I purchased a Samsung LCD TV LA32C450, from Vijay Sales Navi mumbai, in July 2010. Within a span of 2 years, it gave problem for 2 times. It was the same LCD panel problem. In my locality there will be no voltage fluctuation, so I can definitely rule out this problem, since I have ECB installed in my flat. First time they replaced the panel in warranty period. After replacing the panel it worked fine for 6 months, then again same problem. Now it is out of warranty. I lodged a complaint, now the technician told that I need to replace the LCD panel again. It would cost around Rs. 18,000. This is totally stupid, to put so much money on that product. I have no belief in this product. Even after this repair, the technician is not sure that this will not repeat. I have so bad experience with this Samsung product.

I would suggest that nobody should buy samsung AC as they never have spare parts. They offer depreciation that too very high for even 3 years old AC. Many times the service centres has to be called with false promises that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. The kind of service Samsung people provide to their clients is misfortunate.

We bought a Samsung TV 29" on the 7th of May 2009 at Mangal and Managal Trichy. Just after the end of the warranty period the color and the display started fading and now, the display and the color are very dull when we switch on the TV and gets slightly better after about 30 minutes. We contacted the customer care and service personnel. They came to inspect the set. After inspection we were told that the picture tube has to be replaced. A product bought for 15 thousands lasts only for 1 and a 1/2 years? Is this the value for money that Samsung Company gives? We have used other TVs like Sony, Sanyo and LG before and they have never given any trouble. We have replaced them only for the purpose of getting new technology or new features. This is the worst TV we have ever purchased or used. We regret buying this unit and we have decided never to buy any Samsung product hereafter and we have also decided not recommend this brand to any of our friends or relatives.

Do not buy Samsung products. It will be the biggest mistake you make. Samsung sells cheap Chinese products, which cost them 1/10th of the price we pay. Samsung is selling defective and experimental models of Plasma and LCD TVs in India. I purchased 42 inch Plasma TV of brand Samsung model PS42A4501MXL(s/n 07903ZES00073) from Home Town , Noida on 27th April 2009. After a day of purchase of the plasma I noticed a defect in picture display and contacted Samsung customer case. A complaint was filed and about a month later the plasma TV was replaced with a new one. I was told by the engineer that this particular model was unsuccessful and Samsung has discontinued it. About 2 months after the replacement happened I noticed a vertical line on the left hand corner on the plasma display. I promptly called Samsung customer care and filed my complaint. On follow up I was told that such small aberrations are normal for the 42 inch display and it just has to be ignored.

I purchased samsung mobile dual phone from M/s Brhmand Computers (BR-IV), Arihant Arcade, Gereen lands Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, on 16th march, 2010 model No,C.6112 at cost of RS.6,700/- No357448031639826, .The battery back cover is not fixed properly. I asked why it is not fixed properly, they said it is new therefore, it will after use of some time. When approaced they directed to meet the customer service centre at Ameerpet, Elephant house. They did not respond properly and asked me to pay Rs.400/- for replacement of batter back cover. I have approved customer service centre at Basheebagh. They have register my complaint and wait for one month, so they place order to Delhi. Even after laspe of nearly one month, they have not informed that stage of the complaint. They dont even attend the calls.I request you kindly direct them to supply battery back cover of C 6112 at an early date.

My parents purchased a side-by-side Samsung refrigerator/freezer in October 2004, Model number RF2630SH. Approximately one year ago, the doors of the refrigerator and freezer became hot to the touch (the inside portion of the door that makes it stick to the unit while it is closed) and the unit frequently made a rattling noise. This morning, I smelled what I thought was a fire. Since the smell came from the refrigerator, it was emptied and unplugged this morning. My father purchased a new refrigerator this morning, it was NOT a Samsung brand. Fortunately, my 13-year-old refrigerator from my (sold) house is located in the garage so that most of the food can remain cold until the new refrigerator arrives tomorrow. What if the Samsung unit had become so hot that it started a fire overnight? I am thankful that the refrigerator overheated this morning, while I was home, so that it could be unplugged before a fire had started.

I bought one Samsung Guru Musik SCH-B519 in December for Rs.3500/- Phone stopped reading memory card by April-2010, Just four months after purchace, The weird problem is that the phone gets overheated if card is inserted,The phone is still under warranty, Went to their service centre at Thrissur Kerala on 24th of April 2010, after a few hours of checking they informed that the board needs to be changed, and asked me to contact after 10 days. The 10 days repeated for a month and on 22-5-2010 the service centre told me the board has come, and they need five days for changing the display microphone etc to the new board. I contacted after 5 days and was told that the board has not come, which came as a shock to me. I am very unhappy with their service and will never recommend the product.

Right from the very first day I have had problems only. My dad adviced me not to buy Samsung products but I was particular in getting one just because of the stylish looks it had. I kept trust on Samsung products way too much I feel. I bought a Samsung TV two months back from Next dealer. The television came with a remote control that did not work. I requested a replacement and i was replaced. After a month the television started giving a hissing sound at the time of start. I contacted the customer care and I got it replaced as well. Three months passed by, and after that the television set did not give a display, the technician said that the picture tube was damaged. Is it not rediculous that the a Product has so many defects?

I purchased a 2 Ton Split AC, Water started leaking in the room within couple of days of purchase. Service engineer came after several repeated calls, but they created one more problem instead of resolving the existing. Samsung service centre people are really pathetic. They give the promise to resolve the problem the same day but no action is taken even after a week. I thought of buying two more Samsung, but this service support put me down and I have dropped the plan. Sorry, at least now Samsung has to wake up to support their valued customers.

Between LG and Samsung, I always supported Samsung. The reason could be my being in IT and Samsung makes very good computer parts.Alas, my allegiance to Samsung broke and that also in a very painful way.I have a Windows AC which lost its cooling capability. I made a complaint to Samsung regarding this on 15th April 2010, Complaint number: 8400994648. On 17th April I got a visit from Samsung and the person told me that the AC needs to be taken to service center to repair it. He told me that it will be picked next day. Today its 23rd April 2010 (8 days since complaint) and nothing has been done yet.My only connection to Samsung is through customer care number 30308282 / 1800110011. Not a single day has passed that I have not given them a call. Except for few most of the executives in call center are buffoons who cannot even speak properly. This is worst product ever.Samsung has once again proved that it has a useless customer support. The company is so pathetic towards its consumers. I have had a problem with the cam corder for the past 3 months and there has been no response from the company. I have made many calls and sent many emails, still there has not been any reply. I would advice you not to buy this cam corder. My cam is working in night vision mode for the past 2 months and Ido not know the reason for it. I took it to the customer care center, and they are unable to service it. They said to forward it to the company. It is so rediculous and unfair that I get such a bad consumer service after I have spent 16000 on this cam.

I had purchased an LCD 34inch about a month ago and in April I had taken decision to buy a split airconditioner with 5 Star energy rating. I planned to make the purchase through the dealer M/S Sri Vari Enterprises at Salem. The service provided by them is far from satisfactory. In fact for the AC an advance payment of Rs 10,000/- was made on 2nd April 10 with the condition that AC would be delivered on 11th April 10 and installed the same day. We have made frantic calls to them. To our surprise untill 4.0 pm no sign of delivery of unit and deputation of service engineer. One Mr Ramesh who attends the call, gave some explanation which was sounding silly and appeared that the issue was taken very casual. In fact I had plans to install atleast another 4 nos in my house after observing the performance. Their casual approach had urged me to take a decision to withdraw the advance & decide on some other brand.

We have bought three units of Samsung airconditioners on last june (june 2009). They are all in gurranty. From the first installation, the units were throwing noice. After repeated complain to the service centre, some technician came and serviced with no satisfaction of ours. Service of this company is very bad. But we had to suffer as we bought them, without experience of this ACs before. This march, suddenly we could understand that one unit among these three is not working properly. We complained again, and after this service man came and took out one unit on 4th march, 2010. He told us that there is a gas lick, and they will service it and will send it after two days. But still now, they have not sent it back, and whenever phoned, they are not giving any idea, when can we get back the AC.

The Samsung service centers are pathetic and irresponsible. I own a Samsung VJ550 and it has given me tons of trouble. The buttons on the front panels do not work and they are popping out one by one. The reverse function in the tape recorder stopped working the first month I got it home. The CD stopped working soon after that. I bought this water as it was a Samsung product. But I made a terrible mistake buying this product. I will never ever buy a Samsung product again. I had lodged a complaint regarding this matter, the complaint number is 8404531397. The customer care did not respond to me well. I had to be without the player for a month and they were never bothered about that. The customer care has been fooling around for quite sometime now. The worst I have come across. On three separate occasions I had to buy Samsung drives because of lack of option and availability of other products. First when I bought my first pc in 2003, it came fitted with a Samsung CD drive, I lasted a year and a half and its belt started getting jammed. I had to manually push the tray in every time. I had to go in for a Samsung DVD writer next which caused even more problems, throughout the time that drive was with me, I had burned a total of 28dvds of which four did not work. After that every DVD that I tried to burn went corrupt. The third time was when I was gifted another Samsung drive shortly thereafter, this had similar problems and could not read DVD 9 version though the box said it could. Finally I got totally fed up and bought myself a LG drive, I have been using it for two and half years and I have burned plenty of DVDs that I have lost count of. I sincerely advise you people not to go in for Samsung drives as they are an utter waste of

This hard disk is not of very good quality. It used to heat up a lot and used to give lots of problems. On an avarage it raised the temperature of my system by nearly 3-4 degrees. The hard disk also makes a whirring sound and it is painful to hear at times. The noise becomes irritating at times when there is important work to be done. Also the heating of hard disk increses the copying time. Generally coomercial hard disk monitoring software rate samsung drives as jus satisfactory and the recovery using these disks is also another big problem. The data is not guaranteed to be recovered and most of the time there is lot of data loss.

These are not reliable at all. Sometimes they detect DVDs and sometimes they do not. It is very irritating because they do not help in the hour of need. My DVD drive crashed a week ago. The drive was giving trouble for the past 1 year. Just after 2 months, the eject button stopped working. And after that the tray would not go back in, we had to push it inside manually. I would advice you to buy someother brand than wasting money on this.

The sales rep claimed that samgsung was the best moving washing machine. But after six months ,It started giving regular problems. Some functionality gone wrong every other time. And it would take them one week ,each time, to come and rectify it. Very poor service and slow response. Not everything was covered under the warranty. So we had to pay for something or the other as well everytime the service fellow came in. Finally i got fed up of it and chenged mine. Maybe there was a manufacture problem or the model was a fialure one. I am never going to buy another smsung product ever.

BP no. 8412848441 dt. 07 dec 09. my monitor got defective on second day of purchasing i.e. on 06 dec 09. power supply card(pcb) was replaced by service engineer from sansung on 16 dec 09 but the monitor did not worked properly. I was adviced by the same engineer to take the monitor to service centre naraina new delhi. I landed the monitor at service centre on 17 dec 09. On my regular enquries only one answer I am getting that they have demanded a part and will repair the set on receipt of the part. I have very bad exprience with the samsung on this matter. I have purchased a coputer after a through homework and i feel that i have mistaken for opting Samsung monitor.

Samsung MP3 players are not that good. When compared to Sony, they have very little features. More over the quality of sound is quite so jarring. The only plus point with them is that, they are comparatively cheaper in the market. Like with any other electronic device, I got some minor issues with this thingy. Gave it for repair. I would have forgotten it completely if they had delayed it by a few more days. They always take such a long time for repair

This is a problematic product which I bought from Shah Electronics. Right from the beginning, it has been causing me some problem or the other. Some times the disc ay wouldnt open or some times it would show me disc error. Moreover the clarity is also not so good. I gave it for service only to find it back in the same poor condition

The persons who come to install the AC do not have any idea of how to do. The AC was installed in the evening for the first time. Within 3 months the original gas was fully leaked out. When the samsung support team was again called, they blamed the people who did the installation.. They then filled the gas and it again stayed for only 3 more months. The same problem is persisting till date. Its almost one and half years since i have purchased the product. i m frustated to the max for purchasing
