I completed my engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology in 2005. When I went to the college to get admission, they showed me their laboratories, classrooms and other facilities. I was very impressed and I decided to join this college. Actually, most of the equipments and computers in the laboratory were not in a working condition. I realize it only after joining the college. We had to share the computers while doing practical. It is a very bad college.

Recently, I have opened a saving account in The Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank Limited. I have asked for a personalized cheque book. They told me it would take few days. After a week, the bank officials informed me that my personalized cheque book is ready and I can come and collect it anytime during the office hours. The next day I went to the bank to collect it. I found that they have made a mistake while printing my name. When I showed the mistake to the bank officials, they said they would get a new one. I did not get my personalized cheque book until now. Their service is very slow.

Without their help, I would not have got this job. They have a placement cell which gives training to student for preparing the students for the campus interview. Our college has 100% placement record for the past few years. The faculty members were very friendly and helpful. I like this college very much.

I did my Master of Computer Application from Sri Padmavati Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam Womens University in 2007. It is a very good college with excellent facilities. The faculty members prepare power point presentation for taking classes. It helps the students in many ways. They can refer the power point presentation to clear their doubts and to prepare for the examination. The configurations of the computers in the computer laboratories are very good and the lab assistants maintain them very well.

Three months back, I repainted my house using Neo Pack Plast paints. After one month, it was raining continuously for three days. By that time, some of the paints on the walls came off and it looked very ugly. It angered me a lot, because the paint that I used for painting my house was very costly. When I told one of my friends about this incident, he told me that he also had the same experience. It is the worst paint that I have ever used. The quality of the paint is very poor. I will never use this paint again.

My name is Nitesh Shetty and I have purchased Prepaid- Walky Huawei ETS2222+ (020-64183122) for Rs 1400/- from Mehata Communications , Shop No.1, Kunal Plaza, Pune-Mumbai Rd, Chinchwad Station, Pune 411019. on 31-3-2010.My charger has gone dead and hence, I am unable to charge the phone. I have visited the Tata Indicom service centre at Stronics PCMC, C-4, Phase-2, Mother of World, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi-Pune -411035. The service center code is 2002901. They gave me a job card for the above problem on 22-6-2010. Receipt No: HU10-C75-06-0028 Receipt Date: 22/06/2010 13:40pmThey informed that it would take 8 days to get a replacement for the charger as it is under warranty.They asked me to collect my charger on August 8, 2010. After, I went there,they took my job card and gave me a charger which is not compatible with my walky and the display says "Power Error". I returned it to them on August 11, 2010. After showing the same and they have now replied that it will take 8 more days.I visited Stronics PCMC, C-4,Phase-2, Mother of World, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi-Pune -411035 on September 1, 2010. The service center code is 2002901. They said it will take 2 more days. I have a new job card with no receipt number but contains the seal of the service center and their signature.

I HAD APPLIED FOR SBI RAILWAY CARD THROUGH INTERNET AND ALSO I GOT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL FROM THEM. AFTER THAT I DID NOT GET ANY PHONE CALL FOR 3-4 DAYS REGARDING COLLECTION OF MY DOCUMENTS. ON 30/08/2010 I GOT AN SMS SAYING THAT THEY HAVE GOT MY APPLICATION AND IT IS UNDER PROCESS. THEY WILL TAKE 21 DAYS TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION. I HAVE APPLIED FOR SBI CARDS BEFORE. I KNOW THAT THIS SMS IS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER GETTING HIS DOCUMENTS PROPERLY. BUT THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME IN RECENT TIMES AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THIS CONFIRMATION SMS. I AM SURE THAT AFTER FEW DAYS THEY WILL SEND ME ANOTHER SMS SAYING THAT MY REQUEST HAS BEEN REJECTED. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME I HAVE APPLIED FOR SBI CREDIT CARD (RAILWAY CARD IS ALSO A SPECIAL FORM OF CREDIT CARD). EVERYTIME IT HAS BEEN REJECTED WITHOUT CITING ANY REASON. IF THE REASON IS NOT DISCLOSED, THEN WHAT IS THE USE? EVERYTIME THE PERSON APPLIES FOR THE PRODUST, EVERYTIME IT WILL BE REJECTED.ALSO THE TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER CARE IS AN INVALID NUMBER.

Last month I bought a home theatre system from Pagaria Electronics. It was very beautiful to look at and that is the reason why I bought it. However, now I understood that most of the beautiful things lack quality. It is the same case with this home theatre system. It started making some buzzing sound when we play songs. After few days, it stopped working completely. They repaired the home theatre. However, same problems happened after few days. This time I asked them to replace it with a new one but they did not agree.

I have purchased MTS broadband usb connection to my PC on 24-Aug-2010 The company say it has 3.1 MBPS speed and worst download speed must 100 to 150 kbps. But i am getting 10 to 30kbps speed. so the USB connection is not 3.1 mbps it has the speed of 500kbps. They are selling the product with wrong speed and getting the money for 3 mbps and giving for 100 rs worth of speed. so i raised a complaint on the same complaint num-aug/4028 , and another complaint sep/178 for the same issue. still now there is no proper response. When i called the executive who sells it to me, they say sell the USB if you are not satisfed. Before that i had reliance that gave me 50 kbps download speed for 256kbps net speed. I JUST WANT TO BRING TO ALL NOTICE SO WHEN THEY PREFERRING THIS MTS ..ASK THEM TO GIVE A DEMO ON DOWNLOAD SPEED. DO NOT SPEND 3000 RUPPESS FOR THE SERVICE.

In respsonse to an offer from ITBC, I have ordered some products and recieved some. However, it is observed that the invoices are always under the name of Living Media Ltd. India today book club, New Delhi. However, whenever I tried to contact the same no. is received on behalf of bag it today. Initially, I had received a promotional offer from indiatodaybook club, but later on there is no mention of itbc but bagittoday. Please advise- 1) when this change took place, 2) is there any gold box draw system and conditions thereof and names of winners, date of draw and other contiditons. I will get back soon with detailed complaint about apparently fake and fraudulent phone calls using the name of India Today or indiatoday book club etc.

I find it dismaying that the bag & jewelry departments have a preponderance of male assistance compared to female? Why would this be? I am a foreign shopper and maybe local female shoppers dont mind? As a foreign female, I have people coming up to me under the pretext of offering assistance - but who wont go away once I say no and who will literally re-position themselves to stare no matter how often I place myself out of their view. I understand the need to make sure merchandise is not being stolen, but when I see eyes on me no matter how often I scan and rescan - thats just plain staring.

I recently had a pleasant experience while renewing insurance for my car. I went to the websites of few leading companies to renew it online. now, since the insurance had elapsed, the company needs to send a surveyor to chec the car before renewing the policy. Without taking names...there were 2 leading companies who refused to renew online & they gave me a message to go to their nearest dealer to renew.Then whats the point of online renewal. Anyway, at www.ICICILombard.com, they completed my order & put it in pending approval. In 2 days, the surveyor came, checked my car & I got the policy approved...so I didnt have to go anywhere or wait for more days without insurance. This is what made me happy &I would like to recommend them, especially for renewal.

For ur information this cheating is being carried on every time there is a top-up of my mobile phone. At the time of taking admission they make very false commitment like good lab facility and classroom,100% placement,best faculty.but just after given the payment of the course they show their real face.Their attitude is change like over night I can not describe it in words.they have AC in their lab and class room to show only.but really that not working and some time they do not allow to run it.only they switch on the ac of reception to show off.The management always say you manage with all the things.and at last you feel hope less and help less. they are ISO 9001 certified but I think these days ISO 9001 certified is also gone sold. they should be rejected by 9001.

One Mr. Yogesh said that there would be technician visiting my place. Nobody turned up. On reminding they said I have to carry the bulky product to their shop for replacement. It is practically impossible for me to carry the product to Ghatkopar (E0. I reside in Mira Road. Intitally they said they would do the needful. But now they refuse to deliver the new replacement to my home & collect the substandard product delivered to me.

The faculty members are very friendly and they help the students a lot to improve their studies. They give special attention to the weak students. They prepare teaching notes and it is very useful for the students. Some of the students will not buy textbooks because their teaching notes are more than enough. I like his college very much and the faculty members.

I did my Ph.D from Avinashilingam University and it is one of the worst universities in India. They have a good infrastructure but the faculty members are good for nothing. Some of the faculty members behave rudely to the students. They consider the students as their servants. They will ask the students to do all the works for them like correcting the answer papers of their juniors, lab records, and so on. If they disobey them, they will take revenge by reducing the marks of the students. I hate that college.

Syndicate Bank is one of the worst banks that I have ever done banking. I had applied for an education loan from Syndicate Bank for doing my masters from United Kingdom. It took a very long time for them to approve my loan. I have no idea why they did like that. They gave me many unwanted tensions and approved my loan only a day before the last date for submitting my application to my university. Every time they used tell me that there is a mistake in this paper and so on. I hate that bank and I will never go to that bank again.

I completed my Master of Business Administration from Harlal Institute of Management and Technology (HITM) in 2006. It is one of the worst institutes in India. They have a very poor infrastructure. The faculty members are very strict and they do not help the students. They will ask the students to take seminars on various topics, but they will not help them to prepare for the seminar. When the students ask some doubts, they will ask us to go and refer the books in the library. I really hate this college.

Sometimes the hospital gives us concession because we visit the hospital regularly. The nurses are very helpful and friendly. This hospital is situated near by my place. I did my post graduate degree in Medical Lab Technology from Sheri Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar. It is one of the worst deemed universities in India. They have charged a very high fees and capitation fees from the students and have provided only moderate facilities to the students. The students are not having the required number of equipments and material for doing their research. I had a hard time working in the laboratory. The faculty members are very selfish. They rarely help the students.

During the last summer vacation, we went to Goa and stayed at the Silken Sands Hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is so good. We stayed there for a week. They had arranged sight- seeing for my entire family members. They also provided us a tourist guide so that we can go many places and know the importance of those places. The hotel had a mini bar and they make special drinks. I liked most of them. They provided 24 hours room service. We had massage from their ayurvedic massage parlor. The cost of rooms is affordable.

I have purchased one Polk audio speaker and sub woofer system for my LG home theatre to get an extra sound effect. It was a failure attempt and I feel that the build in speakers of my music system is delivering better audio quality. The sound was also not so clear. I have sold it out at half rate and purchased speakers from another brand. I really do not recommend this product to anybody as the performance is very poor even though it is cheaper. Also the service outlets for their products are very less

I have passed my M.Pharm course from Gujarat Ayurved University in 2007 and now working in a reputed hospital. The course was conducted in a highly professional way and the instructors were having an in depth knowledge of the subject. We had 15 students in our batch and all of us got individual attention from the teachers. Even the study material provided by them is an example to other institutions. The teachers were ready to come even on holidays to assist the students. But their selection procedure is very tight and only a few seats are there for this course.

I am a LLM student in cochin university. Here, the teachers are not efficient and they do not know to explain the topics properly. Their library facility is poor and they made us to buy all the reference books. Most of the days, we lose our classes due to strikes. The classrooms are not fit to sit during summer. Some of the teachers are very liberal to their favourite students in case of internal assessments and shows partiality to others. I completed my degree course from government law college and there the training was very good compared to cochin university.

I bought a pre owned Mercedes E class vehicle from their show room. Even though they were able to convince me for a second hand vehicle, now I feet that I made a mistake by buying this vehicle. They had offered six months warranty for their pre owned cars and told that they are having a standard checklist for all the pre owned cars, which is followed strictly before sales and will rectify all the complaints before putting it for sale. After 2 months, radiator in the car started leaking and when I approached them they said that radiator is not covered under warranty and made me to spend Rs.12000 to fix the problem temporarily and I feel that I am cheated.

I have taken allopathic medicines which gave me only a short time relief. At last one doctor advised me to use chyavanprash regularly and I started using chyavanprash made by Vedic Bio Labs. Surprisingly in three weeks time it improved my immunity and put an end to my allergic problems. It is keeping me fresh and energetic even after long time of continues work.

I am using the GRG dairy products for the last few years. I always felt purity and quality in their products. For preparing most of the dishes I use their ghee. I always felt that their products are not adulterated and because of this I am giving only GRB milk to my children. I recommend this product to everybody even though it is slightly expensive. They are availability through a number of outlets. Even I have seen their quality assurance team taking the feedbacks from their agents. This shows their responsibility to fulfill the customer needs.

My mother had undergone a cataract surgery in this hospital a couple of years back. Our experience was very bad during those days. After the surgery, they made us to stay for 10 days in the hospital without any reason to get extra earning on room rent. The nurses never responded to our calls on time and their attitude gave an impression of a typical government office where everything will be delayed. We have even paid money to some of the duty nurses to get good care for her. I do not recommend this hospital to anybody.

Even during power failures their attempt to resolve the problem is highly appreciable. Their offices are functioning in a professional way and they respond to the complaints with in short time. Even the time span and formalities to a get new connection is very short and they are really satisfying our needs. Their billing rates are also reasonable.

The complaint is about the parking in the mall. I took my scorpio car to the mall. On exit, the parking attendant directed me to drive the car close to the curb. A parallel parking toll meters traffic regulating rod came and crashed on my car, severely damaging the side of the car. The mall parking manager immediately came and apologized. He mentioned he would pay me the damages. I took some photographs of the incident imediately. With that assurance, he asked me to move the car to the side and also to remove the stuck rod from the car. I complied. Once the car was moved, his attitude entirely changed and he said no damages can be paid and I have to pay him for the damages caused to the equipment. The mall parking staff are undertrained, impolite and extremely unethical. The malls parking equipment are safety hazards and will cause further damages.

I had been accessing internet connetion through this number via a data card. The service was very bad. The printed speed was 236 kbps, but actually I had received a speed not more than 100 kbps. Regarding any crucial technical problem I have not got any help of technical staff since 1.5 yrs. I did not get any printed form of my billing since I had started using the data card. I have not made any delay about my payment but I am very seriously disappointed by the service.

I reckon having life long warranty from the Company then why the same is not available. Please advise proper solution so that I can use the product.
