I purchased a Haier Refrigerator from Ashapura Electonics for Rs 10000/on May 2011 (MODEL number- 275 liters- HRB 306, bill number- 389).However it has not worked properly till date. I have repeatedly complained to Ashapura Electonics. The first time repair guy arrived took Rs 400/and disappeared never to return. The second repairman Mr Ramesh arrived after a month took Rs 600/ promised to return the next day but never arrived. The third repairman came took Rs 600/ changed a lot of stuff and started the refrigerator. But it only worked a week. Finally the fourth repair guy Mr Imraan arrived checked the machine and said the problem was in the body of the refrigerator which needed to be reinforced. He quoted a charge of above Rs 1000/I agreed but next day he never arrived. His mobile no 09833220442 is always switched off. I contacted Mr Harishbai owner of Ashapura Electronics who promised to send a fifth repair guy Pappu who hasn’t arrived yet. I want them to repair the defect free of cost.

This is the complaint against a defective part named Digital Board. I purchased HAIER PLASMA CTV P42S6ACI (DB47Y007) on dated 2.1.2005 at Rs.1,88,000.00. After some fault, the company replaced a part of the digital board on dated 22.2.2008 and I paid Rs.7500/-. Again the same par to the digital board got faulty and was replaced on dated 16.3.2011 and paid Rs.8603/-. After three and a half months on dated 3rd July 2011 I lodged a complaint No.DEL 117030113 against default for the same part. They are demanding discounted 50% of its price. This demand is such a painful and I am extremely disappointed and irritated with the kind of service, response and the quality of the replacement part that are being provided by Haier. I want them to immediately replace the product free of cost

I have bought a Brand New Haier LCD TV from Katihar-Bihar on 13-02-2011 with warranty card number DC1870M02XXXTPA2T3101, but it’s still kept unattended because of that I could not able to view this TV. I brought the LCD TV to my residence at Jaipur and called customer care for installation but the executive refused to install it due to non-availability of wall hanging socket. The Katihar Dealer (Saitronics) has not given me the socket when I bought the TV and not sending it to jaipur even after regular follow-ups since last 3 weeks. I called haier customer care centre three times Emailed to haier customer care and company too called dealer approximately 20 times at his residence phone number and also to his mobile number. It’s an kind request to Haier Officials to arrange the wall hanging socket and installation of newly bought TV at my residence immediately.

Haier Refrigerators in my opinion are on of the best refrigerators in the market. I used to get this refrigerator smell in my fruits and vegetables in my old fridge. But every thing comes out fresh in this fridge. It is reasonably quiet, doesnt make a lot of noise. It is spacious I can store a lot of food inside compared to my old one. I bought this refrigerator two months ago and nothing has gone wrong yet. So I can say for now that it is pretty durable because I put a lot of food inside because I can eat a lot.

I wanted to buy a microwave oven for my house since it was getting very tiring for me to cook early in the morning. I went to the nearby electronics store and bought a Haier Microwave oven which came with a two year warranty. After a couple of months, the lid of the microwave was not closing properly. Since I had the guarantee card I directly called up the customer support about this information. They immediately responded back to me to courier their product to Bombay. Within fifteen days I got a brand new microwave.

Buying a Haier washing machine was my biggest mistake. It started having problems within few months. It consumed a lot of water. The customer care executive was not very effective in handling the call. They sent an executive few days after the call and the person jus examined the machine and left without fixing it and the reason he gave me was that he did not have any tools. I got the high end model which was a lot expensive than the basic model and still I have a lot of problems. Complete waste of money.
