I am a Victim of a Fraud by company called Adeptechno that promises to train people on various IT courses. The course I was looking out for was ITIL V3 Service Operation that was supposed to be conducted by the end of May 2011 for which I paid a complete amount of Rs 29,000/-. Payment receipt number - M3335986. A lot of convincing calls were received before making the payments. Later on, no training has been conducted and no refund has been received. In fact, I already got my certification done from other institute and still no refund has been made. The following is the sequence of Conversations:- May 2011-The batch gets postponed due to student availability issue. Hence rescheduled to June 2011. June2011- The Concerned person gets hospitalized and no one else could look into the training part. Hence no training for the month of June as a result of which the training gets postponed till the end of June. End of June- No trainer available as the concerned trainer is working overseas. Hence rescheduled for July. July- Still no sign of ay training. When asked, I received the same excuse of trainer availability. Hence rescheduled till end of July. End of July- Batch again gets postponed due to student availability and trainer charges too high. Hence I asked for a refund finally. Refund excuses:- Initially, after waiting so long for they say it will take 60 days to make a refund. On insisting, they commit to resolve this by a week. After a week, they say it will happen by end of August. Again, on insisting they promise to make a payment in 4 days. On every follow up they try to buy time and give out the same pathetic "management will get back to you" scripts. Please Note:- I have every call recording as an evidence since May 2011. There was not a single call initiated from the company side for rescheduling or refund. The prices for the same course have been hiked by almost 25000 more with rest of the companies/institutes since May 2011. I want them to immediately refund the course fee along with interest.

I received an email on March 16,2011 from Adept Technology Computer Training about a certification course that was to be held in Pune for ITIL v3 foundation course. I spoke to Praveena, the course co- ordinator, about the details and registered on line on http://www.adeptechno.com. I paid 16990.61 INR online. My transaction reference number is 914. I have the screenshot for the same. The course was supposed to be conducted on 19th and 20th March 2011. After I made the payment I was informed that I will get the course material the very next day. When they did not confirm the venue for the course till 18th March I called them and I was informed that the course has been postponed for 26th and 27Th March 2011. Also I received the training material on 19th March. Needless to say that on 25th March I was informed by Praveena that the course has been canceled due to the lack of trainer available. I was assured that I will get the refund in the next 15 days. I asked for a written confirmation but I did not receive any. I kept calling Praveena on 9003112523 and she kept on saying that she will talk to her manager about refund and send me a confirmation email. It is been a week now that she is not even answering my calls so I called up Ph:(+91-44)-24312150,Phone :(+91-44)-42117738 / 39 and asked for escalation. I was repeatedly kept on hold and no Manager answered my phone. I spoke to a lady called Nirupama on 31st March. She said she was from the HR and she has me an email address to forward my complaint. She asked me to get in touch with David. I emailed him and he acknowledged that he will revert on 31 March however I have not heard back from him either. No one picks up my phone calls there. I want the them to refund my money.

I did my CEH training for this institute. These people hire professionals to take classes for students. The classes were really interesting and competitive. They gave me a good flexibility on class timings where I could attend the classes only on weekends and after office hours. They train the students on the current technology in market and it does make effective changes in their IT careers. The exams are really competitive and students just crave to pass them. I can always support this institute for the good work they are doing.
