Air France is one of the worlds largest airlines that is based in Paris, France. Air France operates worldwide scheduled passenger and cargo services to 185 destinations in 83 countries. Air France has three primary classes of international service, they include LEspace Première (First), LEspace Affaires (Business), and Tempo (Economy). European short-haul flights feature Tempo class service. For flights to the Caribbean and Indian Ocean, a premium economy class, Alizé, is also offered, and a Premium Tempo class has been announced for select international routes. Inflight entertainment via AVOD (Audio Video on Demand) is available in select cabins. Flying Blue, the frequent flyer program of Air France, awards members points based on miles traveled and class of service. The program is divided into standard (Ivory) and Elite (Silver, Gold and Platinum) statuses.

A very poor quality flight. Got a flight from Barcelona to Paris to Bangalore with 1 hour transfer time in Paris. After this, they arrived Paris 45 minutes late. We had to run from terminal 2A to terminal 2C in 15 mins and the flight attendants yelled at us for arriving late! To top it off, after the plane was about to take off, they delayed the flight 2 hours before it took off from Paris due to "technical reasons". Regarding the food, the Indian Passengers are dealt with very differently from the others. I strongly prefer non-veg and they just rudely shoved a vegetarian tray to me. When I questioned, they said nothing else is available. Then I see them serve a non-veg tray to the white guy sitting behind me! Twice this no choice business happened.. for lunch and dinner. During dinner, it was even a choice of drink. Apparently they ran out of apple juice, and had only orange juice to serve! The cherry on the cake was they lost both pieces of our luggage! We are still waiting for it!

Yeah I dont know why anyone would have a complaint about Air France. They have very good food, excellent well mannered staff and nice airplanes. When compared to shitty flights like Lufthansa this is a gem. I recently flew to Barcelona and had an excellent experience. The only black sheep in the herd would be the punctuality which actually is not so bad... yet both flights of mine got delayed by more than 2 hours

It has been a wonderful experience of three years flying by this airline. Recently I was awarded with the Ivory status as I was been a regular passenger for them for quite a while now. Air France is the most comfortable Airline I have ever seen. The food also suits people of the entire continent. The stewards and Air Hostesses are quite friendly and amicable with people
