Whitefield Motors Private Limited are the authorized dealers of Honda passenger cars in Karnataka. They have world class showroom at Whitefield. Their sales personnel are trained to understand each valued customers needs. They make sure that the whole process of deciding the model, the color and accessories is a pleasure. The service technicians are well equipped and trained in order to cater to the need of the hour. To speed up the service on the car pneumatic tools are used and also the cars are mounted on the two-post hoist for inspection and repair at the same time. I recently bought my Honda Jazz car from this dealer. I had a problem with the headlight, it started blinking in between. I took the vehicle to the service centre. They fixed it and returned it back the same day. After two days the car was not starting. Again I made a call and they came and fixed it. Later, after a month I gave my car for regular service. I got it back after three days and after a day of service, I found that the car is not starting. On further analysis the mechanic found that water had entered and the ECM got damaged. This costs more than 20,000. Now the dealers are claiming that I should give them money to get it fixed. How is this possible? It is their fault and they are asking me to pay for that. Moreover they are abusing me for their fault. I want others to know about such irresponsible dealers.
