I purchased a enhance RO water purifier (bill number- 1008597122) After a month I bought this product. (They charged me extra for the extended warranty for 3years) but the warranty is for 2 years, the tap of the purifier starts leaking, cannot store water in it. After sending them many mails and calling them for almost 5-6 times a day...1 day got a call from the technician, he was very rude he changed the tap.But after 2 days it started leaking again and also power in it goes off and on.. Cannot fill the water in it as it’s not working either ways.It’s being a month I’m facing the trouble, nobody came to fix it, Every time I called in to customer services just get the assurance that tech will visit within next 48 hrs but nothing has been resolved..Sick and tired of them, when asked for manager in cust.serv they will say he is not available.Don’t know what to do with this problem now. I want the replacement immediately. I called them 5-6 times a day. Keep sending them mails..Nobody responds. The guy who came to install it stops answering the call after I called him thrice but nothing happened, when they have to sell it they keep calling us and keep visiting us anytime we wanted but now nobody is bothered to listen about the problem we as a consumer is facing, I bought it on installment, after no response from their end after 1 month. I stopped the payment then they called me and I told them if they will not get it fixed I will not pay , they send the tech once but all in vain, it get worsted then it was, I m not at all satisfied with the product, the company, the way they treat their customers..It’s being a month I keep calling their customer serv number which is very hard to reach but this problem is not at all fixed. I want them to come and rectify the effects immediately

I approched to consumber court also. The decision made by tahe court to exchange the producta and refund the amount Rs/ 7800/- with 8% intrest till to date. I called the Eureka Forbes Limited on their customer care number 3988333 for purchasing water purifier (purchase bill- 056174, model name- enhance). They called me near about ten times within two days, to sell me the product. But the product got some problem, like the water filter was not working properly. The complaint lodged on 02 Jan 2012 and since then up to 09 Jan 2012 nobody has come to rectify their product. On 02 Jan 2012 I lodged the complaint on their customer care number 39883333. Complaint number 86144583. up to 06 nobody has come. Again I called the customer care number. They told in some time somebody will call you. But nobody called. At last after two hrs i.e. at 1600 hrs I called up again to their number, the reply was we don’t know your address. I gave them the address again but of no use. On 07 Jan 2012 I called. But they don’t have satisfied reply. I want them to come home and rectify the defects immediately.

I had purchased an Aquaguard Total RO Protect + along with Forbes Iron Removal (The Unit Sr No of the machine is – 1224204116001964, invoice number- 15574406) and a Protect Tray for Rs 15530 on 17th September, 2011. It has just been 3 months of the purchase of the product and we have been informed today that the Forbes Iron Removal is faulty and requires a replacement. The usage of the machine is below average at our residence and the building has an iron plant already in place to reduce the iron in the water supply. On enquiry I am told that the replacement charges will have to be borne by the user. If such is the condition of the newly bought machine then I have serious concerns over the quality of the product being sold by Eureka. This being the first such instance, I am reporting this on your page to ensure adequate action is taken to replace the faulty equipment at the earliest.

I purchased this product AQUAGUARD TOTAL PTOREC+ WATER PURIFIER on 8th March 2011 (bill number- GWPDPRTEC00000). From the date of purchase till date, it is troubling often. Problems include but not limited to stops working, water leakage, No electrical input, not taking water input (tank remains empty). These have happened 6 times in 9 months. I Called customer care every time. They sent service personals after 3 days or more. But the problems come back again and again. I don’t want them to repair it now because am really frustrated. I want the replacement immediately.

I purchased aqua guard enhance green RO on 17 November from a salesman called "Swami" (Tippeswami, Mobile Number 96327XXXXX, My Customer number 1008981548, Bill Number 1008981548 Leakage problem, free stand and extended warranty. Swami made these promises while making the sale not to mention, this salesman turned out to be a big cheat and didn’t even bothered to pick up my calls after they charged my credit card falsely. I seriously don’t understand how a company like aqua guard can do this. My credit card was charged 11000 without even notifying me. I have raised this concern to lots of customer care people but they are responding to me. I called aqua guard and tried to explain all this but they did not respond properly. I want them to refund my money immediately.

I own a Eureka Forbes water purifier with Receipt Number 20224429, Serial Number P5 and also I have bought Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) on 16.09.2009 for 2 years at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). First Service and change of cartridges was done by Eureka Forbes franchisee on 16.09.2009 itself and second free service with change of cartridges was due on 16.09.2010.I was transferred from Bhopal to Nagpur on 15.04.2010 and Informed the Nagpur franchisee about change of address and for providing service and change of cartridges vide my complaint Number 728. In spite of regular follow-up and personal visits, franchisee did not provide the due service. I was transferred to Mumbai on in May 2011 and the Service request Number 85203103 dated 23.07.2011 was registered and change of address was affected in records of Eureka Forbes at Mumbai. Eureka Forbes did not change cartridges and due second service was not provided and AMC was expired on 15.09.2011. I have made complaints to them regarding this but there was no proper response from them and also I called many of their customer care people, executive level people but still no solution was provided to my problem. So all I expect is that they should fix all the problems of my purifier or they should refund my money back as soon as possible.

This is karthik from kanchipuram. I have an aqua guard classic water purifier at home ( order number- Order no 2300015722). It was not working from 16th October. I raised many complaints to eureka forbes customer care, when I spoke on nov 2nd the executive said my complaint was not registered till then, he assured he will register the complaint and gave me a complaint no. (85914453). But nothing changed, nobody ever turned up. I repeatedly called them on every alternate day every time they always kept their word same "sir, for sure today we will send our executive." they also said they have escalated to the highest level. I finally asked the executive to give me the manager no. he gave a number and his name is srini and I spoke to him he said he is regional sales manager and he gave me another number who is in kanchipuram. His name is muthu(i believe), and he said he is only in change for sales and people from vellore will only handle service and gave the vellore number. When I speak to the vellore center they said no complaints were assigned to them till then, they asked for the details and said they registered the complaint and within two days they will turn up. Another week passed by nothing happened, finally i fed up and sent my uncle to the center in person, after two days on 9th a technician from vellore came named vinayagam (mob no 9787102977) and while opening the purifier he broke a uv lamp inside, he promised he will replace it for free. A week passed I didn’t hear anything from him back, when I called him he said the part was not available in vellore so he ordered from Chennai, they sent it over courier and he is yet to receive it and once he receive it he will call me back. Another 4 days went and i called him back for any progress he said the part was not available in Chennai and he ordered it from Bombay totally contradicting his previous statement. I understood that he is trying to pass time with me. It was around 20th nov after that he never picked my call. I want them to repair the defects immediately.

We have a Aquaguard RO Reviva which has been working fine for the past 1 year. We had called for regular servicing. A technician, Mahinder of the Yoash Services ( a Eureka Forbes franchisee) came. He cleaned the candle and said the candle should be changed. Once he left the filter started leaking. He said the 4 candles cost is Rs.3660. We gave him a cheque on the spot. He said he will return with the new candles on the same day. However after repeated calls to the Eureka Forbes Customer Care and to Mahinder himself, he came with the new candles after 2 weeks along with a senior technician. Two days after they replaced the candles, the machine went dead. Then after several calls to the customer care, they came back to say that the adaptor is not working and need 2 days to replace the adaptor. It was surprising to us as before the service all was fine, but once the machine was handled by a "trained" technician how come the problem started one after the other. Now its 5 days after they left and in spite of making umpteen calls to many personal of Eureka Forbes Ltd., nothing has been done expect that they very professionally say "We assure you that your problem will be resolved at the earliest". I want them to immediately replace the purifier.

Aqua guard total duo wp system ( serial number- 1224808116003599) was purchased on 8th sept 11(ORDER RECEIPT NO 255,DC NO 18681997 DT 08.09.2011) from mr a.ranjir representative, certain beneficial promises were made by team leader mr c sarvanan at the of collecting cheque. Machine was installed on 1oth sept improperly, lodged complaint about behavior of technician on 10th by mail to acctsche2 at the rate eurekaforbes.com, machine stopped functioning & repeat mail was sent on 12th, 14th to send technician to attend machine, water is over flowing. Repeated calls were made on their toll free no 39883333, some of the complaint token nos are 85471549, 85572889, and 85605928. There was no action from the company. Online complaint was lodged on step one, ticket no c9fbfe1a9703 dt 28.09.11, step 2 complaint was lodged on 30.09.11 & made call on 022-30449700 till date aqua guard total duo wp system is not functioning, in the attraction of exchange offer, eureka forbes people has taken away my old water purifier. We are forced to take non purified water & falling sick repeatedly. I want them to repair the defect immediately.

I have bought Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner and my customer I-D given by the company is 1007633782, Receipt Number 17222078, Tax Invoice Number 3980102846. In the Month of June 2011, the foot operated switch of the machine became defective and the unit became in-operational. A complaint was lodged with the Helpline Number 397883333 vide complaint Number 84964149 dated 17-6-2011. One Mr. Rajan Kerkar from M/S Swarna Enterprises (Franchise of Eureka Forbes) took the defective Vacuum Cleaner and returned it after two days stating that the foot operated switch of the unit became defective. Since a spare switch was not available, he returned the unit after short connecting the switch so that it works without a switch for the time being. From that date till today (8-11-2011), there is no move from the Company to get the unit repaired, although many complaints were lodged and talked to responsible Officials of the Company. They have to all the defects of my Product or they replace it as soon as possible.

I purchased the Aquaguard Total RO Protect Plus water purifier model during Mar, 2011. After purchasing the product it started malfunctioning. It was creating noise like a motor, which was loud and it has water leakage from the below tap portion. The agency corrected it temporarily but the problem remains the same. We have complained 11 times till date, no proper response from the agency side. We made service request several times through email (available in website). Once the agency replaced the tap of my product with Kent product. The problem was not solved at all. Let me know can we expect such type of services from a reputed company like you?. I want the unit to be repaired immediately or totally replaced.

As I had problem with aqua water purifying systems, I approached the customer care for servicing. I was advised to take AMC ( amc receipt- 4520421511) from 17 Mar 2011 for an amount of Rs 6800/ which was done by me. But as of today none from Eureka Forbes attended the problems, in spite of repeated calls to the customer care (only reply customer care executives are busy attending to the customer calls telephonic version). My area is full of salt water and it is not affordable to drink without aqua water purifier. I am not satisfied with the servicing pattern. Nobody from Eurekha came for the service and I am still facing problem with my purifier. I, approached Mr. Sabari the concerned technician who had earlier came for a repair and told the aqua water purifier motor is to be repaired or replaced on the agreement of renewing of the AMC from 17th march 2011. I did it promptly and on contacting Sabari he told to contact Suresh kumar who in turn told to contact Prabhu, On contacting Prabhu he did not respond to the calls. As of today I am very frustrated in not getting any response from Eureka Forbes. I want them to come and repair the defect immediately.

We ordered a Eureka Forbes RO purifier Purchase Receipt number 432000462,Serial number TCI5004071323, Cheque number 605168 which was delivered after several reminder calls. And finally when the mechanic came to install the purifier he did not check the valve opening. He broke the water pipe and the nearby electrical sockets, resulting in spillage of water all over the place. Our microwave, just adjacent to the valve has been filled with water. The whole kitchen area, the living area has turned into a swimming pool. I would request you to take immediate action ironically this happened on the national consumer day, 23rd oct. I have called the sales person Mr. karthikeyan99629XXXXX and he did not even attend the call from my cell. I had to use another number to call him. Even after several request he did not turn up to see the incident. Then I got the number of his manager, Mr. Senthil Kumar 98408XXXXX and he promised someone from eureka Forbes will come and see on Monday, 24th oct 2011 as Sunday they won’t come. Till this moment ( 5.47PM ) he did not call me or no one from eureka forbes has called me. Also when enquired about the product at the time of demo it was promised that the flow of water will be fast to collect water in a glass / bottle. The water flow is too slow to collect. It takes 5 mins to hold water bottle of one liter to collect it. My warranty book also got soaked in water and its unusable now. The preparation for diwali did not happen as the food stuff got soaked with water. The installation done by the company’s plumber broke the water line making whole of my microwave and hall and kitchen filled with water. They should correct the flow of water as promised and also compensate for the damages they have done

This complaint is regarding AMC of my SILVER NANO Series R O System (bill number- 010552). After purchasing ro system I have given for AMC to" Times Enterprises SRD-202, Shipra Riviera tower, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.phone No- 0120 2605347. Last year I Have gave to Amc for 2 Years Receipt No.45- 20362460 Dated-2.11.10. Amount paid Rs.6520/. As per rule every after 3/4 months the person has to visit and make servicing to the system. No one is coming, after complaining also. A week back we had make the complaint that water is overflowing from machine, till date after assuring from above mentioned franchisee no one has visited to my residence. This is not the first case, from last three years we are facing this kind of problem .finally I am making complaint direct to the company. I am strongly not in support with this type of franchisee. Very poor service. I want the service person to come correctly according to the AMC contract and service the purifier.

I had purchased a Sensa water purifier (tank capacity- 9.5 litres) last month (Rcpt No. 011905). Immediately post installation the machine has developed leakage and had to be repaired thrice in the course of 5 days. A day after the installation (which occurred after repeated reminder and took 2 days) the machine developed a fault. The gentleman who sold it to us Mr Arvind (Code number 9022397), Initially dilly dallied and then stopped picking up our calls. Finally my wife called up one of the numbers on the receipt 011 30674952. A certain Mr Balbir Singh came over for service. Please note in a span of 5 days, Mr Balbir had to be called thrice to fix up- leakage, burnt circuit etc. Till date the problem is not sorted. Finally on eurohelpline a complaint was lodged on 27th Sept (Complaint Number 85601839). After no revert I called again on 28th, obviously upset and expecting some senior to intervene. Another Mr Ankit (9311118388) assured me that a replacement has been issued by finance department and it shall be done in 24hrs. Today is 3rd Oct night, Mr Ankit is apologetic, and a number given by him of Mr Girish Nautiyal is switched off (9313752795). None of this is helping my cause and I’ve been driven up the wall. It’s not even been a month and my family is going through this trauma. My kitchen is flooded if I switch the machine on. The callous attitude of everyone right from the person who sold it to us, to the customer care person has been very irritating. As if no one cares, once they have pocketed the money! Their head office in Mumbai passed on the number of higher ups, who do not believe in picking up their phones. Cheats of the first order. Pure water OR impure practices? I want the replacement immediately.

I have purchased SENSA model Aqua guard Water purifier from Eureka Forbs with Bill Number 1310101325 based on the advice provided by Aqua guard representative. Since installation the Machine it has been giving problems. As I have been out of Mumbai for most of the time during last one year and my spouse had to depend only on Mr. Rajesh Kumar Kaushal. After few breakdowns Mr. Kaushal replied “approach company "and stopped picking up phone calls. The matter has been reported to Mr. Padeep Khare on phone 2574XXXX and 93231XXXXX. The defects have been reported many times to your office at Bhandup on phone number 022-2574XXXX even to Mr. Rohit Vadak phone Number 74982XXXXX. Most of the time machine has been down since installation and has been communicated to your office at various levels. Even many times no one attends office phone and have to really struggle for telling complain itself if phone call is attended it is told that Technician will be sent after two days. The repairing technicians are telling different stories every time as they have to attend too many complaints giving a standard excuse ”we have such instruction from office”. If this is the state of service in a Metro City Where Eureka Forbes’s corporate office is located one can not have any hope in other towns. No one can visit or even attend call on holiday or even on Sunday. However, customer care 24x7 phone works but no-output only a message centre. I have learnt only water purifier with UV treatment is enough. RO plant or ‘SENSA’ model is not required as water supply at my residence is always below 70 TDS it was checked BY Mr. Kaushal before the machine was sold to me. This has been confirmed by various officials of Eureka Forbes, even your rep. who visited my residence recently to take feedback regarding performance of the machine told “You have been misguided to sell ‘SENSA model and you do not need it. Only Aqua guard would have been enough. It is bound to give you problems. It seems you are taking medicine not water” I have sent various faxes / e-mails on this subject, few phone calls were received from central office and others, but my problem continues. As per experience with this machine, it is not going to work even if made to work temporarily by hit & trial (which has been happening) it will keep giving troubles. It is requested to at least replace this Model by any other proven Model/type of Aqua guard UV water purifier and return excess money. The machine has to replaced since it’s giving lots of problem from the time of purchase and they should provide the machine as soon as possible.

I purchased a Eureka Forbes water purifier model – Ultra during Jul 12, 2008. The order form cum receipt number is 266006136. The unit serial number is 122160208800091. The float value of the water purifier is not functioning from Jan 2009. I gave complaint to the Durgapur office of the company at City centre by phone and by physically going there. The person at the counter or over phone told me that the spare part is not available with the company. I insisted that they should do something so that I get a good float valve. After long time probably after about one year they replaced the valve with new one. The new one from the day one failed to work. I again told them that the valve was also defective. They told they cannot do anything now. I have later made a service contract valid from 28.04.11 to 27.04.13 as they told if you do so then a new Float Valve may be given. So I request them now to give me a working float value, since the machine is idling for the past few years.

I entered into a Service Contract with Eureka Forbes Authorized Dealer in Chennai in December 2010 to service my Aqua Guard Water I- nova Purifier for 3 years and paid a cheque for Rs.3000/-. Name of their Authorized Service Dealer is M S Care (Contract Receipt No. 18041649) and telephone number available on the Service Contract Invoice Cum Receipt issued by them is 28457766. Last 5 days Aqua guard is not working and my wife has been calling Helpline of Eureka at 39883333. Everyday they reply stating that someone will visit our place but no one has turned up. Without drinking water at home, we are suffering and buying water from outside. Why is Eureka Forbes cheating customers like this when they cant appoint Efficient Authorized Service Dealers who can handle customers? Their help line is also not helpful just taking complaint and not resolving them. Why should I pay Rs.3000 of my hard earned money when not even a single visit is made by their Authorized Service Dealer? Their Contract Receipt Number provided to us is 18041649. Dated 20 12 2010. For all the mental harassment all these 5 days I need them to compensate me. I don’t know how many customers are cheated like this by Eureka Forbes with an inefficient after sales service team. Please look into my complaint and provide me a remedy.

I have purchased a filter "AQUAGUARD RO SILVER" in which pump has gone. I have lodged complaint on 19-08-2011, daily I have to make a call and ask when my pump will be replaced. After a week on 25-08-2011 the pump has been replaced. After replacement the water has started to leak from the filter. So I have lodged the complaint on 27-08-2011 in EURO HELPLINE NO-04439883333. The complaint no is: 85418387. The guy told me that the technician will come within 24hrs. But on Monday no one came, so I called them on Monday and asked the status. They told that the Technician will come by Tuesday. But no one came on Tuesday. I have called to EURO HELPINE no. I am customer Under "ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT". So I have completely lost the Hope of service from this company. The AMC is paid by me for that they are not providing any free service to me. I want them to immediately fix the issue.

I made payment of Rs.1900/- for AMC of water purifier purchased by me in Mumbai on 02-06-2009 serial no. of which is 3343 and model is IVORY. The AMC contract No. is 00135385 which is effective from 08-07-2011 to 07-07-2013. My purifier started giving problem i.e. not discharging water. I lodged a complaint over phone no. 18602661177 on 06-08-2011, request no. of which is 0063247664. After that I called many times on the said number on different dates and some times more complaint no. (three times) given, and sometimes no any new complaint no. given. My water purifier is not repaired till date. From 06-08-2011 we are unable to leave our house, as we are waiting daily with the hope that purifier will be got repaired by the company. It seems that there is no value of the AMC for Eureka Forbs Ltd. I am being mentally harassed by the company for more than 15 days. I therefore, want early repair of my product and claim Rs.50000/- (Rs. fiftly thousand only) compensation for mentally harassment.

We purchased a Eureka Forbes Acrobat Classic water purifier during Jun, 2010. For the past few days, we are facing problems with the outflow of the water. Hence we called the company person Mr. Raju. It is been almost 3-4 days. They are just giving some excuses. We are buying water from outside. I want them to immediately attend the fault and fix it.

I wanted to purchase water filter and Eurekaforbes being a good recognized brand in the market wanted to purchase it (model- auqaquard topel enchance RO). I expected a good product from them. On 17th July 2011(Sunday), I requested for a demo online and immediately within few mins. I received a call from eureka forbes executive asking my convenient time they can come for demo and got my address. I asked them if they were working on Sunday and they told they can come now if I want. I asked them to come for a demo. They called me several times and within couple of hours they reached my place. I wanted to check with Total Enhance RO as I was quite impressed with the ads in the TV. They told that it was last day of some offer where they would give one additional filter free and the cost of the product was 11990 if I booked it today and after that it would be 12500.They just checked the water intensity and told that Total Enhance RO would be suitable for our house. They forced me to book the purifier on that day itself. I paid them advance of 500Rs (advance receipt number- 123). They promised me to deliver on 20th Jul (Wednesday). I waited on 20 and 21 but they did not come. I called the representative on 22 mornings and he promised that he would deliver it today at any cost. No one came and i called the person again on 23 but he did not receive my calls. His name is Ashok. I registered a complaint by calling the euro helpline and my complaint no is 85199779. I was told by the customer service executive that the complaint will be attended in 24 hrs. I asked them to cancel the order since it was not delivered on time and asked for the refund back. I called on 24 again and they told its Sunday and someone will get back to me tomorrow. I didn’t receive any phone calls from them and even after repeated complaints no one even called to enquire. I called them on 25,26,27,28 but the customer executive would tell that they will get back some response within that day. A customer executive named Arun picked my call 2 to 3 times. I asked the manager number for which he gave some incorrect mobile number and did not even update my complaint. Finally on 29th morning, Thiruvitoyur area sales manager called me and i asked him to return my advance and i was no more interested in getting their product. He asked me the concerned representative name and number and told will call me back in 20 mins. I didn’t receive any calls after that. I even complained in the website but nothing done so far. I have been calling the customer care often and every time, the response I recd “We will get back to you in 24hrs" but in reality no one turns up. You will have to keep running behind them for this. It has been pathetic and the worst experience i ever had. It is a fraud company and they have been taking customers for granted. They think we are fools. It is really frustrating that we customers are not valued. The product delivery itself was delayed and not prompts then how can we expect the service of the product. Action should be taken against such fraudulent companies so that they don’t cheat innocent people and not take customers for granted. I want them to deliver the product immediately.
