This is a very bad place to go for loans. The guys there are utterly irresponsible. I went for a loan to get a Yamaha Fizzy bike for my son. The bike is nearly one lakh rupees. The first question they asked was why I wanted that bike. I am over fifty years old and it is very evident that the bike is not for me but for my son. Then why should those silly people ask me such a question. After the papers were submitted they told me that the interest rate would increase every year since the loan amount was quite big for a bike. I told them to stop the transaction. Right from the beginning they had been very slow in processing the loan and now they tell this. Very poor service from the bank.
