I have purchased bose home theater v-35 from noida mall ( invoice number- C/11-12/06137 RTNOID/IN/11-12/0185) on 19 July 2011 after some days its remote had some display problem. At that time I contacted support officer mayur he advised some setting but the problem again occurred then he advised me to get it repair at the service center I visited the service center there I had to face very bad behavior of the staff there I submitted the remote with battery. They replaced the remote after having lot of delay and at wrong address and without battery. Now v-35 is not connecting with the tv and current comes on outer part of the media center and base module. I contacted sudipto they he was arguing me that it is not his headache & I should talk to engineer. His behavior was very bad. I wrote many mails and complaints but they are not responding me. To this I have decided that I will either return the product as they are neither giving me the service nor the replacement of the whole product.

I had purchased Lifestyle T20 system from Bose shop - Inorbit (Goregaon) on 13th Aug. The worst part is the product has yet not even reached my place. On day of purchase I was promised that on Tue 16th Aug, the site engineer would come visit my place after a call from service department. Nobody called me no site engineer visited my place. There by wasting my time. This was even after the contact details being provided. I called the store to check out the details next day. I got an assurance again that I would get a call from the service center and the site engineer would come visit the site the next day. I did receive the call but to my dismay, the service department tells me to cancel the appointment keep it for the next day. This is after I have been informing about criticality involved about my work getting stopped for wiring purposes. The next day engineer visited my site. I was been told that the wires would reach the store the same evening would reach my site next day i would be called back for confirmation. I did not receive any confirmation or any intimation. I had spoken to site engineer told him to update me. I did not get any intimation. Then I had walked personally to the store again on 20th to enquire about the call wiring again I got only an assurance that on Monday (22nd) I would definitely receive a call informing me about the details I have yet not received any call. I had agreed for the product being delivered after some time since there was no stock but I was promised for the wiring being delivered. I put a complaint on the website detailing about my entire experience on 23rd, to which I have yet not got call. I followed up with Deependra, who confirmed me that the wires would be delivered on 24th. The wires had not reached even on that day. Again that evening I got a call that the Mumbai city head i.e head Mr Sunil Sampath would call me. I haven’t received his call yet. I have re-logged my complaint on 25th on the website again. There has been a financial loss and also lot of metal harassment in terms of following up with the company time and again. I want them to compensate me for the loss.

I bought a Bose Lifestyle V20 black, and I love it. It doesnt matter how bad the sound is from the channels the output quality is always good, cant wait to hear how the sound quality would be if the sound is actual HD. It is amazing how such a small system can produce such a stunning detailed sound. The setting I wish they would simplify, but I am not complaining I love these speakers. Now I know it is pricy but trust me if you value detailed sound effects you will not be disappointed. I dont have anything negative to say about this product except the settings.

Bose music players are simply amazing. The sound quality and the ease of operation are the key features of the Bose players. The portable players from Bose look absolutely cool and it is very classy. The only drawback is that they are quite expensive when compared to the other players. The sound clarity is too good and the music players speaker is powerful. It does not have the option of playing cassettes. There is also a great difference when we play original CDs and the CDs that are copied using the computer. This makes me purchase only the original CDs.

The best music system in world. Friend of mine got a BOSE music system. When i saw the size of d system, it was just like a 50 watt PMPO casette player. Then comes the real sound out from the beast. It was like a 2500 watt player that too without any amplifier. Its really awesome..
