I sent a courier in professional courier. It hurts when you had sent a gift with love and at the other end he/she doesn’t get what you sent. I had sent a gift from Chennai to Mysore, My friend Ganapathy had chosen this courier to send my gift to my girl friend Namratha. Am writing after a disappointment delivery form First Flight Courier. My shipment consignment no: C02362687 I had a Switz watch in it, while couriering they had asked what’s inside the parcel and when told about the product they have charged accordingly. (Rs.450) But while other party picked up the parcel, the watch was missing. I didn’t expect this type of service from First Flight Courier. Kindly let me know in what way we can fight for my missing product. This is the way I wrote to customer care of First Flight Courier, in reply they replied they will get back to me. When asked about the status, No reply from their end. It’s almost a month. Based on this incident we have approached in three ways Contacting customer care and mailing them and providing all information they asked. But am fed up, I did not get any positive type of answer from their end. In Chennai office, had met the manager and explained everything to him. And answer we are not responsible. In Mysore office, forced them to ask were was her missing product Answer We do not know ask Chennai office. So we all are feed up with this answer, Kindly look over this issue and deliver my product immediately.

I am ravinder khot from andheri mumbai , i had a courier from Hyderabad (my company SEW infrastructure ltd )with a tracking no of A- 12838515 , which was contain a valuable documents worth more than 3000/- rs . Now today that is on 18 of nov , I received the courier ,I was shown the courier with completely tore covering envelope. And was not containing anything. The content in my courier was very important to me since it was my office documents sent to me. I want first flight to get me the documents else I want them to pay me compensation.

I have provided a courier to First Flight, Rishikesh on 19th Aug-11 for delivery to NICMAR which contains my application for MBA ( 2nd Semester ) and bank draft of an amt. Rs. 22,500/- . The tracking number is W69343254. But due to carelessness of courier company officials the said courier has delivered to NSDL, Pune on 22nd Aug-2011 in place of NICMAR, Pune. In this regard I have made so many times complaint to various offices of courier company by e-mail and telephonically, but till date no sound result have occurred. The courier has been misplaced even though the executive of Courier Company have not responded properly. It shows carelessness and irresponsible attitude of Courier Company due to which I have lost my money along with my one complete semester. So, I want compensation claim from Courier Company because of which I have face financially, time loss and mental harassment for which Courier Company is wholly responsible.

Income tax of India had sent my pan card under airway bill no zb4298027 of first flight courier. The courier company without sending it to my address returned it back to income tax office. Mr. Ritesh from first flight accepted this mistake on their behalf but refused to take any action against such a huge mishap. They instead informed the income tax department that I was not found at the correspondence address. I want them to apologize and want them to compensate me for the loss. I was behind these people for almost 5 days but no proper response. I have spoke to at least 20 members of First Flight couriers, but they give irresponsible answers and were very rude.

My sisters pan card is dispatched from mumbai to patna at 24.06.2011(consignment no - ZB3426714). The office of first flight is at walking distance from my destination but till now they have not delivered the pan card. When ever I try to call at head office they don’t respond any of my calls nor any one receive the calls or they say please contact this number but when I call at that number no any one receive the calls. I want the pan card to be delivered at my place immediately.

I have ordered a product from seventymm.com the order number is: 90011653. They have dispatched the product by first flight couriers, but they have delivered that product to another person named Rahul it is not delivered to me. The Consignment Number of the courier service is : D30538809. I want them to immediately deliver the package to me or compensate the cost of the product.

My sister Dhivya Baskaran applied for PAN card and the website of NSDL showed that the pan card was delivered on Jan 7, 2011 to Karthik. After repeated calls to the concerned branch of First Flight courier, we have not received the pan card. Their employees are so rude and given different answers every time. They said that the courier is lying somewhere and needs to be tracked. They are not even picking the calls now-a-days. I have even informed the head office of First Flight couriers, but no action has been taken till date. It is really disgusting that Government document – Pan Card is not delivered properly. I want the branch to take immediate action and delivery my pan card.

First Flight couriers are puntual no doubt, they have had a few backlogs and problems. but overal my experience with the service has always been comfortable. I choose first flight for all domestic and national courier and urgent packet deliveries. They are a bit expensive, but i can be assured that the products would reach in time. The courier service has no clearance on sunday except at a higher fee, which seems pretty reasonable. The firsyt time i used the courier service was when i had to mail college symposiums invites to nearly 350 other colleges in and around the state. i was not givn a discount but the letters all reached within the stipulated time. this was a great relief. I stick to first flight whenevr possible. But there are not many shops or collection centres and they all have holidays on the same day.
