I booked a Maruti vehicle through Bimal Auto Agency on 24th Nov 2010. The payment was made in full. But the from day one their service is very poor. They informed me that my vehicle was ready and will get delivered within a week. But after a week there was no feedback or update from their side. I am only getting update after my lots of follow ups. When I called them to know the status, they informed me that due to mistake of a Maruti guy my vehicle was damaged during transportation. While I asked for investigation they changed their comments that no damaged issue but my vehicle given to someone else even after where my vehicle already got invoiced as per their statement. Two weeks ago they denied my request for changing vehicle color because it is invoiced. If so how they can give my vehicle to someone else, which means that they are issuing false statement to the customer. Another false statement given by them is Maruti will send my vehicle in 2 or 3 days. This is the statement they have given on 24th Dec 2010 but truth is my vehicle has still not reached to Bangalore from factory. These guys are impacting their own image and Marutis image in the market. It is purely a fraud case or cheating case and I want strict action on this. I dont want other customers to struggle same like me. Bimal Auto Agency has offered false commitment, lack of synchronization and communication, lack of ownership and responsibility and accountability. Even after a month I did not get my vehicle.

Traffic in the Bangalore city has exceeded its toll and I was finding it very difficult to drive around my Hyundai Sonata. And because of this I usually turn up late to office. So I decided to go for a small car. I went to the Bimal Automobile dealers store to check out the cars they had in the market. I was especially interested in the Maruti Suzuki Alto since the car is really small and it was very comfortable. The personnel who attended me at the store explained me all the basic features about the car and he had a really good knowledge about the car.
