It provides loans from 2 Lakhs to 2 Crores and up to 60 percent of the market value of the property. It has different loan computation schemes for self-employed individuals and salaried employees. Dear Sir, I have availed loan of Rs 75000/-at rate 19.25% at FLAT PER ANNUM( to be charged on reducing balance over the principal outstanding amount over the tenure of the loan). The company levied interest at FLAT rate for 3.5 years instead of FLAT Per Annum and made me to pay up to Oct 10 whereas I have paid 33 EMI of Rs 2989/- every month and paid Rs 96637/-up to jan 10 and as per loan agreement my loan ends next month whereas company schduled up to OCT 10
