THIS CAR AND GIVES MILEAGE LIKE THE SMALL CARS.HEARING MY WORDS ALONE SOME PEOPLE IN MY CITY HAD PURCHASED THE HONDA JAZZ.MY ONLY RECOMMENDATOIN TO THE PEOPLE IS TRY TO GET WHITE COLOUR ALWAYS AS YOUR CAR WILL BE VISIBLE TO ANYBODY, ANY TIME.GOOD LUCK... Honda Jazz is a world class product with a unique design. Everyone might not like the exteriors but this unique design creates huge cabin space and gives a feel of big car from inside. Interiors are nice for the segment with audio controls on steering. They are not exceptional but they are better than honda city. The cabin is super quiet and I would say the best sound proofing in its class and even better than cars like octavia.Engine is not punchy but performs well at high revs and is quite smooth. It is suited both for city and highway driving. Overall quality of the car is very good and quality of the interiors/plastics is far better than figo/i20. Only negative is that it is costliest in its segment and gives very poor average in traffic jams.

I own a HC SMT since June 2009. Excellent Milage but since the beginning I have had problems with Hard gear shift quality in 1st & 2nd gear ( I do not know whether they have a synchro in these gears). Also there is vibration felt on the gear knob at when you are crusing at around 60 kmph in 3rd/4th gear and around 2000 rpm. The ground clearance problem was evident from beginning, but in the recent past this has become painfull, with even on the normal speedbrakers, I have an issue. Also there is a rattle sound which comes either from rear left side or bottom rear left, when driving over semi rough roads at around 40 kmph. I have complained regrading these druing my various services but the problem persists. The dealership has got various reasons why some of my complaints are not issues. The vehcile has completed about 23000 kms till date.

My Honda-CRV car had met with an accident in February this year. The car was sent to authorized Honda dealer the same day. The car has been lying under repair ever since. I have visited the dealer on six occasions, spoken to them on countless occasions, written emails three times and spoken to Honda one to one on nine occasions but all to no avail. The dealer cites the non availability of spares parts as the reason of delay.They have told me that Honda does not maintain the inventory of CRV spares in India and the import them from Japan whenever they need. Honda is obviously duping the customers in India as they do not disclose this information to customers while selling the car. Honda is saving the cost of inventory at the cost of Indian customers convenience. I have been with out a car for more than three months now while Honda has saved thousands of rupees in inventory costs with out having to pay me a single rupee in compensation! Is it short of duping hapless customers?

Honda City has been one of my favorites since I bought it. The space is enormous and 3 people can sit on the back seat without any congestion. The mileage of the car is the best in its class. The car has huge boot space. The car can reach a top speed of 150 kilometers. The car has a good interior and looks posh. The car has a good pick up and it outperforms all the other cars in the class. The car has an awesome acceleration, compared to its rival Fiat Linea. The customer service is very good and the staff is well mannered. The car is maintenance free and the ride is comfortable. My Honda City has crossed 30, 000 kilometers and I still feel that it gives the same comfort and performance.

I Bought Honda Accord 5 years back. Honda Accord is a roomier, wider, luxurious sedan that will never let you down. I felt Honda Accord roomier than Toyota Camry. I have used he car in almost all climatic conditions. The car is very reliable and will never let you down. Honda Accord has a 4 cylinder engine that produces 149 Bhp. The car is powerful and it is a pleasure to drive it. The car has various other features like cruise control, power windows, power steering, passenger air bags, adjustable seats, etc. The controls on the dashboard are easy to operate. The rear passenger seats have a good leg room. The only problem I found in this car was the steering. The car had a stiff steering and the engine was a bit noisy.

Jazz has great looks, the sharply sloping hoods are good looking. The design is not appealing overall because it looks as if the car was hit by a lorry. The dashboard is sleek and , elegant and it has a posh look. The steering wheel is very comfortable to hold. The steering has the audio controls on it which makes it easy for the driver to operate the audio player. The dashboard has plenty of cup holders that are can be used to place drinks. The rear seats are very comfortable and have plenty of leg space. The cabin seals all the noise from the engine and it feels super quiet. The car has a good ride and it is suited for the drive I the city. It has a 200cc VTEC engine that delivers torque at 4800rpm. Mileage is pretty decent but it is low compared to other cars of this class. The car gives around 13 km/l and the car costs 7.5 lakh. But I feel this is costly for a hatchback.

Honda motor is known for its class. City, Civic are the sedans own by the company and similarly CR-V is the MUV manufactured by the company. The car has 2345cc 4 cylinder petrol engine that delivers 153 Bhp at 6000 rpm. It has a 5 speed manual gear system. The car is known for the design and neat finish. Its contemporary looks and aerodynamic design makes people awestruck. The car has a dynamic dashboard and leather upholstery. The car is equipped with noise, vibration and harshness reduction (NVH) and has an ultra silent cabin. The car is manufactured for optimum performance and long run. Honda CRV is a hit among the consumers. CR-V is a very smooth MUV which also gives the feel of a sedan. CR-V has lot of power in it and it is capable of reaching top speeds at ease. The car has a great handling and gives a decent mileage.

It is a reasonably priced car and offers a comfortable ride. The drive is very smooth and the car gives a pretty decent milage.It comes with an awesome interior with huge dials with cool backlights, gives the feel of a high priced car.The car has a good top speed but that makes it poor in acceleration. Honda City is a good option if you are a person who drives around the city.The car is spacious and has lot of leg room.The gear shift is smooth.Customer service is not a problem and the service offerred is good.The car can give a better milage if it is under regular maintainance.

Honda Civic is an awesome Brand from Honda. The design of its body is enough to make heads turn towards you while you drive. The car is fuel efficient, has optimum maintenance cost. The interiors of the car are also cozy and spacious. Overall, it is not less than a luxury brand

Honda CR-V is a cool SUV model. With all the features and its design, It has a reasonable price on its tag. The car is perfect for areas that have irregular roads. One does not have to anticipate any sort of vibration or engine issues after a long drive through irregular areas. The car is a solid model and it suits rich personalities

Honda CR-V is just an amazing vehicle. I love the design of the car. It has a mix of rugged look and luxury. Its quite compact and comfortable. I get the comforts of a Sedan in this. The car is best suited for long drive. I have been driving it for more than 18 months now. The engine does not give any bothersome noise and it drinks just the reasonable measure of fuel and maintenance is better when compared to other SUVs
