I had initially, long ago ordered a few handbags from 99labels (order number- 99318851). They were of really cheap quality (I could have gotten better deals at the local bazaar) so I returned them (after paying Rs 500 AGAIN for shipping) all of which they reimbursed to my 99labels account. They refused to transfer it to my bank account. I was forced to purchase from them yet again. I bought a perfume that I have been buying for years. And as expected it turned out to be fake. I don’t know what to do with it. I want my refund to be credited immediately.

Guys these are pathetic people. Just don’t deal with them. There are lots of better people to deal with. They take 21 days to deliver. Then they will deliver only half of the things. Then they will tell you that the product is not available and hence we will refund your money. Later, there wont be any communication from them. After waiting for approximately 90 days you will still be waiting for the refund. Probably they will respond by 99 days.

I bought a product on 19/10/2011 as per the rules the product gets delivered in 20 working days (Purchase order no. 99159063). I waited for 20 working days but I dint received any product. I mailed the support group they replied my saying that they have already dispatched the product. I waited for few more days but nothing happened. I mailed them again with the same complain. They replied me saying that due to no stock availability they cancelled my purchase order. But I had already made a payment through my debit card worth rs 179. 99labels team dint even bother to call me about the situation. Now they are not ready to send me money back instead of that they have credited 139 point which is equal to rs 139 to the account and they say it’s a goodwill gesture but actually that is my money only what they have credited saying goodwill gesture And now m forced to buy a product from 99lables to redeem that money or points back which is quiet unfair to me. I hope you guys look into the matter and get me some resolution.

I ordered for a Maybelline Make up kit on 31st of October 2011(order no. 99172350). Originally the kit consisted of a Nail Polish, a Lip-Gloss and a Kajal Pencil. Originally the kit cost Rs. 554+ delivery charges Rs. 75 Rs. 629. Over this I got a discount and the kit originally cost Rs. 352 to me. The kit was supposed to be delivered to me within 20 days. On time of delivery I found that the kit that I received is completely different from that I had actually ordered and paid for. Moreover the kit costs much lesser than what I paid for. The kit that I received contains a Nai Polish, a Liner (instead of a Lip-Gloss) and a Kajal Pencil. When I reached the customer care cell to lodge a complaint against this I had a chat with the shopping assistant named Kapil. He said that they will collect the product from me and send the original stuff/ refund the money which will take 7 - 10 working days. When I asked when they will collect the product from me, he said it will take 7 days for it and another 3 days to reach their office then the process will start. This type of word made me feel that they are trying to make fraud with me and are not in a mood to cooperate with me. I also sent a complaint mail to the customer care with the order number of the product. I want them to replace the product immediately or refund my money.

On March 8, 2011, order was made for two watches being sold at 99labels Online Shopping for the price of Rs. 414 including delivery charges, through State Bank of India net banking. The transaction ID is 150671521G44096447. After receiving confirmation of payment from the bank, the website continued to show payment as not received. A mail was sent immediately to the email address of the customer care service. On March 9, an email was received from Varnika of customer care saying that confirmation of payment will be received within 72 hours and that communication of the same would be made to me. Since there was no further word, several calls were made to the toll free number provided by the Company and another mail was sent on March 14 after repeated attempts to rectify the problem over the phone. On March 15, another email was received from Varnika stating that the order has been cancelled due to no payment and to provide transaction details. The requested details were provided on the same day through email. A return email was received from Varnika at Customer care after which no further correspondence has been received by any means. Assistants answering calls on the helpline say they cannot help me as my order has been classed as Cancelled on their database.
