BSNL offers both pre-paid and post paid broadband services. It commissions a world class, multi-gigabit, multi-protocol, convergent IP infrastructure through National Internet Backbone-II (NIB-II), that will provide convergent services through the same backbone and broadband access network. The Broadband service is available on DSL technology on a countrywide basis spanning 198 cities. The services available are high speed internet access (with speed ranging from 256 kbps to 8 Mbps), multicasting, dial VPN service, video and audio conferencing, and content based services (like video on demand, interactive gaming, live and time shifted TV etc)

It is an awesome service that BSNL is providing such an excelent service. there has been a few minor complaints regarding the customer service but the quality of service provided is pretty awesome. The speed of the internet is the fastest among the many other service providers in our counntry, and moreover BSNL offers a range of plans varying from basic home use to high speed download plans. I have a monthly 500 plan and it offers me free night time downloads. from 2 to 8 am. the best part of this plan is the increased speed that i get at night because of the drop in traffic. the speed and net quality is so good that i download an average of 4gb a night. and it is really problem free. Excellent product from BSNL.

BSNL broadband is the best broadband service in the country which offer speeds upto 2Mbps.Though there are many competitors in the field,its been the best in providing services to its customers.The company offers a wide range of plans for its customers which mainly focusses in serving the middle class families.No other broadband company offers such a service where one can shift to any plan, anytime.The billing of the BSNL broadband usage is through a web portal, that makes it transparent to the user.But the customer service provided by BSNL is not so satisfactory and this is a part where they have to improve in.Otherwise they are the best internet provider in the country.

BSNL Broadband is such an inconsistent service provider. Whenever a problem arises, I make a complaint. Soon after it is rectified, another problem arises. Often I get the issue that google supported websites like Orkut, Blogger and a few other websites do not open. It does not happen with other ISP users of my area. Upon calling the customer care, they do not give me a convincing reply. Then it automatically gets rectified by itself

BSNL is really getting on my nerves. The Modem they have given me, with the model number DNA-A211-I is damn so faulty. After 2 months of usage of the modem, BSNL technical person changed my default settings. Its from then the problem started. Each time I switch off the modem, the settings change to default values and again I am required to call them up for instructions regarding the settings. I heard Airtel connection is far better for homes

BSNL Broadband connection is good in many ways but at the same time it gives a little problem in certain aspects. The server never goes down but the modem these people provide often encounters some problem. Yet the customer support is very good. They attend to people request on time. Still I feel like there are a lot issues they can fix and make it the best from just being better

Iperfectly agree to this guy.Its been nearly 2 years since ive had this connection.Im not sure about the quality of the staff in bsnl but reliability of the connection is really good.

Even though its partially Gov.. its exceptionally good. the internet speed is always high with very low monthly carges. there are so many plans just pick one which fitsin ones pocket. i have been using this for past 1.5 years and had no probles yet. billing procedures are also easy...
