The state bank is the worst bank I have ever seen. The employees are very careless and they consider consumers as their slaves. My name is Basha. The service is terrible. I stood their for about an hour to get a application, which nobody knew where it was and the as the manager was late. The manager was doing his work, while I was waiting there. It was unacceptable to me that I was made to wait for 2 hours for the only reason that the manager had work. I approached the manager two to three times for service, but he was harsh saying that if I wanted to open an account and I had to wait. After 2 hours the manager went for lunch and I had to wait for another hour. The manager at last came and asked me to come the next day.
