A mutual fund is a professionally managed type of collective investment scheme that pools money from many investors and invests it in stocks, bonds, short-term money market instruments, and/or other securities. SBI provides SBI Debt funds. The invesment objective is to provide regular income, liquidity and attractive returns to the investors through investments in a portfolio comprising of debt instruments such as Government Securities, Bonds and Money. SBI funds are SBI Arbitrage Fund, SBI Bluechip Fund, SBI Magnum Balance Fund, SBI Magnum Comma Fund, SBI Magnum Income Fund, SBI Magnum Global Fund.

I have never seen such unprofessional people like SBI executives. I hold State Bank Of India Mutual Funds and according to the plan, I am supposed to get the dividends in full without any deductions. Since it was not happening, I reported the same through many emails and letter and finally a sloppy action was taken. The problem got filed as an issue of wrong address. Until date my issue remains unsolved

I bought SBI Mutual Funds for my husband in the year 2007 of about Rs. 30000. Till date I have not received a single statement from the bank. I have no idea whom exactly I should approach for this. The bank officials keep beating around the bush and speak in banking terms which sounds more like Greek and Latin to me. Is this the way consumer s are served in any bank
