This company is crap! It calls up students like me who are going to study abroad twice a day and nudges us to take their cellular services quoting them to be "cheapest" and "best" option available. In my case, they sent a "Sr.sales representative" who came over to my house and wouldnt leave untill i signed up the contract with him. He told me its no frills pay monthly usage and i can disconnect whenever i want to. Though at the time of registering, i read the fine print in the contract which said early termination fee would apply if i was to terminate under 12 months. He claimed that its older norms and there is NO termination fee. I had signed up and when i reached UK, bills were huge! They have activated Data pack which adds up to the bill amount though i dont use it at all and they never stopped it even after repeated requests for de-activating the same. I have cancelled my return ticket from Raipur to Mumbai (Travel date 30/9/2010 & return 2/10/2010, air ticketing booking confirmed through net banking- POS PRCH-POS027284271017)) which I had booked through make My Trip.com. I was also issued credit note number NF2922614 having cancellation number IN1009R0107152 for amount of Rs.8054.00 assuring to get refund within 7 days. On delay I had written to company through mail on 25/10/2010, which was replied by Customer Service Consultant apologizing the inconvenience & resolving the issue within 72 Hrs. Then lot of correspondence took place over mail, every time they assure to solve problem at earliest. Later they claimed that they had credited amount in my bank account but I have not recieved yet. They have asked my bank statement of 12/11/2010 and asked bank statement. I have also sent the bank statement for the month through mail on 15/11/2010. For the above issue they have issued Reference ID (101025-012811). Till date the said refund amount Rs. 8054.00 not credited in my bank account. I want them to refund my money immediately

I have purchased a Spice Cappuccino M-6700 Mobile set on 16/11/2011 Inv. No.201559272, IMEI number- 911116650040399). After few days an error came (MSDC read sector error). I visited Spice Retail Limited, Shop No.EJ-291,Phagwara Gate Market, Jalandhar Punjab. I explained the problem faced in mobile. The salesman advised me to contact Spice Service Center. In 21/01/2012 I visited Sree Communications (Authorized Service Center). They gave me a Job Card No.2691 dated 21/01/2012 problem described by them was in memory card and the up gradation of mobile software. I collected the mobile in the evening, mobile was working fine. After one / two days mobile again showed same error. Then again contacted with spice hotspot show room. They advised me to get the DO for the replacement of mobile set from Service center. But service center refused to give me DO for the replacement of set. And behaved very rudely. I have e-mailed to spice many times but they have not given me any response. I have contact spice on toll free no. but no use. Now today I am going to give them notice of consumer court.

Following Orders with Future Bazaar.com were placed and were cancelled by them unilaterally on 25.1.2012, but even after 8 days the amounts have still not been refunded. Order Nos- 5040603877 & 5040609281. Further, 4 more Orders (Order Nos: 5040641723, 5040608387, 5040627380, 5040630928) were also placed on 25.1.12 but the same have not been delivered in spite of my repeated requests. Phone calls to Complaints- Customer remains n hold for 15 mins & gets disconnected. My emails n Phone calls have resulted in no action. I want them to refund my money immediately.

Again after two to three days she called me up and telling like sir take another number and started to request to me like "take another number sir, else my job will go" till date one month passes but yet not given the number so that I want to lodge a cheating case against Saniya whose email id is grb2277attherategmail.com. I am the person who got cheated with the sales girl of Vodafone but how many people daily getting cheated by the Vodafone sales girls who knows so that I want to teach lesson to them for doing such thing with people. I’ve launched a complaint on 03/01/2012 stating that the battery that I’ve ordered from the Indiatimes.com is being a Duplicate battery (B463609 - SONY NP BG1 TYPE G INFOLITHIUM RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK DIGITAL CAMERA, Order Number:30000038156, Complaint Number: 68142), because, the day when I’ve received it I’ve kept the battery on charge & after 24 hours when I’ve started using it, the battery indicator shows it as a low battery & for this problem I’ve also raised a complaint & the complaint number is mentioned above. Several commitments have been given by the Indiatimes.com authorities & spoke to several advisors who have assured me of getting the replacement battery asap. & may be on 10/01/2012 or 12/01/2012 when I’ve called Indiatimes.com & spoke to a floor supervisor, he have assured me that I’ll get the replace product by 16/01/2012 & I asked him & other advisors as well that do I need to returned the product or not & they said no need to return the defective product, 16th Jan went & now 26th Jan 2012 passed but still no response to my complaint nor a single call back by the Indiatimes.com team. Today i.e. 27/01/2012, when I called again, I spoke to a advisor & he started saying that I need to return the product 1st & then the 3rd party merchant with whom Indiatimes.com deals I need to contact them in Kolkata, what a piece of shit it is, I’ve purchased the product fromIndiatimes.com why the hell I’m concerned to call that 3rd party company & then I requested that chap to transfer my call to his floor supervisor or manager or TL & after a long hold, a voice came & he greets himself as a Amit Kumar the floor supervisor & I asked him about my problems solution he also said that I need to returned the product 1st & then the replacement product will be shipped. My question is that when I’ve asked these things 1st on the calls then why their advisors & floor supervisors have denied the request saying that I need not have to return the product. It’s simply that they have mis-informed me & today when I’m trying to express my complaint to Mr Amit Kumar, he simply disconnected the call & now when the investigations will be done & Mr Kumar will be questioned hell say that the call got disconnected from my end due to some network issues. Also, he said that when I was out of Mumbai their advisors have tried calling me on both my mobile numbers but they said it was not reachable, if this is so then why they haven’t not tried calling me the whole day to show the courtesy???Id humbly request you to please look into this matter & kindly help me to get my product to be replaced or the refund of Rs.1570.00 back to my CC A/c & also the time that I’ve spent on the call for all the mis-information I’ve been charged high from my mobile company, so kindly ask them to get some kind of compensation. Waiting for the positive feedback & a needful help from you guys to show this Indiatimes.com is a fraudulent company & having no values for their respective customers. I paid the Amount Rs.5499/- via ICICI Credit Card (5239 5113 0592 4001) On Date 23-09-2011 on online Telebanking. After 20 days I got the membership card (No: 27 10418 Name: DINESH ARJUNDAS VARINDANI) from Dining Plus (Mumbai). As per company guide I got all schemes from dining plus except the 20% discount on grocery. I call so much to customer care for the same complaint in the Dining Plus (Mumbai) and forwarded the mail to Dining Plus so many times for the same complaint but still I didn’t get any positive reply from Dining Plus (Mumbai). Now I am getting very irritated from the Dining plus (Mumbai) customer’s service that’s why I want to complaint against Dining Plus (Mumbai) for my money back as soon as possible. So please do needful. I want them to give the benefit of grocery.

When I showed a photo state copy of a passport of Mr. Das who accompany to this shop living in Delhi, the shopkeeper told us that no need of mr Das photo state of his passport. He sent us for a nearby photostate(xerox)shop to make xerox copy of my identity card. Then he has given a simcard of Vodafone. And that number was 85868XXXXX.I have given this number to all my relatives in India. Now problem starts. After 5-6 days the company sent a sms that your services will be barred if u r not submitting the document. I have given a oral complaint to the shopkeeper..Then second day again sms came from the Vodafone company.The complaint is that this due to the mistake of this shopkeeper...I am in trouble.The number is not working and outgoing calls are barred.And this shopkeeper doesn’t allow having another id proof. I want them to activate my connection immediately.

Have called them more than 7 times since 17th and I haven’t got positive response yet. They also gave me a tracking number of "Aramax" couriers and that AWB always says "Shipment in progress". I Saurabh Ravindra Patil have applied for car loan of Rs 4.5L from saraswat coperative bank form karve nagar branch on around 28th December 2011 (sanction letter- SCB/RASEC/11-12/CAR/285) Initially I have enquired from Ganesh Nagar branch,Hinjewadi branch,call center and all and confirmed that there was no pre-payment penalty charges . I was told that there would not be any pre payment penalty charges and ROI will be 11.25/11.5 for 3/5 years. My main aim was no pre-payment penalty charges so I apted for this bank for car loan. To my utter surprise in my sanction letter after long run for disbursement of loan it was mentioned 0.5% as pre-payment penalty charges which when I enquired back ,they said that from earlier we have same scheme. So I was cheated in this case. I have risen complain to Mumbai branch and they are in talk with their concerned mgmt but there is no response. I have to complain against this branch against fraud case with the customer of giving wrong information and changing the rates at run time. As a proof I have the email from the customer care which clearly specifies that there are no pre-payment penalty charges as attached. I want them to rectify the defects immediately

I have activated my MBlaze account on Sept 30, 2011(mdn 8925917638 Account Number 211000021760) and for the usage in September I received Rs 3 as bill during the first week of October. When I enquired the person who sold me the datacard, he said no need to pay rs3. For October I received the bill in the first week of November and made a payment of Rs 610 for the Rs 606 I received. For November I did not receive the bill in the month of December and there was a delay in communication to me and the payment was also delayed. I made a payment of Rs606 on Jan 1st for November ((07 Jan 2012 000000575758 Chq Paid-MICR CTS-CH-MTS AC 211000021760 - rs 606, 25 Nov 2011 000000575751 Chq Paid-MICR CTS-CH-MTS AC NO 211000021 - rs 610 Jan 28 2012 000000575758). For December I received the bill during the 2nd week of Jan and i have made a payment on the Jan 28th. The problem is when I received the December bill (2nd week of Jan) it stated that I have an outstanding of 1212 and how is that possible and they have deactivated my account from Feb1st on account of crossing credit limit. If I have payed my dues for the Oct (in Nov), Nov (in Jan 1st) and Dec (Jan 28th) why do they have to block access to my account saying that I have crossed the limit. I have to call 5 times in the last 2 days to get this activated and nobody is responding to me in a proper way. I tried calling their call center and they say their system is updating and asked me to call later. Next time they tell me the same story that i have crossed my limit, the same story. Half of their call center people don’t understand English first and they don’t want to hear customer problem. I tried all medium, chat, call and whatever i can. They don’t understand. They don’t even try or care to understand that’s the saddest part. I send 100 emails a day and for the past 3 days my mail box overloaded. Disaster!!!! I work out of browsing centre now miserable. I don’t recommend MTS for any one. Stupid service providers... Stay away from MTS. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I have taken home loan of Rs. 15 Lac on 08-04-2011 from HDFC Ltd. My home loan a/c. no. 601330805 in the name of Mukesh Saraf. The value of flat is approx. 20 lac. as the Govt. has allowed 1% interest subsidy on home loan upto Rs. 15 Lac and value of property up to Rs. 25 Lac w.e.f. 1-4-2011 on home loan taken after 1-4-11. So, accordingly I am eligible for this subsidy, but when I have forwarded request for this subsidy at bank site online, they have replied that they credit this subsidy in my a/c. after receipt from Govt. But till now it has not been credited in my a/c. Again I have contacted telephonically, and then they have replied that they have forwarded our request to NHB, but they have not received any subsidy till now. So, it will allow only after receipt. So, I request you to look into the matter and rectify the defects immediately.

The Gas agency is totally black marketing the cylinders (consumer number- VA 21867). I am working for Press and despite my repeated visits and persuasions, the attendant working at this agency is not responding to our request. Whenever we book the cylinder, we are to personally visit this agency as the SMS service supposed to book LPG cylinders does not function at the end of this agency as it is deliberately done. Similarly when the cylinder is booked we have to again remind and visit for delivery. All the contact no’s do not work as it is deliberately done as gas is black marketed. I want them to deliver it properly to us.

I have purchased DELL desktop from Infocare Digital System Pvt Ltd, C/O Wipro Infotech ,A-39 ,Sector -22 , Great India Palace , Noida as on 20-12-2011(bill number- 111, service tag number- 1x74nq1), . The product has been on warranty on 3 years with free replacement. But on the 3rd day itself the Desktop has stopped functioning and still from the last 1 month no one has attended the complaint from DELL / or the above mentioned shop owner . My delivery Note number is: 3401055422887. This is the fraud that the shop keepers has been running with DELL as the desktop that I have purchased is looks to be very much old and malfunctioned . They have duped me of Rs 45,000/-. The contact numbers given on the bill are: 9711408886 / 9310834008 also not responding anymore. Even the DELL Support personals are not attending the complaints. DELL is running the frauds in INDIA. I want my whole 45,000INR back from DELL due to their poor support and no action after so many complaints.

This is with reference to the order number 20111017030 dated 17/10/11 of Birla Food Processor Model Classic amounting Rs. 7990/- and Quantity 2 pcs. I made a credit card payment with card number ending 0006 on 18/10/11. I had received one food processor within 10 days of payment but the second food processor remains undelivered until this time. I had made numerous calls and gave infinite reminders to the company, to which they respond and assured me that the 2nd food processor will be delivered within next 4-5 days. Irony of the situation is that every time I have got the same reply i.e. a false promise which would further to my misery. After going through this never ending harassment, I have lost my faith in the credibility of your company. This has put me into a situation where I feel helpless. I want them to deliver my product immediately.

When contacted Spice mobile customers care I have been informed to approach the nearest Spice service center. Later on when approached on 2nd January, 2012 Mobile Sava (A Spice Service center, D-125, 6th C Main, Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore, Karnataka Telephone number 91 9886151121 91 9611148999), I have been asked to submit/handover handset for couple of days for rectification/repair and issued the Service Request No.10100126C10005 with Mobile Sava Bangalore dated 02/01/2012. After a couple of days I called Mobile Sava for status report of hand set rectification, I have been told that rectification is not possible at the service centre and therefore forwarded to head office and will take 15 days for rectification. On 27/01/2012 when I called Mobile Sava I was surprised to hear from one of the executive that the rectification not yet happened, also that executive spoke to me so harshly - As per the Terms Conditions - that the delivery has to be made within 21 days from the date of submission of hand set. Taking into consideration of all the above facts I request you to do the needful and I want the mobile to be delivered immediately.

I had paid rs 326 through Axis Bank credit card4074390300XXXXX (TID43009137 batchno 000740 inv no 000709 billed for Rs326.) and I was billed twice by double swipe for rs 652. I was not aware of this double swipe as my merchant bill copy showed rs 326 and I had signed for this sum only. Later when I got my credit card statement I saw the billing for double the amount repeating, twice the single purchase made. I contacted the manager mr Narendra Kori on 17th Jan 2012, personally who admitted wrong billing by swiping the card twice. He also said such double swipe often happens and promised to refund consulting the head office accounts one ms Pritam. But he made a mistake in his communication and got approval for a refund of rs 180.I is to get Rs 146 more and he promised on 30 th jan 2012 that he will personally pay me in cash in 2 days and has failed to do so. I have to get Rs 146 still. I also alerted credit card dept of Axis bank who promised to take up the matter with the company, but have not done so till now. The response of Reliance Fresh manager Narendra Kori is poor and indifferent, and has not fulfilled his promise of refund even though he has admitted double billing due to double swipe of my credit card.

I bought my mobile from Devendra telecom, Bangalore (model number- HTC desire HD- HT0CDRX03951, 356299040433110, invoice number- SI/GB/10837). I never had any issues for a month or two. It all begin then, peculiar issue of AUTO ERASE of message database occurred (which would not happen even in a basic model costing less than 1000 bugs). I never complained to the service team. Then again I witnessed the issue i.e Auto Erase, this time with my recent applications. But still I never moved to the service centre. Then due to the poor quality I got a replacement of hands free and charger within few months of purchase from Ovez Communication (HTC authorized service centre). After a while, during the month of October Auto erase of contacts occurred, then I took it to the service centre. They updated the software and gave me back the device. It happened again, hence I complained to the head office, spoke to many people there and as they said, I took to Salora International (HTC authorized service centre) and submitted my device there. It was there for more than 2 weeks. Spoke to many people there at the HO namely 1.Kailash, 2.Aezag, service centre people said that they will get the mother board replaced but said that they cannot assure if it is going to be resolved, finally Mr.Puspendra Singh, supervisor head assured that he will get the device replaced if it repeats and provided me with a 90 days EXTENDED WARRANTY. Hence I collected the device on 28th of December, with just a software update (as it was) and again got my faulty hands free replaced for the second time. Auto Reset occurred on the second day after collecting the device, I complained to the HO. Again I submitted the same in the same week, as said earlier I tried contacting Puspendra Singh (Supervisor head HO, Delhi) but no response. Spoke to 1.Ankit, 2.Mae, 3.Vishal, 4.Kuldeep etc... But none responded or spoke rightly. Every time I tried speaking to Puspendra Singh, the representatives transferred my call to him, he made me wait for more than 15 minutes every time and finally disconnected it. But still I keep trying upto date. Irresponsive, arrogant and negligent executives. They themselves closed my case every time I filed a new case at HTC. Whenever i called them they said that there are no pending issues or open cases. I explained them but negligence is what i felt from the executives. Service Centre people insisted me to speak to the HO and demand a replacement, as if they do not have any authority. But according to the HO people, service centre people gave a positive feedback regarding my device hence they had closed all the cases pending. Now I demand a replacement with a superior product.

Within 1 month of purchase the Webcam get crashed and I had informed the same to Mr Prashant joshi (Technical support expert - ITS) and he replaced the same within 15 days. Then on 13/08/2011(Complaint No- 780505916768) the Mother Board and 2 RAM got crashed. When I contacted Mr Rahul Kumar (Technical Support Specialist) on 13/08/2011 in mail he replied me to change the Mother Board and RAM, which is within the Warranty period. According to his instruction I had replaced my Mother Board and RAM. But they don’t gave me any additional warranty for this or extend my warranty period. Within 1 year of Purchase I am facing this type of problems and when i am calling Dell Executives they are Behaving Rudely. I had Reported This to Mr Prashant Joshi, ( PrashantINJoshiDell.com ) , Rahul Kumar ( KumarRahulDell.com ), Robin V Fernando ( RobinVFernandoDell.com, Samiksha Gurung, (SamikshaGurungDell.com ). I bought a Nissan Sunny XV from EVM Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Ernakulam (invoice number- VSLA11000842) and I took delivery on 21 January 2012. The vehicle is fitted with Bridgestone 185/65R15 (Pattern: CHF4311). I drove the vehicle to home (about 30 kms from EVM Showroom) on 21 January 2012 once I reached home I noticed flat tyre on front left and a small crack on the tyre. When I contacted EVM Automobiles for replacement they forwarded the tyre to Bridgestone dealer but they rejected the request for replacement. I Informed EVM automobiles immediately after the incident and deliver the tyre for replacement on 24 January. EVM representative said they are helpless as the tyre to be replaced by Bridgesotone. Subsequently they forwarded the tyre to Bridgestone. On 30 January 2012 Bridgestone sent a reject note with a remark that the tyre is damaged by external object and not a manufacturing defect. I want them to replace the tyre immediately.

I had complained for LENOVO IDEACENTRE B310 in May 2011, and LENOVO had made me suffer for more than 3 months to get my B310 in running condition. After a lots of hue and cry over the matter, my HDD was replaced 11/08/2011. At that time also, I had expressed to the service-person, what should be done if this type of problem arises again. My previous complaint no: 4270235900. The scanned copies of invoice and 3 times service reports are IN MY POSSESSION. I was unfortunately right. The same problem arised with my PC again on 07/10/2011. I launched an official complaint with LENOVO, and my complaint no. this time was 4270336053. Again I had to pass through all the mental and physical turmoil. There was some problem in the PC which caused frequent HDD failure. So I had requested LENOVO to replace the whole unit, as rectifications here and there and HDD replacements were not working. After considerable amount of time pass from LENOVO under some or the other pretext, I had to FORCEFULLY and UNWILLINGLY agree for another HDD replacement as those were the festive days, and I was in urgent need of the computer. Forcefully, because the company was just deliberately delaying my demand for replacing my faulty LENOVO B310 DESKTOP. Thus I got another HDD replacement on 01/11/2011.Now, the same problem has arised again on 28/01/2012. I am launching an official complaint with LENOVO to get my LENOVO B310 junk piece replaced. I have lost a considerable amount of data due to frequent HDD failures previously, which has caused me lots of mental, physical as well as economic stress. Due to these frequent HDD failures, I am in a situation wherein I do not understand how to manage my data. I think there is some problem in the CPU which makes the HDD fail frequently. Please look into the matter on URGENT basis. I have been given a sub-standard piece, and I do not want to pass through the problem over & over again. as rectifications here and there and HDD replacements are not working. Lenovo is not willing to register my complaint this time, even though it is in warranty period. I want a replacement immeidately

We had bought Cata Mark 90 from Metal Kraft Gurgaon (original bill- 2768). I was not satisfied with the product from the day one as I started using it. The problems were like one out of three burner’s not working, ignition not working or sometimes none of the burners working. I have logged n no of complaints at the customer care but Priya and Shivani at the customer care are not ready to give the details of all the complaint dates and complaint nos. (The complaint no’s can be taken from Customer care) Then I was asked to call the Zonal Head Mr Bipin (not working with the company any more), Mr Deepak, Mr Illas but no one took the matter seriously. It became very difficult to cook tiffin for my kids in the morning and also I was hesitant to invite guests home. Earlier it never pinched me calling technician home as the said product was under warranty but now every visit costs me Rs 350 and the complaint lies as it is. I had requested Mr Bipin and his team to take the product back as there is some manufacturing defect but they were not ready to that as well. I have invested a huge amount on the hob thinking that with new technology cooking would be much faster and safe. But, I never thought cooking will not happen at all. My granite stone (app Rs.400 per square feet) got spoiled as I have got it fixed in the platform. Now I will have to buy the same granite to fill the gap which is again going to add on the cost. I would request you to kindly take the hob back and refund me the loss.

Since there was no response and email was sent to their nodalofficer.delhi.tatatel.co.in on 23.12.2011 from them I a mail was recd. dt.24.12.2011 informing me that the refund of security had been processed vide docket no.288934217 and expected to be delivered at my old address within next 7 days in spite of informing about the new address as above through my response mail dt.25.12.2011. being no response a reminder mail dt.6.1.2012 was sent to them and in return I recd. a mail on 9.1.2012 asking me to wait for another 4 days which never was recd. but a fresh mail dt.13.1.2012 was sent from them informing that the said refund was sent to my old address, although new address was informed to them, but was undelivered due to said reason. I was asked to wait for another 15 days to receive the refund at the new address. But even after passing of so much time they said refund is still awaited. This shows their clear intention to linger on the matter by their lame excuses. Please help in getting the refund as well as compensation from the said for such a harassment.

STP is not operated regularly and some times we get bad smell in the bath room due to non-operational of STP, Water leakage from overhead tank but they never worried about that, We had lot of trouble with EB connection and bill payment.

This is the detailed mail below which I have sent to Ginger hotel, when they have asked for a feedback & till date the company officials have not responded. First of all I have a very high regard for Tata Group of hotels which include Taj & Gateway. And for me it was the first visit to Ginger group of Hotels. My profile demands touring & I always prefer to stay in Gateway, Keeping that in my mind during my personal visit to Bhubaneswar I choose their hotel. Chronologically this is what happened Tried booking Hotel through online, two times it failed & third time it accepted when payed through my card.(That’s ok, it might have happened because of some network issue). I got the confirmation sms saying that my "booking is confirmed" (receipt number- 8159234).(Felt happy about it, as I was travelling with my wife I didn’t want to take any chances.). When I was on my way to the Hotel I get a sms saying, "My Booking is CANCELLED". Then I tried reaching the Hotel through Just Dial (as the cancelled sms didn’t have the phone no) & the reservations guy was not at all sure on what to do or what to say, he just told me you come down & he will take care of it. When I came to the reception there was no progress on the issue, the front-desk had no clue & I had to narrate the entire story again. Then the receptionist asked me to wait there for 10 mins & I was standing in the Lobby with my family. Then the lady started saying, "it was a weekend offer & by mistake you got it on a weekday that’s why you got a cancelled sms."(Is it my mistake that their systems are not updated, how will I know?). When I was about to burst, this lady comes & gives us the key with no apology. (Hope that’s not too much to expect). After checking in at around 11.45 AM we wanted to have a shower & attend a function, to my surprise there was no Hot Water. Then I realized may be because it’s a business hotel (most of the guests will leave to work by max. 10 AM) they have no intention to cater the families. (Hot water is it too much to expect. The reason I am saying this because people usually have a tendency to blame the customer saying that with this price customer can’t expect Gateway standards. So let me explain I am not expecting High standards, all I was expecting was basics.) Then we thought OK... Lets manage, when I was taking shower WATER CLOGGING problem.(Again basic expectation got a hit.) After shower I switched on the TV screen was not clear, they can still go and check in room no 121.Whatever we just wanted to leave the Hotel, after coming back dinner was really good.(May be because it’s not part of Ginger). And next day again same problem, as we were in Holiday mood we woke up late and again NO HOT WATER... (Again basic expectation got a hit). Luckily one good thing about your Hotel is SAFE ZONE...that really helped. Overall that was my experience in your Hotel, the only reason why I took so much time to write you this mail is, I love Taj Group & Gateway Hotels, as their hotel comes under same umbrella please don’t spoil the brand. I want them to rectify the defects in the hotel.

Later in the evening as card never worked I again called up cust. service and this time a rep told me to do a recharge of Rs 100/- ,still card never worked .I called cust service again and again the rep said nothing was wrong on their end maybe the sim might have damaged. Today when I again went over to Airtel outlet code ISBonline fs034, where a rep (name- VIJEYTA) in a very rude behavior replied the no. has been disconnected, I talked to another rep YOGITA found this info that this no. was disconnected and reissued to some other person in the month of dec. They just refused to help me and so did the reps when I called the C.C. no. Eventually what I can make out is that Manish had got the card converted and gave to someone else( which a course is illegal thing he did and then all the other reps I have spoken too also have been giving wrong info to me till this date. I want all my money to be refunded and I do not want to do any business with the company at all. It seems like they are a bunch of thieves out there in their service centers and also at the outlets just misguiding people and wasting their precious time apart from money. I want them to rectify the defects immediately.

I have book the consignment on 24.12.2011 at madhur courier agency m/s paliwal photocopy pratapgarh Rajasthan (consignment number- 5090031865). After passing period more than 01 month not received consignment at lakshar and nor return back to us. I was send a psychological medicine in this consignment for my brother at lakhar near haridwar (uttrakhand) cost of medicine was rs. 700/-. In this connection I have talked several time with Paliwal telecom representative, they are giving me wrong statement each and every time. I want the company to track the parcel and deliver it to us immediately or pay the compensation to us.

I have ordered bata shoes online on two occasions. The order number is 10042649 and 10044944. On both the occasions I paid for the order and after the payments both order was cancelled. So far refund is not made for the second order the order was placed on 3/01/2012 and cancelled on 12/01/2012. I have sent three mails to company customer care centre, but so far no response. I request them to process the refund immediately.

I purchased this refrigerator on 14/04/2011 from asansol from Sangeetalaya Sales, durga market girja more Asansol,west bengal.ph no 0341-2284484. Model no -12882260 Gen New super Titanium, Rs 14,900/-.(invoice number- 8977). After one month problem started, it started losing its cooling, so I complained at service centre ph no 09233356555 at asansol.Engineer came after 5 days and did the needful but problem was not resolved, he said he will come again and try to resolve the problem, but didn’t turn up. After calling up repeatedly he came again after one month but dint resolved the problem and said it is beyond my capacity to solve it I will send some senior person to solve, however nobody turned up. After calling up repeatedly about it, they provide me an complain no in the month of July, KL-1011003701.There after we called them up regularly and finally in the month of sep one service engineer came and he said this fridge is not repairable and it has to be exchanged. There after nobody came to repair or exchange it. Finally one day I got a call from Mr Saroj Sahoo on 25 oct 2011, who is a area manager west bengal,ph no 9674206987. He came to my place with the senior engineer and cheeked it properly for at least 5 hours and finally came to the conclusion that it’s need to be replaced. Finally I asked him to get me another model and will pay the difference amount whatever it will be. I made a D/D in the name of Whirlpool of India Ltd amount Rs 6300/- Dated 21/11/11 from vijaya bank D/D no 9203127 and submitted it at their asansol office as instructed by Mr Saroj sahoo. After submitting the d/d I was told it will take 20days to get you new refrigerator, which also i agreed. I called up Mr Saroj sahoo on 9/12/11 and even mailed him, he replied my approval has been done and u will get it very soon, as their ware house is shifting so it will take some time more. As on today I have not got the replacement. I want them to replace it immediately.
