I had paid up for the Times of India English newspaper from Jun 11 - Jun 12 ( receipt number- 126). However, there has been irregular delivery of newspaper since Jun 11. Past 10 days there has been no supply. Overall it has been 30 days of no supply. I request help please. This problem is prevalent wide in this area since this is the sole vendor. The vendor does not pick up the call. The TOI office does not respond to emails and there is no proactive approach to phone calls. I have lodged complaints with them six times since Jun 11 but to no avail. I even complained to the local office in coonoor, but this vendor is not mending his ways. I want them to supply the copies properly.

I am not receiving FEMINA Magazine from May 2011. This is Nikita Chopra, my Customer id is 27509542. I have subscribed FEMINA magazine from 12 August, 2010 and recontinued from 1 July 2011. But I have not been receiving FEMINA magazines properly from May 2011 like one month if I recieve the magazine, next month I don’t receive it. Every 2 month I receive one magazine. I have sent a letter on 20 September, 2011 to the Mumbai Branch Office I even got confirmation that they have received the letter but haven’t responded yet. (I have that letter with me). I have also sent mail twice to crm.mumbaitimesgroup.com but no response. Also I have tried calling on your toll free no 1800222218, but the customer care always told me that we will look into it and get back to me…but no response...It’s really being difficult to get in touch with them. I want them to deliver the magazine every month properly.

I am not receiving Filmfare Magazine from May 2011. This is Nikita Chopra, my Customer id is 27509542. I have subscribed Filmfare magazines from 12 August, 2010 and recontinued from 1 July 2011. I contacted customer care of Times of India over phone to become a subscriber for "The Time of India" English News Paper, Chennai edition. They sent a person Mr. R. Narayanan to collect the amount Rs.299 by cheque (order cum receipt - NAE 069604) for the annual subscription on 8th January 2011. I asked him when can it be delivered. He replied me, from 16th January 2011 I will get the paper regularly by delivery boy before 7.30 am of every morning. I expected the paper to be delivered on 16th Jan 2011, but that day is leave due to Pongal festival. So the next day I was waiting until 8.30 am but the news paper was not delivered. Immediately I booked a complaint over the phone as per Mr. Narayanan suggestion. I called customer care 044-24317979, they promised me that my complaint will be solved immediately. Till now I am not getting the papers. I and my family members are very upset. I spent daily at least Rs 2.00 to book complaints. I want them to deliver the news paper or refund the amount that I have paid for the subscription along with the amount for the days they have not delivered the news paper

The newspaper was not delivering to my new house. We called the customer services for so many times for change of new address. But there is no response for that. They are telling that our phone number was not available in their database. But I have the order cum receipt with me. They are also saying that they have not received the money from the agent so I have to pay the same amount again to get the newspaper. I want them to deliver the newspaper to the current address without any extra payment, as I have already taken the yearly subscription

We have a yearly subscription for Times of India from 1.11. 2009 to 1.11.2010. Order no. NAC 045479. When we shifted residence from Indra nagar Adyar to Kellys, after repeated emails and calls to the customer helpline, we have been getting assurances but not the newspaper from 1st June till now (Oct 23, 10). Though its a small amount, its their indifference which is unpleasant.

The Mumbai mirror is a new paper published by the times group targeted for the residents of Mumbai. It covers the news from all over the world especially from Mumbai. It has news in all categories like politics, sports, shopping, business, entertainment etc. They have a very good coverage with excellent presentation of news. The reporters are doing a very good job by bringing the most updated news to the readers. You can get information about various programs conducted in Mumbai along with other information.

I am a regular reader of this magazine. I feel that the contents of magazine are well organized and with impeccable matter planning. The freshness of contents are always well maintained, on second thoughts about it. But this magazine does not cover Indian television industry properly, which is a bit low down, as it is incomplete without the entertainment reporting from the television industry. The magazine in centered up on gossip and it is a main theme of the magazine but I feel that the contents are mostly copied from Stardust. The ideas expressed in the magazine are not 100 true and mostly are rumours and masalas added for the sake of entertainment. All of like masalas even if we know that it is not true.

Zoom is one of my most favorite channels and I really love watching it because they air really good programs when compared to other channels that are coming up now. The have all the latest information about bollywood and they have really cute video jockeys. The shows which are aired by Zoom targets todays youth and it produces its program in such a way it is has a little bit of spice and knowledge mixed in it. They really know how to capture the attention of this generation and they are doing a good job in it.

Femina magazine is one of my favorites. They have all the latest and happening things in their every issue. The reviews of the products are very accurate. It helps me when I have the need to selected cosmetics. The articles are really good and especially the health articles are quite useful. I have been reading Femina for the past seven years and I am quite satisfied with the contents and the services. There are certain writers who are really good in this particular magazine. There are certain magazine which degrades in time but its not the same case for Femina. It has fresh stuffs in every single issue and I feel thats what makes it good and people love it.
