I would like to inform you that I am the customer of ICICI (eBOR) for last 10 years. Being a ICICI (eBOR) bank customer,I have a very good experience and expectation from ICICI(eBOR) bank and feel proud to be a customer of ICICI (eBOR). In the current challenging market, I always prefer to purchase the ICICI (eBOR) products only, I have also a saving bank and current account with ICICI Bank (eBOR) as well but is little bit unsatisfactory with the services related to saving bank and current account. I am not receiving the SMS alerts in my phone for the transactions I am making I have a small but very important issue and query which I was trying to handle from last 5 months but no body helps me properly and always try to blame for other service provider. But here I would like to appreciate the services and assistance provided by my branch (Rambagh Circle Jaipur), especially branch manager, for which I am very thankful to him. Around one and half years back I have activated SMS alert facility in my saving bank account and I was regularly receiving the alerts on time, but from last 5 months all the SMS alerts have been stopped in my cell. I am regulary using the ATM, Internet Banking fund transfer, online banking etc through my saving bank, but I am not receiving a single message from the bank for any type of transaction. In fact some cheques were issued having more than 1 lac amount. Initially, I have forwarded my request to my branch, they helped me lot. Apart from the written complaints to concerned department (technical experts) they have personally spoken many times, but they too are not getting any support from the technical level. I have personally spoken many times with the customer support team and technical team but they are always refusing by saying problem is from my telecom service providers side which is (TATA INDICOM). Whenever I am continuously getting regular alerts from ICICI credit cards and from other banks.I am receiving all messages on my cell and other SMS alerts other than ICICI (eBOR) saving bank and current account alerts. Currently I am receiving the SMS Alerts from ICICI (eBOR) Credit Card transactions ICICI Bank Credit Card transactions. Citi Bank Credit Card transactionss. Jammu & Kashmir Bank ATM Internet banking Online fund transfer transactions. Bank of India ATM Internet banking Online fund transfer transaction. Barclay Credit Card transactions Dena Bank ATM transactions But single bank which is ICICI (eBOR) were I am not able to receive to SMS alerts from last 5 months. My telecom service provider says if there would have been any fault from their side then it will have effect all the messages for all the banks which is logically true. In fact I have raised this issue with the Nodal officer (Rajasthan) and MDs office but their reply remains same. You are requested to look into this matter on priority basis and investigate at your level why this problem happened, In case this problem remains continue, then I will have to change my bank as no one could take such risk, especially when a customer is using internet banking, online transfer, ATM transaction. I will eagerly will for your reply and hope my ten years relation will remains continue. I want to regulize the SMS Alert facility on my saving bank account asap ( e.g SMS alerts in ATM online transfer deposit or withdrawal transactions.
