Please be informed that this is in regards to complaint that I would like to log against the poor service to Customers by Oriflame. My member ID is 3759547. First of all their website is such a bad platform for the customers to place an order as it crashes in the middle of the process while placing an order and as I couldnt gain much success and after struggling for 24 hours on that. I finally called sales team at 01140549500 to place my order. Guess, what happens next, I again struggled at placing the order with your company. First the IVR says "Please hold the line ,as our customer executive is eager to speak to you" and then after wasting my entire 23 mins on hold ,my call was disconnected by one of the agent . I then again tried calling and my call was on hold for another 15-20 mins and then the IVR has the same message and drops my call as the prestigious staff of your company seems to be busy. Finally I sat another day on your website ,kept struggling ,grumbling and annoyingly ,placed my order and this time I selected the delivery option as 23100-Delhi courier team as suggested by Hema ,one of the agent on my previous call to her some time back. Waiting for the order to come as I promised my customers that it will be in 48-72 hours delivered, there was no delivery. Ashamed of myself for not sticking to my promise with them, I rang up again to your company on 5th March, but because I was at my work and there was a long hold at your side, I disconnected the call and wrote an email. I asked in the email that I would like to double check the details, if I have selected the delivery option correct, as I havent received the order till date, which I placed on 2nd March 2011. I got a weird response that I should take a training first and should learn about the same. In short I was being asked to get my facts straight, rather mentioning that I was suggested about the option by the consultant itself. The reply of my mail sent can be seen in the below mails. Its height to test a patience of a customer and rather giving the resolution at first go, executives have so much of liberty to say that we need to get our facts straight. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Finally I replied to her mail and asked to give me a clear cut resolution. The lady I appreciate as she called me and told that she was trying to help me and told that I need to wait as I have placed the order 2 days back. Waited 2 days, again finally it was today 08-03-2011, I received the parcel of the products and Oh MY GOD, at the time of tallying the products, what I see not 1 ,2.3 mistakes there were 5 mistakes in the order.1. The visions nail polish- Black Cherry – Quantity 2, but I got only 1 piece. 2. Aloe Vera soothing cream – 1, but I never received that. OB Powershine LS shades – Quantity 2, again bad luck as I got only1 and paid for 2. 4. Very Me Click IT lip stain – 20424 – not received. 5. The Backcherry nail paint I received, the applicator is damaged and nail paid was all over the bottle. This is so ridiculous and your negligibly packing my products for which I already paid has ruined my business. I have been very professional to them and spend so lot of time wasting in placing the orders and speaking to their so called half trained, short tempered and rude agents. I strongly feel that I will not be able to continue my services, with such a brand that is not loyal to their customers and disrespect them after taking our money. They have already charged me on 02-03-2011 and never provided me with the right products. It has caused a great deal of stress and hampered by further business. I want the company to replace me the products or compensate me with Rs. 10000.

I have been using Oriflame products for the last 8 years. They are one of the few products which do not affect my skin. My skin is very sensitive and any products with strong chemicals have immediate reactions on my skin. So I hardly use any cosmetics but from the day I started using Oriflame I have a smooth and clear skin. I especially love the face wash called Aloe. It makes my skin unbelievably soft and smooth. Oriflame products are not available directly in the market. Only certain people are authorized to sell these products. I would also recommend the whitening face wash as i can find good difference in my skin after a weeks use. So products from Oriflame are effective and do not harm sensitive skin. I would blindly recommend all users to try it out.
