I had booked four tickets through GOIBIBO (Reference No: BR110805AIR237920, Date Of Booking: 05 aug 2011 12:38:40, Date Of Travel: 03 sep 2011 11:45:00, ticket number- 584N1X, 5GSOH1,TNKRWU, 4NCUN4) from Srinagar to Delhi scheduled for 03.09.2011 in the flight No.G8 151 of Go Air airline under four different PNR No’s listed in the complaint. But due to some exigencies all the four tickets were got cancelled on 01.09.2011 through the customer care of the said airline. At the time of cancellation I was told that Rs. 750 will be charged as cancellation charges per ticket & the refund will be made within seven working days through the booking agent. The cancellation charges are only Rs. 500/ but the company has charged rs.750 which is much more than the normal rate as applicable. While confirming the status of refund from GOIBIBO through which I had booked the tickets, I was told that a further Rs. 250/ will be charged as cancellation charges per ticket. I want to know under what rules/circumstances a customer will be charged double cancellation charges by the different agencies. I want them to refund our money immediately.

This is related to my baggage being opened and the following items missing: 1. One Gold Bangle, 2. One Ladies Titan wrist watch and 3. Rs. 3000/- cash. The matter was reported immediately (last evening 23 Jun at about 8:15pm) to your representative Mr. Eshant. This was also taken up with CISF personnel who said that they would view the CCTV footage to ascertain where the theft took place. They too have not given any feedback. The details of my travel are as follows: Name : Mrs Alka Mahajan, Day of travel: 23 Jun 2011, PNR number: HP 6XYL, Flight No: G8/204, Departure Time: 1735 from Bangalore. The reference number of the complaint lodged is: DEL/A 840. I was assured of an early resolution but it seems no one has bothered to give me the status. I request that I may be informed about the same at the earliest and compensate me for the loss.

I booked two way flight to Mumbai and back from Bangalore on 31st March availing best airfare facility from MakeMyTrip. My confirmation number is 4HZ64V. e-ticket number is NF251414412515. The onward journey was good on 9th by G8200. The return journey was for 14th by G8 203 starting at 1535 hrs. I with my wife and daughter checked in two hours in advance and got boarding passes. However due to stomach problem of my daughter and that she was frequently visiting wash room we missed the boarding time announcement. However we reached the security gate and moved to boarding gate by 1505 as per my watch. Surprisingly the duty manager Mr D Souza snatched the boarding passes and scratched saying that I am late and asked another officer to take me away. The bus was waiting for us to be taken to aircraft and when I tried telling him he rudely dismissed me. I was taken to re booking booth and the lady in the booth said I have to pay Rs 11000+ additional amount. When I gave my debit card, she said the amount has gone upto Rs 15885/ I had no option but to pay and return to Bangalore. Further the flight scheduled to leave Mumbai by 1945 departed at 2130 hrs and we reached Bangalore by 2300 hrs. My complaint is that the duty manager D Souza deliberately for reasons best known to him denied me the travel facility as there was ample time to board the aircraft and caused financial loss of Rs 15885 apart from mental agony. I sent mail to Nodal Officer of GoAir and their response said that they can only apologize and cannot make good my losses. From the reply it is clear that we were denied travel facility deliberately for which we had already paid. In the reply they stated that we cleared security at 1508 hrs and reported for boarding at 1515 hrs. This is absolutely false as it hardly takes 45seconds to move from security gate to boarding gate number 2. They also said that Captain signed his trim sheet at 1516. The facts are misrepresented in their mails which proves that the duty manager acted in rude manner and caused immense discomfort and financial loss to me who is retired Indian Naval Officer.

I was travelling in the go air airlines from pune-delhi-lucknow. On 26th October, 2010 two of my luggages were boarded on the aircraft from Pune (total weight-17Kg). We had a transit at the Delhi airport, where our flight was changed & we had to go through the security check again to board in another go air aircraft (G8-353). On reaching Lucknow, I was waiting for my luggages but just received one of them which weighed 4kg, the other one of 13kg, went missing. That bag has all my valuables, my clothes, footwear, all my certificates & mark sheets (admission time is coming & the mark sheets are very important for me)

Go Air low cost Airline adds up with more flights. I had a great flying experience with this airline. The new flights launched provide customers with more convenient timings. They offer better connectivity from Bangalore to Ahamedabad, Ahmedabad to Mumbai and Mumbai to Delhi. They have an option like book early and pay less which allow the customer to avail the cheapest fares. Only you have to book early. I found that they have another achievement, with the least cancelled flights in the industry. The staffs are well behaved. Even I could not find such a good service from high cost airlines. They will gain the market soon, the management is better than any other airlines in India. They have young energetic staffs. May be that is the reason for their success

GoAirlines is simply the cheaper and best domestic airlines. Since I often go for a business trip from Kerala to Mumbai, I find the airlines to be so affordable and economic. No flight delays so far no unpleasant experiences in these 2 years. I also feel it very comfortable.
