I booked Hicks Digital Thermometer (With Beeper Alarm) DT-101N from 100bestbuy.com order id: 3540530, Ref. no. 3756533 but I did not get my order till yet. When I contacted through email and through telephone I did not get any response from them. They are just making fool to public so please take serious action against them. I dropped to then 4 reminders about the product but no response. I did not get my order till yet so please refund my amount into my account.

I was purchased one dress material in 100bestbuy.com 15days back (order number- 4052136), still I am not received that product, even my product status still shows shipment in process, I was called many times to 100bestbuy customer care but no response. Even I dropped 5 mails to 100bestbuy still no reply. I want them to deliver the product to me immediately.

I had paid Rs.199 by my credit card through 100bestbuy.com website for a lucky draw of a Samsumg LED TV almost December 2011 (order number- REF2045898). After month of my payment I had received a call from that organization (a Lady) that I had been selected for Shuffle IPOD with 8 GB Memory card and a Reebok Watch at a discount rate. For that I have to pay another Rs.1064.00 to get this product which would be collected cash on delivery. I agreed her proposal and told her to send the product. After 7 days the product was received at my home and Rs.1164 was paid in cash at that time to delivery man as it was cash on delivery. But when I received the product I found that the IPOD was not Shuffle made and the memory card with 2 GB. Besides that, the quality of the product is so cheap that it is not usable and not up to their promise. As per advertise at their website I immediately return the product to their below address. The product got return and they received on 07.02.2012 (I have POD) by Mr. Hussain. After that I have mailed severally to their email address, every time they replied me that they were discussing the matter with their senior official. But no solid response was given. Even I talked to them over phone severely and they reply that within two days my credit point would be credited to my account. But I have notice their is no profile in my name at 100best buy site. Probably it has been deleted. Now, I have nothing to do as I return the product and also paid the money. They cheated me like anything. Please help me to recover my money.

My name is Deepak. I registered in my mother’s name JAYALAKSHMI & 9600091152 in bestbuy website (Bank Transaction Ref No: 00220120316076353472). I paid rupees 299/- for deal. Amount debited but my account but account is not created with 100bestbuy. I am unable to update my email address and account. As per the message results will be announced by email. But I can’t update my email or cannot login to my account. So I am afraid whether it is fake website? Please suggest else will decide as fake website. Till now I don’t know the status of money. I want someone from the company to contact me and solve this issue for me.

I placed an order for 2 Nos. Garnier Wrinkle Lift Anti-Ageing Cream (40gm) on www.100BestBuy.com. The Order No. 2562741 dated 17th February 2012 was executed promptly but I received only one pack instead of ordered and paid for two nos. Numerous reminders through e-mail and through their website did not bring any response. My e-mail of the 23rd February 2012 did not bring any response. I Sent reminders on 27th February, 1st March, 4th March and 6th March to info100bestbuy.com and also care100bestbuy.com apart from submitting the same on the website www.100bestbuy.com. While mistakes can always happen but no response, not even an acknowledgement to my repeated reminders puts it beyond doubt that the company has malafide intentions and is only cheating its customers. I want them to deliver the left out pack immediately.

100bestbuy.com has really improved the service in terms of delivery. The service quality has really improved than what was provided few months ago. I was just surprised to get a book "Wings Of Fire: An Autobiography" by APJ Abdul Kalam delivered to me in just 3 days and at lesser price than what was being offered by the other website. The website layout has also improved from the previous layout, although I think there is a lot of scope for improvement when compared to other online shopping sites. Hope the service quality will always be maintained.

I have been buying products from 100bestbuy.com and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I have ordered from 100bestbuy.com so far. Recently 100bestbuy.com had run a contest on their site for different products. On seeing that, I paid online Rs. 444 for Apple I phone 4S on 5th Nov 2011. After 20 days I received a call from 100bestbuy.com people that I have won that Apple I phone 4S and would be receiving it in 5 to 6 working days. WOW.....Thanks a lot 100bestbuy.com. I have never won any contest in my life but thanks to 100bestbust.com that I won Apple I phone 4S. I have recommended 100bestbuy.com to all my family members and friends. It is so cool. Thank you so much 100bestbuy.com.

The product which is shown on the website and the product which I received are totally different (order number- 905655). I ordered a Ipod - promised with guarantee card/manual and the Supplied Ipod is of the locally made, no guarantee card/manual. As per my knowledge Ipod is only supplied by Apple, the product which is supplied is not acceptable. I also ordered a Reebok Watch - with guarantee card but they supplied without guarantee, locally made, the glass (plastic) not intact, by the look of the watch u will come to know just my seeing that it is locally made. I have tried to contact on Phone, but there is no reply. I have sent message regarding the same on their customer care email id, they replied in which it was found that for such complaint u have to send the product which will be replaced or to contact the customer care. Their customer care does not reply only. I want them to take the product back and refund my money immediately.

I have ordered men’s formal watch from 100bestbuy.Com, but they have sent me incorrect watch I.E. Reebok watch instead of the selected watch on their website as shown in their invoice and website. When I called to their customer care they told me to send the watch back to their address and they will replace it and will sent the correct watch. My order ID is: 611248. But I have sent them the watch back at their address along with the invoice. I do have the copy of invoice and letter sent to them. This incident took place in nov2011. But even after my several reminder emails and phone calls they have not yet sent me the replaced watch. Even they have not refunded the amount back to me till date. I am not able to contact them now as their customer care number is also not working properly. I think they are totally fraud and are cheaters. I want them to refund the money immediately.

I ordered one apple i-pod with 8 GB inbuilt storage capacity (reference no. 1069151) having the feature of video playing with 2 year warranty with original company bill i.e. apple (the executive also told me the model no of the apple pod which I don’t remember) worth Rs. around 4500/- and I was asked to pay only 10 of the price and the shipping charges total is Rs. 1164/- other than this 100bestbuy offered a Reebok watch as a gift with 1 year warranty. Also the executive neither told me that if I accept this offer my credit amount i.e. Rs. 200 will also be added to the amount of consolation price in 100bestbuy.com. They sent me a product and it was a local i-pod not a apple i-pod. They completely cheated me. Because I have been cheated by the 100bestbuy.com in the name of consolation price. I am feeling disturbed since I have received this fake product and not able to concentrate on my other jobs neither the customer care executive of 100bestbuy.com is receiving the calls. They asked me to send the packet back but I read the 100bestbuy.com reviews on google.com and found that it s of no use to refund because there is no response and one of my friend suggested me not to return the packet as that fake product can be a good evidence in case of hearing. I want the refund immediately.

I purchased Swadeshi Ayurved Amla Ras from 100bestbuy.com (Order no. 1246148). The original price of the product was showing as Rs. 629 for 1 litre and after discount the price was Rs. 193. I ordered for the same and there was no mention of any delivery charge anywhere. Finally when I provided my credit card details, my card has been debited of Rs. 100 extra as delivery charge which was showing up only after the payment was made and no information was provided anywhere before the payment process or while in the process of ordering. After the delivery of the product, to my great astonishment, I have seen that the MRP as printed in the bottle of the Amla Ras is Rs. 90 only for 500 mL, which means they overcharged me by Rs. 203. I ordered for a 1 litre pack of Swadeshi Ayurved Amla Ras and they sent me a 500 mL bottle. They also fraudulently charged me delivery charge extra on final payment without informing me of the same before payment. I wrote email to them about the same without any reply. I want them to refund my money immediately.

I registered to 100bestbuy.com on this 11th December 2011. Then sent me account credentials username and password to my gmail account. I logged in 100bestbuy.com, and then took participation in gold contest and Rs.111 (receipt number- 1709860). Thereafter it’s not allowing me to login with the same username and password. No account is existing now. They are making bluff to people. I tried contacting them through the phone number they have given in the site. But even though I tried in day time week days, it will reply every time like sorry, all agents or busy now or u might be calling after the office hours. Please I request you to kindly consider this issue and resolve and save other people to be fooled. I want somebody from there to contact me and I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I have ordered an Apple I pod shuffle from 100bestbuy with ORDER DETAILS: Order Number: 1147234 Order Received: Oct 15, 2011, Total Amount: INR (Indian Rupees) 249.00, State Bank of India Account Holder: Dharmendra Mani Varma. I received a local not working incomplete set when I contacted the seller they said return it back we will refund you back or will send new one so, I have send back the courier with these details :-Service provider :- Professional Courier, docket no BLR620001709 date 12/11/2011. The faulty I-pod had problems like memory card was not included with the product earphone was not working at one of the earplug, was not able to connect to PC, Volume control button was not working but till now I didn’t get any proper response from them. I have called them but no one picks the phone. I have sent the product but they did not reply and they did not respond properly. I want them to give me a proper handset or refund my money immediately.

I ordered 2 i-pods in 100bestbuy.com (order number- 135560). The consignment was received in a yellow cover at the bottom side of the cover with transparent cello tape. On opening the yellow cover, it seems that someone has cut the yellow bag from the bottom and after taking one iPod leaving behind the remaining one iPod and stick with transparent cello tape. I had only received one iPod without any bill or brochure inside the consignment. Ipod two nos has been dispatched to me from Bangalore vide C.No F 1 1 2 9 5 5 4 4 dated 28.09.2011 from First Flight Couriers Ltd., R.H.O: 89, I & IInd Floor, South Wing A.M.Plaza, Iarport Main Road, Vimanapura, Bengaluru-560017 . I contacted the company they said they send the other i-pod but it is been 10 days, it has not been delivered. The matter may be looked into and the remaining one ipod be dispatched to me at the earliest. An early action in this regard is requested please.

I placed an order in 100bestbuy.com (order number- Ref: 138788). As told by the representative they will send me a watch of Fastrack and T-shirt of Reebok which cost in market is around Rs.3999/- and I have to pay only Rs.799/-. But I did not receive the products on the said date but yesterday I received the products but the brand varies. The invoice and the warranty card of watch also missing. I have called the customer care service and the representative several times but no response from their end. I want them to deliver it immediately or refund my money.

100bestbuy.com had committed to deliver a combo offer of an Apple I-POd and a Fast track (order number- 117516) watch having one and three year warranty but when we received the courier it had a Local and cheaper quality of commodities inside. We have called them at the number 8088211777 but every time they disconnect the call and don’t respond to our query. We want the order to be replaced with the committed commodities or cash payback as soon as possible

I was trying to book a product from 100bestbuy.com Ref. no. 97418 and I was unable to complete the said booking due to bad net connection. The next day a gentleman called up that was on 5th September to help me in completing the order. After booking on phone the order arrived on 12th Sept, 2011 at 3.00 pm through Aramex courier. Before delivery somebody from the courier company called up from +912240060297 for confirmation of delivery of the product. As I opened the parcel I was shocked to see an unbranded small mp3 player and also an unbranded gent’s wrist watch of which the key also fell down from it. I am extremely unhappy with the product and from afternoon I am trying to call them back on their customer care number which is 8088211777. There is no answer from their side. During the time of order the seller convinced me that the order that I wanted to book (watch + Ipod ) is genuine. He told the ipod is from Sony and the watch is a Sonata make, he also agreed on money back policy. But now I don’t have any address to send back as the seller had promised that I will receive a warranty card along with the details of the seller. The price of the product is Rs. 900 Combo (Ipod+watch). Now I want them to immediately refund my money.
